Don't worry America -- the guy who got his nads bashed about a million times on "
America's Got Talent" this week, tells TMZ ... his family jewels are totally fine.
In case you missed it ...
Zac Gordon -- known as "
The Horse" -- shocked the audience with his talent when he let people KICK HIM IN THE NUTS ... break boards on his nuts AND smash a cinder block with a sledgehammer ... on his nuts!!!!
Now Horse assures TMZ ... contrary to how painful his act looked his balls suffered no injuries and tells us, "No cup! I've been doing this 10 years and I'm healthy as a horse!"
Gordon also tells us he's previously consulted with his uncle -- who is a doctor -- and his "talent" is not a medical concern.
Good thing because
Howard Stern,
Howie Mandel and
Sharon Osbourne all said yes to his nut-smashing skills ... sending him through to the next round, where he's sure to take another beating.
Balls. Of. Steel.
Jack Osbourne's adorable bulldog
Lola -- who famously tore up couches and peed all over the place on the family's MTV reality show -- has died at the age of 12.
Lola wasn't just a reality star ... she was a Twitter sensation as well, racking up more than 8,800 followers.
Jack broke the news a few hours ago ... tweeting, "Thank you all for the kind words about @PrincessLolaO it's nice to know she was loved by so many people."
He added, "Lola you were the best friend anyone could ever have. I will love you and miss you always. RIP @PrincessLolaO 00-12."
Lola's Twitter page was also updated with a message ... reading, "Thank you ALL for your kind words. I'm in a better place now. Heaven needs a new princess : )"
Sharon Osbourne has been sued by a company that claims she reneged on a promise to hock jewelry bearing her name on the
Home Shopping Network.
Lucas Design International claims Sharon approached them last year to design and manufacture a Sharon Osbourne jewelry line that she would personally sell on HSN. Lucas claims they hit the drawing board and came up with some awesome baubles, and projected they would sell a cool million bucks worth of merchandise in 2012 -- with a 50% profit margin no less.
But it wasn't to be, because according to the suit Sharon backed out of the oral agreement at the 11th hour.
Lucas is suing for unspecified damages.

A rep for Sharon tells TMZ, "Sharon Osbourne did not breach any oral contract with Lucas Design because no agreement existed." They add, "Sharon is looking to create her own jewelry line and did have discussions with Lucas Design. Unfortunately the designs and pieces submitted were not the quality that was represented or hoped for. Sharon has moved on."
Ozzy and
Sharon Osbourne are high-end victims of the housing collapse ... they just can't unload their ultra-swanky Malibu mansion.
For the 3rd time this year, the couple has reduced the price ... though not much. It started at $10 mil ... dropped to $9.5 mil ... and now, its ALL THE WAY DOWN ... to $9.45 mil.
If you wait a few years, you could probably grab it for around $9 mil.

The
Kris Jenner media train is plowing right through NBC and CBS --
Kim Kardashian's mom has just been tapped to guest co-host "
The Today Show" AND "
The Talk."
Jenner will reportedly fill-in for
Sharon Osbourne on "The Talk" in September ... and with all the cuts producers have made on that show recently, it wouldn't be shocking if she got a permanent offer.
Kris says she's
also been asked to co-host "Today" later this year -- but it's unclear exactly when that will happen.
The IRS ain't done with
Ozzy and
Sharon Osbourne -- TMZ has learned the couple has been hit with a brand NEW tax lien for more than $357k.

The lien, filed this week in L.A., shows the couple still owes $357,070.62 in unpaid federal income taxes from 2007.
The new filing comes on the heels of a
$1.7 million lien filed against the family earlier this month ... bringing their grand total of debt just over $2 mil.
Earlier this month, Sharon took responsibility for the tax issues -- saying she was "too involved with myself" to meet with her accountant.
Osbourne adds, "I cancelled two meetings with him over the last 18 months because I was way too busy."
Ozzy and
Sharon Osbourne owe more than $1.7 million to the IRS in back taxes ... this according to documents obtained by TMZ.

The IRS filed a document last Monday with the L.A. County Recorder's Office, claiming Ozzy and Sharon owe $718,948.25 for the 2008 tax year, and $1,024,175.03 for 2009.
Sharon had a tax lien issue in 2009, when she owed $23,000 to the State of California for the 2007 tax year.
And Kelly also has tax issues ... last month the State of California filed a lien against her for $34,000.
No comment so far from the Osbourne's rep.
The Accused: Sharon Osbourne
The Debt: $23,363.16
The Story: According to the State of California,
Osbourne was fined nearly $50k for not paying her 2007 taxes -- a year in which she owed $436,026.
She eventually forked over a majority of the cash, but Arnold and Co. claim she's still on the hook for more than $23k.
Meanwhile, California is running a $24 billion deficit.
So, thanks Sharon.
The Osbournes cast a poodle to dye for on their new/unofficially cancelled TV show.

Pierre the Poodle's owner ponied up the pooch for a bit on "Osbournes: Reloaded" -- the gag was to dye the dog pink, but six months later the dog is still in the ... pink.
And to add insult to psychic injury, since only one episode aired, the poodle skit was never even on TV.
Maybe the Obamas will adopt a special needs companion for Bo.
Sharon Osbourne has been sued by the woman she attacked on her VH1 reality show, "Rock of Love: Charm School."
Megan Hauserman claims Sharon went ballistic during a taping, punching and grabbing her by the hair and refusing to let go, and scratching her to boot. Osbourne opened the can of whoop ass after Megan told Sharon she was famous only because she managed a brain dead rock star.
In a lawsuit filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Hauserman is suing Osbourne for battery, negligence and infliction of emotional distress.
Some of the good stuff was definitely left on the cutting room floor -- but last night VH1 aired the fight between Sharon Osbourne and "Charm School" chick Megan Hauserman, and it got nasty.

Osbourne went ballistic when Megan dissed Ozzy, but what they didn't show was Sharon ripping at
Hauserman's hair extensions or the bikini-clad girl's trip to the hospital the next day, where she
filed a police report with the LAPD.
One thing is clear -- trash Sharon all you want, just leave Ozzy out of it.
