Most people go to Boa for steak ...
Pam Anderson goes to Boa to lap dance ... and the crotch-grinding was all caught on tape.
The 44-year-old former "
Baywatch" star hit up the restaurant after the L.A. Kings playoff victory last night ... and she was in the mood to party.
Pam was hanging out at a table in the front of the restaurant with a bunch of guys ...and after a few swigs of vino ... a sexually-charged Anderson offered up some quality table-dances to some of her friends.
Isn't is great when the Kings win?

Pam Anderson has called a truce in her war with a Las Vegas real estate mogul -- who sued the actress for $22.5 million last year, claiming she screwed him out of several massive condo sales.
TMZ broke the story ...
Laurence Hallier filed the lawsuit against Anderson last June, claiming she agreed to promote the sale of several condominiums in the new Panorama Towers -- by making various personal appearances -- but failed to uphold her end of the bargain.
According to Hallier, Anderson flaked on appearance after appearance -- costing him millions in lost condo sales.
Hallier had promised to give Pam a free condo in exchange for her services, but ultimately refused as a result of Pam's alleged breach of agreement. In response, Pam sued him for $1 million.
Now, the two parties have finally let bygones be bygones, striking a settlement out of court. The terms of the settlement are confidential.
Pamela Anderson took her sexy mother-of-two lady bits to Mexico and shook her booty -- and weave -- at a Playboy event on Thursday.
Some things never get old. Pam is 44.
Pamela Anderson is lashing out at a real estate bigwig who claims her alleged flakiness cost him $22.5 mil ... and she's also pissed about rumors that she was sleeping with him.

TMZ broke the story ...
Laurence Hallier filed a countersuit against Pam, claiming she signed a contract to promote the sale of condos in Panorama Towers, a Las Vegas development owned by Hallier.
The countersuit claims Pam bailed on a number of personal appearances and, as a result, Hallier lost numerous condo sales. He wants Pam to pay him $22.5 million.
Pam's lawyer,
A. Douglas Mastroianni, tells TMZ, "Pamela Anderson is not any more responsible for the failure of this real estate project than she is responsible for the 2008 real estate downturn or the collapse of Lehman Brothers."
Mastroianni goes on: "The counterclaim is an attempt at publicity, filed by a defendant who reveled in utterly false rumors that he was romantically involved with Ms. Anderson while she was promoting his failed real estate project in London, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas."
For her part, Pam is suing Hallier for her $1 million fee.
Pamela Anderson is being countersued by a big-time developer/former boyfriend who claims her flakiness cost him $22.5 million.
Laurence Hallier, who runs a company that built the Panorama Towers in Las Vegas, signed a deal with Anderson back in 2006, in which she promised to promote the sale of the condominiums by making various personal appearances, and in return she'd get her very own condo.
Short story ... Hallier says in his lawsuit, unlike Leo DeCaprio, who was so effective in promoting Panorama he helped sell more than 100 condos, Pam flaked on appearance after appearance.

Hallier blames Pam on his company's failure to sell a number of the condos and is suing for $22.5 million --- which represents losses from the unsold units.
Pam has already sued Hallier for $1 million, claiming he never gave her the condo he promised. Pam says according to her deal, if she didn't get the condo Hallier was supposed to pay her $1 million, but Hallier says she's not entitled to the dough because she didn't perform her duties.
We contacted Pam's rep. So far, no comment.
Las Vegas condos -- bad gamble.
While in Buenos Aires,
Pam Anderson turned to the dark side ... and partied the night away wearing a "
Star Wars" Storm Trooper mask recently.

The force is strong with that one.
Pam Anderson had a run-in with an allegedly overzealous fan on a train in London ... who was arrested by police and eventually pepper sprayed after he assaulted one of the officers.

According to the agency that took the photos, the man tried to confront Pam on the train, but was removed from the train by British Transport Police. According to the cops, the man eventually became violent and assaulted one of the officers.
The man was then pepper sprayed and taken away by several police officers (
see above). According to several UK outlets, the same man has been bothering Anderson for weeks, causing her to use extra security.
A rep for Anderson described the events as follows, via Twitter: "Pamela Anderson is safe and sound on train back to the English capital -- no problems with her safety due to excellent security personnel."
Anderson is in London appearing as a sexy genie in a stage version of "Aladdin."

She claimed she wasn't broke -- but that was before California officials filed ANOTHER federal tax lien against
Pamela Anderson ... this time in the amount of $180,000.

The new lien -- filed last month -- is the latest in the former "
Baywatch" star's alleged tax troubles ... in fact, just last year, the State of California filed a separate tax lien against her for $493,144.
Anderson responded to the 2009 lien last December saying she wasn't broke ... just disorganized --
claiming, "Mistakes may have been made in calculating taxes owed and we are now in the process of ensuring that any taxes owed are paid."
UPDATE: Good news ... Pam's rep says the lien "has been paid."
A
Pam Anderson nude photo shoot doesn't come cheap -- TMZ has learned
Playboy offered Pam a cool
$25,000 for her upcoming pictorial ... and she's turning every penny over to charity.

In fact, Pam never even accepted the check -- she had Playboy send the cash directly to
Waves 4 Water ... a charity that distributes water filters to people who don't have access to clean drinking water.
Anderson tells us, "Waves 4 water are my heroes. They get things done ... and yes, Playboy wrote them a check when I shot the cover (Jan. 2011 issue) directly for 25Gs."
Pam adds, "I've also donated personally. I wish I could do more. Indonesia, Haiti and Pakistan are all in need of these filters. Spread the word!"
