After what looks like one too many bloody marys, Scott Disick was caught sleeping with a Kardashian other than his baby mama Kourtney ... her brother Rob Kardashian.

Kim Kardashian tweeted this adorable pic of Scott cuddled up with his head nestled up against Rob's comfy crotch at the airport ... not that there's anything wrong with that.

The Kardashians really do like to keep it in the family.

Time to divvy up the Kardashians' new $40 million deal -- and there's plenty of cash to go around ... as long as your name isn't Lamar or Scott.

2:04 PM PST -- Sources connected to  the deal tell TMZ ... Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, Kris and Bruce will get the lion's share of the money ... and they are each getting equal pay.

We're told Kendall, Kylie and Rob are on a lower pay grade -- and will be paid equally as well.

Scott Disick and his son Mason have a separate deal. Ditto for Lamar ... who hammered out a package deal to appear in both "Khloe and Lamar" and "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

We're told the new deal ONLY includes existing shows -- so if Kim and Kanye get a new spinoff show ... they will have to bang out a new contract for even MORE money.


The Kardashian family has just signed on for 3 more seasons with E!, and it's the richest deal ever in reality TV ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the deal tell us, the family will get more than $40 million for 3 more seasons of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."  

The 6th season of the show averaged 3 million viewers. The 7th season begins airing May 20.

Our sources say the $40-plus million deal does not include product endorsements and other items associated with the show that Kim, Kris and the rest of the brood are able to hock.

The incident that led to the Rob Kardashian vs. Paparazzo arrest didn't appear to be a "joke" when it was happening ... because the photog told police, "He tried to kill me" ... and it's all caught on tape.

TMZ broke the story ... Rob was handcuffed and arrested early Sunday morning after chasing after a paparazzo and cornering him in a bong shop.  Rob insisted he was just "joking" with the pap.

But new footage has surfaced ... which shows Rob was in a very heated argument with a super attractive female moments before the incident. It appears Rob gave chase to the pap AFTER he realized the argument was being recorded.

The pap ran to the nearby smoke shop to hide out ... but Rob spotted him and followed him inside. Cops saw the chase and darted inside the shop ... bursting into the store as Rob was closing in on the photog.

Once the pap sees the cops ... he yells out, "He's attacking me ... he chased me ... he tried to kill me." During the video, Rob never lays a hand on the pap.

The officers grabbed Rob and asked him why he was in the shop ... to which the reality star replied, "I'm shopping."

Kardashian was placed in handcuffs and warned, "Don't resist."

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Rob confirmed to cops that he gave chase because he "did not like the paparazzi filming him."

Eventually, cops determined there was no altercation, and let both men go.

Rob Kardashian tried joking around with a paparazzo in Miami early Sunday morning ... and he ended up handcuffed and nearly arrested as a result ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Rob tell TMZ he was out with some friends when he saw a photog taking pictures from across the street. We're told Rob thought it would be funny to start sprinting towards the photog ... but the photog didn't laugh and instead ran away screaming for help. 

According to our sources, Rob followed the guy into a smoke shop to try and clear the air (no pun intended) but the police saw the whole thing and decided to get involved (see video below).



We're told cops interviewed both Rob and the photog -- even putting Rob in the back of a police car. But after Rob explained to them it was all a misunderstanding, he was released.

And that's why you never chase after strangers.


According to the Miami Beach PD, it went down pretty much just like that. The report says Rob ran after the photog, but never threatened him. The police determined there was no altercation, so they let them both go.

The former Kardashian nanny who is shopping a juicy book about the family tells TMZ ... although she felt some of the kids were spoiled rotten and disrespectful when she signed on, things ultimately turned around and she now loves those children.

TMZ broke the story ... Pam Behan has been shopping a treatment to book agents, in which she claims Brandon and Brody Jenner were "spoiled and disrespectful."  She even admits ... things got so bad, she actually slapped Brandon and almost got fired as a result.

Pam tells us ... it's true ... Brandon and Brody were "spoiled rotten" when she began working as their nanny, but after a few months, she got them in line by standing up to them, adding, "I love those kids, to this day I love them." 

As for slapping Brandon, she says it happened after he called her "a very bad name," and she "slipped up" and struck him. Pam reiterates everything turned around and she developed a strong bond with the boys.

Pam says she worked as a nanny for the Kardashians until Kim turned 17.  According to the book treatment, Pam says she will reveal "intimate details" about Kim and Kourtney.  As for what those details are ... she simply says, "Buy the book."

"Intimate details" notwithstanding, Pam insists it's not a "tell-all book" and "it does not bash anyone."

Rob Kardashian is like one of Pavlov's dogs ... a little praise from "Dancing with the Stars" judge Carrie Ann Inaba has him thinking he's got a shot to win the whole competition.

After Rob danced the jive on Monday ... Carrie Ann said, "It's official. Rob Kardashian is a better dancer than Kim Kardashian!"

Now sources close to the show tell us Rob is hitting the gym daily, practicing harder than ever -- and sucking up to his partner/teacher Cheryl Burke by bringing her lunch each day.

Rob's new attitude is a 180 from a few weeks ago -- when he was a total slacker.

What a difference a jive makes.

Rob Kardashian has a nasty case of pre-dance jitters -- and it's starting to piss off his "Dancing with the Stars" partner.

Sources close to the show tell us Rob is very nervous and has refused to rehearse longer than 2 hours with Cheryl Burke -- while most of the contestants are logging more than 5 hour practices.

We're told Cheryl is "fed up" with what she perceives to be Rob's lack of interest in the show.

But Rob is still talking a big game ... because we're told he's bragging constantly to big sis Kim that he will top her 'DWTS' performance by making it past week 3.

Note to Rob: You don't have Kim's "assets." Get to practice.  

Another member of the Kardashian Klan has agreed to compete on the next season of "Dancing with the Stars" TMZ has learned ... but it ain't Khloe ... or Kourtney ... or Kris -- it's a dude!

Multiple sources confirm ... Rob Kardashian is officially on board -- despite concerns about the "Dancing" schedule conflicting with Kim's super MEGA wedding in August.  We're told the two sides addressed the issue and hammered out a plan -- and Rob signed on the dotted line.

Rob will be the 2nd Kardashian to compete on the show -- his sister Kim hit the ballroom in 2008 ... but she was eliminated just 3 weeks in to the competition.

Rob Kardashian underwent emergency surgery on his appendix yesterday after complaining of stomach problems ... TMZ has learned.



A family member tells us ... doctors made the decision to remove Rob's appendix after his mom Kris took him to an L.A. hospital.

We're told Rob had been in pain all day long ... and his sister Kim had been taking care of him at his home ... until the pain became unbearable.

Rob is still recovering from the surgery -- and we're told he's "fine and doing well."
