Paris Hilton's sex tape partner Rick Salomon claims a mentally unstable woman has been terrorizing him and his teenage daughters -- once even leaving her "soiled" pants on his front steps.

Rick filed a request for protection last week in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming 44-year-old Heidi Thomas -- his former real estate agent -- showed up at his home several times on September 16 ... refusing to leave the property.

According to Rick, Heidi threatened and terrified his daughters, leaving her "soiled pants" on the front door step ... which may have been a contributing factor in her arrest.

Rick claims Heidi is emotionally unstable and appears homeless -- and wants a judge to keep her at least 100 yards away from him and his family at all times.

Heidi is still in custody. A hearing for the restraining order is set for October 12th.

"Girls Gone Wild" kingpin Joe Francis -- who was named as a player in the Tobey Maguire poker scandal -- is adamant the card games are "perfectly legal" ... and he can back it up!


Francis was leaving Katsuya in Hollywood last night ... when he told us the legendary Hollywood games have been going on for "quite a while."

Joe also claimed he had a lawyer research the law about private poker games and found out, "As long as [the games] are between those few [players] and there's no house that takes a commission ... all these games that go on in Hollywood are perfectly legal."

TMZ spoke with powerhouse poker attorney Marc Zwillinger -- who reps the interests of poker players including through the Poker Players Alliance -- who backed up Joe's claim ... telling us, "Private home games in California are not illegal where there is no 'house.'"

It's been 7 years since the Paris Hilton sex tape surfaced on the Internet ... but it's still popular as ever -- especially on the cyber-porn black market -- and the downloaders are now getting their collective asses sued.



The company that owns the copyright to Paris Hilton's XXX debut -- "One Night in Paris" -- has filed the suit against  843 "John Does" for cyber-stealing the infamous flick  -- referred to as a "motion picture" in the lawsuit.

The defendants allegedly pilfered the "motion picture" between 2010 and 2011. 

The "motion picture" has broken all box office records.  As TMZ first reported, in the year it was released, Rick Salomon reported earning $10 million.

According to the suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, XPays Inc. obtained the copyright via some dude name Jim Salomon ... brother of Hilton's "co-star" Rick Salomon.

Paris Hilton is a one trick pony when it comes to sex tapes, at least according to ex-boyfriend Doug Reinhardt.



There's a story circulating that Paris and Doug shot the squeakquel to "One Night In Paris."

But Doug says, no way.  His rep, Amanda Ruisi, tells TMZ, "Doug says a sex tape with Paris and him doesn't exist and never existed."

The downside for Doug ... we're told Rick Salomon made $10 million the first year after his epic sex tape with Paris was released.

On the other hand, Doug's got chimichanga money.

Surprise, surprise -- Rick Salomon is already moving on to his next flooz.


TMZ caught Pam Anderson's estranged husband leaving Villa last night with a new lady. When they got to Rick's car she asked if the paps were going to open the door for her. They said it was Rick's job ... but he didn't do it.

She was hiding her face from paps -- but she better get used to cameras. Rick likes using them too!

Third time's a charm? Blonde bombshell Pam Anderson wed sex tape prince Rick Salomon last night in Las Vegas. The two were married at the Mirage Hotel in a ceremony attended by Anderson's kids, as well as celeb friends Tobey Maguire and Lukas Haas, reports People.

Pammy did the deed in a denim Valentino dress ... wash and wear?

Anderson's previously been married to rockers Tommy Lee and Kid Rock, and Salomon was briefly wed to "Charmed" witch Shannen Doherty. Rick is the "co-star" and producer of "One Night in Paris," the Paris Hilton sex tape, from which he is said to have earned millions.

About those pics of Sarah Jessica Parker in a wedding gown that have leaked from the set of "Sex and the City" ... don't jump to any happily wed conclusions -- SJP's Carrie may not be marrying longtime love Mr. Big just yet.
A source close to the set says that the wedding sequence -- along with scenes of a pregnant Charlotte -- are actually from "dream sequences" in the film.

The source told Page Six, "They're playing mind tricks with the fans. The pictures have been staged to make people think they're following a predictable plot, but these are really only dreams. Everyone's wondering how Charlotte could finally get pregnant after all that time. They're loving that everyone's imaginations are running wild."
