Michael Jackson NEVER ordered his henchmen to murder his brother
Randy Jackson ... despite allegations made by MJ's former bodyguard ... this according to a rep for RJ.
Randy's spokesperson tells TMZ ... the allegations made by
Matt Fiddes "couldn't be further from the truth ... it's absolutely absurd."
Fiddes told
The Sun ... MJ wanted members of his inner circle to shoot Randy during a heated argument regarding a possible Jackson 5 tour. Fiddes claims Michael was on drugs at the time.
But Randy's rep tells us Fiddes is full of crap ... saying, "There's no way in the world that this actually happened."
Randy's rep says the Jackson family is choosing to ignore Matt, rather than engage him in a legal battle, because "it's a non-issue."

Randy Jackson is going after the baby mama that got a huge child support judgment against him ... claiming she's sponged off the Jackson family for nearly 2 decades.
Alejandra Jackson -- who has 2 kids by Randy and 2 by his brother Jermaine -- has a child support judgment against Randy that exceeds $600,000 -- that's because Randy hasn't paid his $1,200 a month in years and the debt plus interest swelled into outer space.
Randy has now filed legal docs trying to undo Alejandra's judgment, claiming they cut a deal in 1993 that Randy and
Michael Jackson agreed to let Alejandra and her kids live in the Jackson family compound in Encino and in return he wouldn't have to pay child support.
On top of that, Randy says the Jackson family provided Alejandra with food, utilities, maids, cooks, security guards, telephones, gardeners, maintenance, use of numerous expensive cars, etc.
Randy says, in short, she's gotten way more than the $600k he owes her.
Randy also says in the docs, Alejandra and the kids have lived "like kings and queens at Randy Jackson's expense."
We're thinkin' it's another Jackson who foots the bills.
Michael Jackson's parents -- along with La Toya, Jermaine and Randy -- are currently scrambling to get to the L.A. County Courthouse after they were notified the jury had reached a verdict in the Conrad Murray manslaughter case.
The entire crew is traveling from Calabasas, which -- if traffic is good -- can take somewhere between 45 mins to an hour.
We're told the family is "anxious."
MJ's kids are staying at home with other family members. We're told they were instructed NOT to watch the verdict live -- so Katherine could break the news herself when she got home.

Another
Michael Jackson tribute concert will go down this December in Tokyo and the Jackson brothers will headline the show, but without Randy Jackson ... sources close to the family tell TMZ.
According to our sources, the brothers will perform around 15 songs. The concert will feature several other artists, mainly Japanese acts.
No word yet on any other Jackson family involvement.

It begins ...
Dr. Conrad Murray just rolled up to the L.A. criminal courthouse with his massive entourage, looking sedate in a gray pinstripe suit.
Katherine,
Joe, and
Jermaine Jackson arrived moments later. All that's missing is a red carpet.

Opening statements kick off around 8:30 AM.
9:30 AM: Janet Jackson also arrived to court, alongside her brother
Randy.
LaToya arrived soon after, holding a flower.
Nicole Scherzinger, Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul,
L.A. Reid and
Steve Jones are the cast of the new singing reality competition show "
The X-Factor" -- while
Steven Tyler, Jennifer Lopez, Randy Jackson and
Ryan Seacrest rule the roost on "
American Idol."
Question is ...

The people behind the upcoming
Michael Jackson tribute concert want to make peace with the fans who have sworn to boycott the event ... by inviting them all to join in on a conference call to air out their grievances.
TMZ spoke to a rep for the concert who says they're inviting the leaders of several prominent fan groups to join them Wednesday for "an informative call to address some of the misinformation about the upcoming
Michael Forever tribute."
For those unfamiliar, a TON of MJ fan groups banded together in anger -- after
Jermaine and
Randy Jackson claimed it would be "inappropriate" to support a concert "during the criminal trial surrounding Michael's death."
We're told event organizers are hoping the call with put "rumors and incorrect information to rest."
Stay tuned ...

Michael Jackson's children have decided they want to fly to Wales to catch the upcoming MJ Tribute Concert in person ... despite the fact they're getting pushback from two of their famous uncles.
An MJ family rep tells us, "Paris, Blanket and Prince have been asked to attend the MJ Tribute in Wales and they have decided to go."
The rep adds, "They are extremely excited and they're hoping they will have the opportunity to contribute in some way by making a speech. Nothing has been set in stone yet for how they can help, but they really hope they can. "
However, we're told, "Jermaine and Randy are fighting it."
As TMZ previously reported, the two brothers feel
the timing of the tribute is "inappropriate" -- explaining, "We find it impossible to support an event that is due to take place during the criminal trial surrounding Michael's death."

"American Idol" Executive Producer
Nigel Lythgoe is way too smart to play coy with the judges who helped resurrect the show --
Jennifer Lopez,
Steven Tyler and
Randy Jackson have all re-signed.
Nigel made the announcement on
Ryan Seacrest's radio show this AM, saying, "I am delighted to say that all three judges, along with the brilliant host of 'American Idol' are back for the next season."
The buzz is ... Jennifer got a huge pay bump -- from $12 million last season to $20 mil next season. Steven Tyler still has a year to go before his contract is up, but we're hearing he got an increase as well.

Michael Jackson's brother
Randy claims a no-good thief has stolen the keys to his home ... and he's pointing the finger at his very own personal assistant ... TMZ has learned.
Randy filed a police report with the Pasadena Police Department a few days ago ... claiming his former female assistant quit her job recently ... and REFUSED to give back the keys to his home.
Sources close to the ex-assistant tell TMZ ... the two ended their professional relationship on VERY bad terms ... but she's NO THIEF.
The assistant worked for Randy for roughly 6 months -- and claims she quit because she felt she was being underpaid. After the split, the woman is saying she may have already had the keys in her possession because of her duties as Jackson's assistant ... but returned them ASAP.
We're told an investigation is underway ... but law enforcement sources tell us the two sides are still trying to work things out. No official comment from either Jackson or the assistant.
Jermaine and
Randy Jackson are DEAD SET against the
Michael Jackson tribute concert announced today by members of the Jackson family ... calling it "inappropriate" and "ill-timed."

Katherine, La Toya, Jackie, Tito and Marlon all attended a press conference today to announce the show in Cardiff, Wales on October 8. Katherine said it would be a "world-class event."
But Jermaine and Randy don't see it that way -- releasing their own statement against the concert, saying, "We find it impossible to support an event that is due to take place during the criminal trial surrounding Michael's death ... We feel it is inappropriate to be involved with such an ill-timed event."
As of now, tickets go on sale August 4. The family has not announced who will be performing at the show.
