After last year's attacks of Tila Tequila and Method Man, you'd think the Gathering of the Juggalos would INCREASE security. Not only would you be wrong, but they're doing the EXACT OPPOSITE.
Violent J from the Insane Clown Posse (the group behind the annual festival) tells TMZ ... ICP feels the TALENT was to blame for last year's violence ... because they incited the crowd while onstage.
Mr. J believes the performers lined up for the 2011 festival have "mad respect" for the juggalos ... and won't make the same mistake.
MC Hammer has a better chance of surviving the apocalypse than the Insane Clown Posse's annual Gathering of the Juggalos. So pay attention Hammer ... if you want to LIVE!

The Insane Clown Posse -- the group behind the GOJ -- just announced the return of the 4-day concert via YouTube ... with a line-up that includes MC Hammer, Psycho Jesus, and Lil Wyte.
Tila Tequila and Method Man were featured performers at last year's Gathering -- but each left the stage dripping with blood after fans went ballistic ... and pelted them with rocks and beer cans.
The concert is set to go down in August -- leaving Hammer with a whole 2 months to change his mind ... unless he really needs the money.
Violent J from Insane Clown Posse claims Method Man dug his own grave when he took a flying beer can to the face -- because according to the clown, Meth riled up the crowd first with a nasty insult.
Violent J tells TMZ, the crowd at the Gathering of the Juggalos -- ICP's trademark music festival -- were chanting the word "family" when Method Man and Redman took the stage last weekend ... a word J claims is a term of endearment among Juggalos.
J claims Method Man didn't know the significance of the word, telling the crowd, "F**k family. It's all about hip-hop" -- and according to the man in black-and-white face paint, that's exactly where MM went wrong ... and paid for it with a bloody face.
As we first reported, Meth plans to sue over the incident -- but J tells us, "I don't feel responsible at all" ... referring to the impending lawsuit as "straight b*tch sh*t."
Despite the bad blood -- Violent J adds, "We don't think it should have happened ... We respect Meth and Red to the fullest."
We took your questions on everything -- including the Mel Gibson custody battle, Heidi Montag threatening Spencer Pratt over his possible tell-all book, and our new video of Method Man taking a projectile to the face.
TMZ has obtained video ... of the moment some dumbass at the Gathering of the Juggalos fired a beer can at rapper Method Man -- striking him in the face and opening a pretty nasty wound.
As we previously reported, Meth plans to "sue the motherf**kers" responsible for the incident -- but he was unclear if he will go after the event organizers or the person who tossed the object.
Method Man is planning to drop a serious lawsuit on the "motherf**kers" responsible for the bloody wound he received while performing at the Gathering of the Juggalos this past weekend ... because as everyone knows ... Wu Tang Clan ain't nothin' to eff with.
TMZ spoke with Meth -- who didn't specify exactly who he intends to sue ... but insisted that he's not messing around.
Meth -- who continued to perform even after blood was dripping down his face -- also told us, "It's not OK ... I don't condone throwing things at the talent while they're performing."
As for why he kept going after he got hit, Meth said, "It takes a lot of heart and balls to continue performing after you've been hit in the face" and noted that continuing his show was the "right thing to do."
As we previously reported, Tila Tequila has also threatened legal action after she was nailed with some unidentified flying objects at the festival -- thrown by fans of the Insane Clown Posse -- just a couple nights earlier.
We took your questions today on everything -- including Dr. Frank Ryan's death, Montana Fishburne claiming Laurence wants nothing to do with her, and Method Man getting hit by a projectile at a concert.
Plus: Tiger Woods alleged porn star mistress Devon James' paternity case gets dismissed.
Tila Tequila wasn't the only bloody victim of flying debris at the Gathering of the Juggalos over the weekend --Method Man was also attacked with a dangerous projectile ... and TMZ has obtained the photos of his bloody face.
According to an eyewitness, Method Man and Redman were performing at the festival Sunday night when someone in the audience threw what looked like "a full beer can" at MM's face -- resulting in a pretty nasty eye wound.
In our video, shot moments after the incident, Redman throws expletives at the crowd before telling Method, "Your face is cut, go take care of that."
But MM refuses to stop the show -- bloody eye and all -- and yells out, "Start the music we're continuing the show, let's f**k these motherf**kers up."
So far, no word from the people behind the concert.
Wu-Tang Clan member Method Man just lost a six-figure battle with the Tax Man -- after pleading guilty today to one misdemeanor charge of attempted failure to pay taxes.
Method -- real name Clifford Smith -- entered the guilty plea today in Staten Island Criminal Court, after he failed to file New York State Income Tax Returns from 2004-2007 ... as well as pay personal income tax over the same period.
According to the court, Method -- who was arrested on October 9, 2009 for the offense -- avoided jail time by paying his $106,000 tab ... and was sentenced to a conditional discharge.
Method Man was arrested in NY for allegedly failing to pay four years of income taxes -- but when we spotted the rapper in L.A. yesterday, dude told us "everything will be resolved. Trust me, it's a misunderstanding."
The "misunderstanding" at hand -- the $32,999 he reportedly didn't pay Uncle Sam.
If convicted, he could face four years behind bars.
