Sharon Stone's former nanny is suing the actress, claiming the actress repeatedly went on a tear against Filipinos, calling them stupid people.
Erlinda Elemen claims in her lawsuit ... Sharon would not cut her a break, berating her for her religion, even forbidding her from reading the Bible in her own room in Sharon's house.
Elemen, a Filipino woman, claims Sharon ordered her NOT to speak to the kids because she did not want them "to talk like you."
Elemen also claims Sharon bagged on Filipino food.
The former nanny claims Sharon tried to take back the overtime she was paid. Elemen says after she challenged Sharon on the OT, Stone repeatedly verbally attacked her for 3 weeks in front of guests, staff and others, and then fired her in February, 2011.
Sharon's attorney tells TMZ, "This is an absurd lawsuit that has been filed by a disgruntled ex-employee who is obviously looking to get money and way she can."

One has a lot of power over men.
We're just sayin'.

Sharon Stone just got a restraining order against a man who was arrested last month outside her Hollywood Hills mansion -- a man who was banging at her gate, claiming he helped kill Osama bin Laden.
According to the legal docs, obtained by TMZ,
Phillip Barnes went to Stone's house twice, uninvited, claiming he was the father of one of Sharon's kids. And she says Barnes wrote her a letter warning her not to date anyone.
Stone says Barnes is mentally ill and possibly a delusional schizophrenic, claiming he was introduced to her by his CIA friend.
According to the restraining order, Barnes was ordered to stay 100 yards from Sharon and her kids.

Police raced to
Sharon Stone's L.A. mansion early this morning, after the actress called 911, concerned that someone may have broken into the home -- fortunately, it was a false alarm.
TMZ has learned ... Stone personally called authorities around 2:00 AM when she heard a noise in the house -- and because she has such a long, storied history with obsessed fans ... she didn't take any chances and called police.
Once cops responded to the house, we're told officers checked out the situation and determined there was no sign of a break-in.

An apparently deranged man was just handcuffed and taken away by cops outside
Sharon Stone's Hollywood Hills mansion, after he was banging at her gate, claiming he killed
Osama bin Laden.
Law enforcement sources tell us the man -- approximately 50 years old and from the Midwest -- took a cab to Sharon's house and began ranting that he and Sharon had a child together.
We're told Sharon was not home because she's in NY shooting a movie, but her staff called the LAPD, and cops raced up and subdued the man before he was able to enter Sharon's property.
The man is being detained for mental evaluation.
Sharon has had two serious problems with stalkers in the past, and it's the second time this year someone left her home in cuffs.
Sharon Stone is getting serious backup from the LAPD -- in fact, we're told, ever since she obtained a restraining order against her alleged stalker ... cops have been patrolling her home around the clock.

Law enforcement sources confirm ... several patrol cars are checking on Sharon's pad throughout the day ... to make sure it remains stalker-free.
As we first reported, Sharon
obtained a restraining order yesterday against an "obsessed mentally unstable delusional" man -- who, she claims, broke into her house two weeks ago ... and waited for her to show up.
The man -- named
Bradly Gooden -- was placed on a psychiatric hold and released four days ago ... but as of yesterday, he's required to stay at least 100 yards away from Sharon at all times.
Sharon Stone has just obtained a restraining order against an "obsessed mentally unstable delusional person," after the man broke into her L..A. home and was lying in wait.

According to the docs obtained by TMZ, the man --
Bradly Gooden -- claims he's the son of Hillary Clinton and wrote "The King's Speech" when he was 2 years old.
Stone says, "I am in fear from Mr. Gooden for my personal safety, and that of those around me, including especially my children and family, as well as my friends and employees."
The break-in occurred on February 11. According to the docs, cops found Gooden inside Sharon's home. He told officers he had traveled from Ohio because he believes his mother -- Hillary Clinton -- bought him the house from Sharon Stone as a present.
Gooden told cops, "It's now my house ... I live here."
The docs say Gooden was placed on a psychiatric hold and released three days ago but he "seems undeterred from returning to the property."
A judge granted a temporary restraining order. The order prohibits Gooden from going within 100 yards of Stone or her children.
Stone had filed for a restraining order against an overzealous Italian man back in 1998 ... but eventually dropped the request after the man's family took him back to Italy.
UPDATE 3/9/11 -- The judge has extended the restraining order against Gooden ... which will now stay in effect for the next three years.

The power vested in
Sharon Stone wasn't strong enough to hold together the first marriage she performed back in 2004.
Almost 5 years after Stone went through the trouble of becoming a mail-order minister just so she could officiate the wedding of restaurateur
Michael Bourseau and stylist
Brenda Swanson -- the couple is filing for divorce.
But Sharon isn't the only celebrity to blame for jinxing the doomed ceremony --
Jack Nicholson and
Robert Wagner served as witnesses.
As for the couple -- they cited irreconcilable differences. They have no kids together.
No word if Stone will perform the divorce.
