Patti Stanger says she's extremely sorry for her homophobic and anti-Semitic remarks last night on TV -- telling TMZ, she didn't mean to stir the pot.
Patti tells us, “I am so sorry. I did not mean to offend anyone with my comments last night."
Patti appeared on Bravo's "Watch What Happens Live" -- when she said gay men are incapable of monogamy ... adding, "There is no curbing gay men ... I have tried."
But gay men weren't the only target of Patti's unprompted criticism -- she also generalized, "Jewish men lie."
Bravo is also apologizing for Patti's outburst -- telling us, “[Patti's] comments are not representative of the network’s beliefs and opinions. We apologize for the offense it caused.”
Once was not enough -- TMZ decided to let another rookie photographer go toe-to-toe with one of our pros ... to see who takes
the best shot with
Patti Stanger from
"Milliionaire Matchmaker."
The challenger -- Keith -- and our guy both hooked up with Patti in L.A. this week ... and now it's up to you to decide who did a better job.
So we gotta ask...
Patti Stanger's right-hand woman has flown the coop to start her own matchmaker agency -- and if you think
Chelsea Autumn has nice words for Patti on her way out ... think again.
The "
Millionaire Matchmaker" who recently launched an expletive-filled tirade at her stylist just got the most ironic offer ever from her TV rival -- free dating advice ... and serious anger management.

A rep for the man behind the offer -- TV matchmaker and dating expert
Matt Titus -- tells TMZ Titus wants to help Patti Stanger get back in the dating scene ... so he's offering her a four-week dating boot camp, personality assessment and a private speed dating event ... free of charge.

After Patti's
recent stylist-bashing outburst -- we're told Titus also wants to offer the "Milli Matchmaker" anger management classes.
According to the rep, Matt personally guarantees that he can find Patti her next significant other -- pointing out that "unlike Patti, Matt is happily married."
Patti Stanger, TV's "
Millionaire Matchmaker," went absolutely nuclear on a stylist who didn't bring nearly enough style to the table -- in Patti's opinion -- and the ballistic tirade was all caught on tape.

TMZ obtained a recording of the recent NYC meeting between Patti, her stylist
Lauren Solomon, and a few other assistants. According to sources, Lauren was showing Patti possible outfits for upcoming TV appearances ... including a "
Today" segment with
Elle magazine's
Joe Zee.
As Patti shrieked -- in her best
Christian Bale voice -- "This is Elle f**king magazine! This is the big one!!" Another must-hear gem ... Patti's rant about the proper way to take measurements.
We're told Patti and Lauren are "best friends" and that Patti viewed this as "just an argument."
We're guessing a little Prada would've gone a long way to calm the situation.

Some guys who own a building are pissed off that it was featured on "
The Millionaire Matchmaker" ... they say because the show is "trashy." As for the host, they say she's "crude and sexist."
The owners of the Venice, CA building claim in the lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ ... the prior owner made a deal with the show in 2007 to shoot the exterior, to make it look like the action on the show was happening there.
The plaintiffs say they bought the building in 2008, painted it, and were shocked to see their fresh facade on Seasons 2 and 3.
The new owners say they don't want their building associated with "a trashy show."
To prove the show is trash, the plaintiffs quote host
Patti Stanger -- also a defendant -- making lewd comments, such as, "The penis does the picking" and "One good orgasm, and it destroys the entire bunch."
The owners -- Abbot Kinney Partners -- are suing Stanger
, Bravo and Green Bottle Pictures for unspecified damages.
