The huge home featured in the Jennifer Aniston flick "Marley & Me" is now up for grabs for a cool $1.25 million ... adorable, havoc-causing dog not included.



The 5-bedroom, 3-bath stone home sits on 15.8 acres in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania -- and was built in the 1830's.

Realtor Holly Gross tells us -- the production used the house as is, without making any changes to the structure -- even using the owner's furniture for the movie.

Owen Wilson nearly snuck out the back of New York's Waverly Inn last night, but he couldn't quite elude the paps -- and the resulting snapstorm was practically a cyclone.


Wilson finished his supper -- at the same celebritrough where Ashley Olsen, Lance Armstrong and Stephen Fry were also chowing -- and emerged nearly incognito. Alas, he got caught in a tornado of flashes, and then the professional doofus couldn't find his ride.

ABC "World News Now" anchors Ryan Owens and Taina Hernandez had a hard time keeping straight faces while reporting the alleged suicide attempt of comic actor Owen Wilson. The on air duo couldn't stop laughing while announcing Wilson's dramatic ordeal.

What had the two chuckleheads so giggly? It turns out that Owens and Hernandez have the maturity of 9-year-olds, and thought that the last name of Wilson's uncle -- Hoe -- was hilarious.

The pair offered an on air apology ... two days later.
