You can't get un-pregnant, but apparently you can go un-bankrupt -- because TMZ has learned Octomom's bankruptcy papers were not filed properly and have been rejected by the judge ... leaving her creditors free to come after her in full force.

As TMZ first reported, Octo filed for Chapter 7 on April 30 ... the most serious form of bankruptcy.

But according to docs filed today, Nadya didn't file all the necessary paperwork in time -- and never asked the court for an extension -- so her bankruptcy case was dismissed. 

Without the protection of bankruptcy, all her creditors can come calling again ... a list TMZ previously reported was a mile long. 

Octomom Nadya Suleman is still making good use of her hands ... this time to grip a steering wheel ... 'cause she finally got her driver's license back!

As TMZ first reported, Octo's license was stripped from her a few months ago, after she drove the wrong way on a one way street in September and then failed to pay the traffic ticket or show up in court for the violation.

Octo finally decided to settle her ticket debt -- which tripled in price due to late fees -- shelling out $1,797 to get her license back.

Besides the fine, we're told she also had to re-take the written exam to get her license back. You're allowed to miss three questions and we're told Octo got two wrong.

So when she crashes into you ... just know, she probably got THAT question wrong.

It's a case of the pot calling the kettle ... copper? ... as Octomom told our photog Tanning Mom needs some serious parenting classes. 

Octo, fully clothed, said she doesn't feel that Patricia Krentcil should lose her kids, but she does feel Child Protective Services should step in to give Krentcil some parenting tips.

When a woman who does "self-pleasure" for living expenses is calling you out for mothering skills ... clearly things have gone south.

We're told Octo appeared nervous when she arrived to the home ... but after chatting with some other porn stars who were at the house, she seemed to calm down.

Before the shoot, producers decided it would be a good idea to screen some porno flicks for Octo as an educational tool ... so to speak.

Hopefully Octo has a good babysitter -- 'cause she's due back on the set next week.

God forbid a destitute woman with 14 kids be kept from watching "Game of Thrones."

Octo took her course on the Internet ... though it's unclear how she paid for the Internet access.

Octomom may be declaring bankruptcy, but she's still very much the master of her own domain.

Octo has signed on to do a masturbation video ... TMZ has learned.  She's hooked up with an online adult entertainment company and will shoot the video this summer.  It will be released shortly thereafter -- not a lot of post production, we're told.

As for how much she'll make, it's hush hush, except we're told, "It's a lot more than the $10,000 she made for posing topless."

You'll recall Octo once vowed never to do porn, but she's saying she doesn't consider a masturbation video porn, because it's a solo mission.
