Britney Spears' former BFF
Sam Lutfi is demanding the results of drug tests the pop star underwent three years ago -- in hopes they will help him defeat Brit's mom in court.

In the motion -- filed in L.A. County Superior court -- Lutfi claims he needs the tests to support his defamation lawsuit against Britney, her mom and her dad.
He's suing over several claims
Lynne Spears made in her book, "
Through the Storm" -- among them that he tried to "drug Britney into a coma."
In the docs, Lutfi also asks for access to reports filed by Britney's child visitation monitors -- claiming they can refute accusations he cut Brit's phone wires and disabled her cars.
TMZ has learned ... the
FBI is now in possession of threatening and harassing messages sent to
Lindsay Lohan and other members of her family.

As we first reported, Lindsay has been receiving a variety
of ominous messages ... some of which her people believe came from Britney Spears' ex BFF,
Sam Lutfi.
Sources tell us
Dina Lohan and Michael Jr. have also been receiving strange messages -- some of which badmouth Dina, others warning them to stay away from Lutfi and
Michael Lohan.
We're told DiLo has passed along the info to the FBI -- the agency that worked with her on
Ali Lohan's identity theft case -- and they're "looking into it."
TMZ has learned ...
Lindsay Lohan's people believe the person who has been harassing Lindsay through text messages and voicemail messages is none other than
Sam Lutfi ... the dude who loomed large when
Britney Spears was melting down.

As TMZ first reported, Lindsay has been
receiving ominous messages from someone who claims to be watching her. The concern is so great ... honchos from the Betty Ford Clinic are moving Lindsay to a more secure location.
You'll recall, Lutfi was Britney's sole confidant just before she was placed on a
5150 psychiatric hold. Britney's family believed Lutfi was plying Brit with drugs and taking her down a path of destruction. Britney's conservators eventually obtained a
restraining order against Lutfi.
We've learned Lutfi has been in close contact recently with none other than
Michael Lohan. In at least one text Lutfi sent to Lindsay, he falsely identifies himself as "Mike from TMZ" and warns her to distance herself from
Dina Lohan. The phone number on the text goes right back to Lutfi.
TMZ spoke with Lutfi, who claims he didn't send the messages. He claims the people who rep Lindsay also repped Britney and they're out to get him. Lutfi claims Lindsay has called him in the past, though sources connected with Lindsay say she doesn't know Lutfi at all.
Sources tell TMZ Lindsay's people have been in touch with Sam, warning him to stay away from her ... or else.
Britney Spears' infamous former friend
Sam Lutfi now has a growing list of people he's
not allowed to hang out with -- because it now includes the roommate who recently accused him of psychotic behavior.

The restraining order -- filed earlier this month by an aspiring actor/model named
Samuel Barth -- just got the thumbs up by a judge during a brief hearing in L.A. County Superior Court.

As
we first reported, Barth accused Lutfi of trying to diagnose Barth
with mental problems (just like Lutfi
allegedly did to Britney) ... then
allegedly stalked him and members of his family.
Lutfi must now stay 100 yards away from Barth for three years.
We took your questions on everything -- including an
NBA player's connection to the
Floyd Mayweather Jr. domestic incident,
Playboy model
Karissa Shannon unleashing her lawyers on
Vivid to block the release of her sex tape, and
Oksana Grigorieva still lawyer shopping.

Plus:
Britney Spears' ex-friend
Sam Lutfi accused of psychotic stalking.
Sam Lutfi -- the
infamous ex-friend of
Britney Spears -- has just been slapped with a restraining order accusing him of nothing short of psychotic and extremely dangerous behavior.
Samuel Barth -- an aspiring actor/model -- claims Lutfi developed such an obsession toward him that he hacked into his email, Facebook and Twitter accounts and set out on a campaign to terrorize and vilify Barth's mother and other relatives.
Barth says he moved to L.A. From Virginia in January and rented an apartment near Lutfi, eventually moving in with him. They became friends, but according to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Lutfi quickly became obsessed, first trying to diagnose Barth with "various mental and emotional problems and forcefully suggesting solutions" -- eerily similar to what Lutfi
allegedly did to Britney Spears.
Barth tried to distance himself from Lutfi and that's when the alleged campaign of terror began. Barth claims in his declaration Lutfi tried to drive a wedge between Barth and his mother, calling her "evil," a "bitch" and "Satan," among other things. Lutfi sent emails and texts to Barth's mom, telling her how she "viciously destroyed" the lives of her kids. Lutfi emailed Barth's underage sister (about the mom and aunt), "I wish those two sick women the most evil and painful death possible." Again, similar to Sam trying to turn Britney
against her mom and dad.
Lutfi also verbally attacked Barth's brother, calling him "a waste of human flesh" and a "f**kin' loser."
The judge granted the temporary restraining order today and, among other things, prohibited Lutfi from hacking into the various accounts of Barth and his family.
With Britney in the bin, her exhausted chum, Sam Lutfi, might want to spend some of his free time in driving school.
TMZ caught Brit's pseudo manager leaving UCLA Medical Center last night, where he waited forever at a blinking red light for it to turn green.
