Nikki Sixx reported his son missing this week -- even though the Mötley Crüe rocker had a pretty good idea where the boy was ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Sixx informed the Malibu Sheriff's Department his youngest son had gone missing. According to our sources, Sixx had a pretty good idea where the boy had run off to -- a friend's house.

We're told deputies visited the friend's house and found the boy, who had fled following an argument with a family member. According to our sources, the deputies told the boy his family wanted him to return home ... and the kid decided to do just that.

Calls to Sixx's rep were not returned.

Denise Richards and Nikki Sixx braved the rain and the paparazzi in Burbank, CA last night -- as they were spotted out together for the first time since those dating rumors surfaced.


This relationship looks like it can weather anything.

Kat Von D put up one hell of a fight -- but TMZ has learned producers behind "L.A. Ink" have decided to include footage of Jesse James in the season finale, despite Kat's demand to cut him from the show.



Sources connected to the TLC reality show tell us ... "Ink" execs felt they would be "sacrificing the integrity of the show" by ignoring Kat's headline-making relationship and break-up from James in tonight's season finale.

As we previously reported, Kat flipped out a few weeks ago when she saw a preview of the finale -- which featured the relationship -- and demanded producers either pull the footage, or she would refuse to participate in future production.

Kat lost that battle -- but she did score ONE victory ... we're told producers did agree to cut some controversial footage showing Kat bad-mouthing another one of her exes, Nikki Sixx.

Kat Von D just went nuclear on the producers of her reality show "L.A. Ink" -- threatening a legal war over several scenes that feature Kat trash-talking her on-again boyfriend Nikki Sixx.



Sources close to the production tell us ... Kat went ballistic on producers earlier this week when she viewed screeners for upcoming episodes of "Ink" which air on TLC starting Wednesday night ... which contained several scenes featuring Kat going off about her then ex-boyfriend Nikki Sixx.

Here's the problem -- the footage was shot a while ago, while Kat was dating Jesse James ... and back then, she still harbored some ill-feelings toward Nikki.

But now, Kat and Nikki are back together -- and when Kat previewed the footage from the upcoming episodes, which contained the anti-Nikki smack talk, we're told Kat "freaked out."

We're told Kat demanded producers re-edit the show ASAP -- removing all negative Nikki references and killing a storyline involving a "Nikki vs. Jesse" theme ... or else she would file legal papers in an attempt to stop the show dead in its tracks.

In the end -- we're told producers begrudgingly obliged and Kat's comments will never see the light of day.

Before Kat Von D began dating Jesse James -- she was in a relationship with Mötley Crüe bassist Nikki Sixx for more than two years ... and dude says it's been "hard" to see her move on so quickly.


Nikki was out in L.A. this weekend, where he told a photog, "You know, it's hard when you [were] just told by someone you dated for two-and-a-half years that you're the love of their life ... and then they move on so quickly."

Nikki and Kat broke up back in January -- but he claims he doesn't hold a grudge ... calling Kat an "amazing girl" and insisting that he "wishes her the best."

Benji Madden and Kat Von D looked pretty chummy when we caught 'em snuggling on a Hollywood park bench the other night. Sure, Benji's single -- but as far as we know, Kat's still with Nikki Sixx.

Nikki Sixx graphically (and hypocritically) bitched out a female fan during a recent concert for doing the exact same thing he did just moments before -- throwing a water bottle.



The Motley Crue bass guitarist went nuclear after a water bottle came flying at him on stage. Only problem: It appears the bottle was the same one he hurled at her 10 seconds earlier.

With matching Manic Panic shag 'dos, prerequisite his and hers rocker eyeliner, and oh so tired i'm-edgy-because-i-wear-black-nail-polish, 49-year-old Frank Carlton Serafino Feranna, Jr (aka Nikki Sixx) and 26-year-old girlfriend Katherine Von Drachenberg (aka "L.A. Ink" star Kat Von D) are tatted up beyond all recognition -- from each other! Tattoo you!

Considering that after only dating for a month, Kat had the name of her ex-boyfriend -- Alexander Orbi Lee Kelton Orbison -- tattooed onto her skin, there's no doubt this newfangled relationship will last ... about as long as a Motley Crüe song!

UPDATE: On his MySpace blog, Orbi says he and Kat dated up until the last week of February, claims she begged him to marry her, and even calls her a "psychopath." No hard feelings.

Donna D'Errico and Nikki Sixx were in court today to settle financial matters in their divorce, and one thing is clear: Donna just wants to be done with her ex.


Despite the fact that the judge expressed concern for Donna, both parties waived their rights to financial support.

The former couple did reach a settlement agreement on the rest of their finances, but that was not immediately released. The judge assured both parties that all matters related to their daughter, Frankie, would be kept confidential.

Afterwards, Donna told TMZ that she was just happy it was over and that she was in the process of writing an autobiography. Can't wait.

Originally only available at exclusive stores in Hawaii, the line will soon expand to stores across the country.

Motley Crüe glam rock relic Nikki Sixx, whose probably more used to taking clothes off women than designing for them, has partnered with Kelly Gray - the former spokesperson for St. Johns Knits who was replaced by Angelina Jolie - to launch a contemporary sportswear line called Royal Underground. Their line will sell in high-end department stores.

With low wattage stars like Samaire and Nikki joining the fashion ranks, it won't be long before we're all wearing Omarosa jeans.

Former 'Baywatch' beauty Donna D'Errico has filed for divorce from Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx after 9 years of marriage.

D'Errico is claiming irreconcilable differences and is seeking physical custody of their 5 year-old daughter Frankie-Jean and her 13 year-old son Rhyan from a previous relationship. D'Errico is requesting that the court give joint legal custody with child visitation to Sixx, and that spousal support and attorney fees be paid by Sixx as well.
