Lovelorn pop tart Jessica Simpson has more than John Mayer to get over. It turns out her new film, "Blonde Ambition" has had its release date pushed back -- twice, reportedly because the movie is so bad.

A source told the Daily News that, "Jessica was not very focused on-set and flubbed her lines often. She always had her dog around, was on the phone with [then-] boyfriend John Mayer or was sitting in a warmed-up SUV."

The film is now set to come out the last week of August.

Carrie Underwood Named Animal-Free Hottie

Carrie Underwood was named the world's sexiest celebrity vegetarian by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). The country crooner hasn't eaten meat since she was 13 -– more than 11 years. She was also honored for her work to help rescue stray pups and kittens.

Said Underwood, "I do it because I really love animals and it just makes me sad."

Unbelievably, zaftig "American Idol" Ruben Studdard was up for sexiest male vegetarian this year, but lost. Ruben eats only vegetables? No way!

Penelope: No Panic Attack

Earlier this week the Huffington Post reported that Penelope Cruz was on a delayed flight between Newark and Barcelona and suffered a panic attack. According to sources, the flight delay caused Cruz to have a major hissy fit, with the starletta insisting that she and her luggage be allowed off the plane immediately -- at the expense of all the other passengers. A rep for Cruz told Page Six, though, "There was no panic attack. She was told the plane would be delayed for four hours, so she decided to deplane."

Demi Moore should avoid loose-fitting clothing -- she's just asking for pregnancy rumors!
