Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are NOT getting back together ... sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ -- despite reports the two were all over each other this week at a NYC nightclub.

Lindsay did hang out with Sam Thursday night at Le Baron in New York -- but sources tell TMZ, there was no touchy-feely business going on ... it was just two old friends catching up together.

There were reports the two might have rekindled a relationship -- but we're told that's not true ... neither Lindsay nor Sam has plans to reunite romantically.

We're told the two are simply focusing on mending their friendship after a rough break-up in 2009. They began dating on-and-off in 2007.

As one source put it -- they're "just friends. That's it. Nothing more."

Cops were called to Samantha Ronson's house Monday night after someone broke into her garage.

We're told the 911 call came in just before 7 PM.  Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the burglars didn't make it inside Sam's house. 

It's unclear what -- if anything -- was taken.

As you probably know, Sam lives right next to Lindsay in Venice, CA.

UPDATE: Law enforcement sources tell us ... one item was taken from Sam's garage, worth about $1,000.

Old pals Samantha Ronson and Nicole Richie made their way down to Mexico this weekend, enjoying a little time in the sun while south of the border.

Sam Ronson has been charged with misdemeanor DUI ... TMZ has learned -- this, after she was arrested last week while driving back from Las Vegas.

The San Bernardino County D.A. has charged Sam with two counts of DUI -- driving under the influence, and driving with a blood alcohol level over .08.  The two charges are SOP.

If convicted, Sam faces a maximum of 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine, but first offenders almost always get probation.

Samantha Ronson decided to forgo automobile travel, instead showing up at LAX yesterday to hop a flight out of town.

Sam and her twin sister Charlotte are set to celebrate their 34th birthday this weekend at a club called mur.mur in Atlantic City, NJ.

After getting arrested for a DUI on her way back to L.A. from Vegas and then posing for that classic mug shot, Samantha Ronson put another smirk on her face to pick up her Porsche at the impound lot on Monday.

It won't be long before she's back in the fast lane.

Sam Ronson dropped one hell of a sass-bomb when she posed for her mug shot yesterday -- moments after she was arrested for DUI.

As we previously reported, Ronson was driving back to L.A. from Vegas after a DJ gig -- when she was pulled over for speeding, and botched a field sobriety test. She was arrested on the scene on suspicion of DUI.

Ronson was released yesterday afternoon.

Sam Ronson's DUI comes as no surprise to her friends ... who have been worried that Sam has "not been acting like herself" lately ... sources extremely close to the DJ tell TMZ.

We're told ... in the past couple of months, Ronson has been hitting the nightclubs A LOT harder than she used to -- and for more than just work -- staying out longer hours ... and boozing more than ever.

Sources connected to Sam tell us ... even her ex-girlfriend Lindsay Lohan felt things were getting bad with Sam ... and she decided to minimize her contact with the DJ because she felt Sam wouldn't be a positive influence.

TMZ broke the story ... Ronson was arrested for DUI on her drive from Vegas to L.A. yesterday ... and law enforcement sources tell us her blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.

Sam Ronson was arrested this morning for DUI outside Baker, California -- home of the world's biggest thermometer --TMZ has learned.

According to the booking sheet, 33-year-old Ronson is listed as 5'7" and 102 pounds.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Lindsay Lohan's ex-girlfriend was driving home from Las Vegas at 10:30AM in her black Porsche when she was pulled over for speeding.

We're told she was given a field sobriety test and didn't perform well. According to our sources, she refused to take what is commonly called a "roadside blow" -- a less-scientific breathalyzer, which is not a mandatory test. She was arrested at the scene.

Ronson was transported to the Baker substation, where we're told she blew over the legal limit. According to sources, she was cooperative the entire time.

Sam DJ'd last night at the Lavo nightclub in the Palazzo hotel in Vegas.

Samantha Ronson sustained some pretty nasty bruises on her face this weekend after a bicycle accident in L.A. ... TMZ has learned.



Sources close to Sam -- who posted the bruised up picture on her Twitter earlier today -- tell TMZ, she had just finished performing at a bar called The Brig in Venice early Saturday morning ... when a car came out of nowhere. Sam hit the pavement when she tried to swerve out of the way.

According to sources, Sam took a nasty spill and had to go to the hospital to get stitches.

We're told she's doing fine -- but canceled a show in Utah the day after the accident just to be safe.

Lindsay Lohan is STEAMING MAD after photos surfaced showing her ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson making out with a mystery woman in L.A. yesterday ... TMZ has learned.



Sources close to Lohan tell us ... even though LiLo and Sam officially aren't dating, Lindsay was under the impression Ronson wasn't seeing anyone else ... and Lindsay feels hurt and betrayed. 

In fact, we're told Ronson recently dropped the L-bomb to Lohan ... telling her "I love you" as recently as this morning.

And buckle up ... because we're told Lindsay plans on confronting Ronson about the situation when Sam gets off the plane in NY later today.
