Shauna Sand was quite the busy lady down at the courthouse this week -- because not only did she file for a divorce from hubby Laurent Homburger ... she filed for a restraining order too!


None of this should come as a surprise after both were arrested after an argument earlier this week. Our sources at the time told us the argument took place after Shauna brought up the D-word to Laurent -- and wouldn't you know it ... the divorce docs were signed and dated on May 12 ... a full week before the incident went down. 

As for the restraining order, Shauna was granted the temporary restraining order on Friday, and she cited the recent fight in her application ... claiming Laurent held her down, screamed obscenities and threatened to killer her.

The protective order says Laurent must stay 100 yards away from Shauna and her children, pending a court hearing on June 9.

In light of getting the restraining order, sources close to Lorenzo Lamas tell TMZ he will no longer go to court this week to seek full custody of the couple's three daughters.

Lorenzo Lamas has had it up to here (visualize) with ex-wife #4, Shauna Sand, who was arrested for domestic violence last night ... and he's going to court today to get full custody.



Lorenzo tells TMZ, he'll ask the judge for an emergency, temporary order ... giving him full physical custody of the ex-couple's three daughters ... aged 10, 11, and 13.

Lorenzo tells us, "I am concerned for the welfare of my children. I will not allow them back in that household until Shauna and her husband receive anger management treatment."

This isn't the first time Shauna's had domestic violence issues -- back in 2009, one of her other ex-husbands was arrested for allegedly BITING her ... and Lorenzo claims she has an even longer history of physical altercations.

The three girls were with Lorenzo last night when Shauna was arrested -- after allegedly macing her husband in the face.

Shauna Sand blasted a huge stream of pepper spray into the face of her husband during an altercation in their home late last night ... TMZ has learned.



Sources connected to the incident tell us ... 39-year-old Shauna and her 25-year-old husband Laurent Homburger got into a pretty heated argument after Shauna told Laurent she wants a divorce.

We're told the argument escalated and Shauna locked herself in the bedroom -- but according to our sources, Laurent kicked in the door ... and that's when Shauna let the pepper spray rip.

As TMZ first reported, cops were eventually called to the scene and both Shauna and Laurent were arrested on suspicion of domestic violence.

Shauna Sand was arrested early this morning for felony domestic violence ... TMZ has learned.



Beverly Hills cops were called to Shauna's home just before midnight, after someone called and reported a fight at her home.  Shauna was arrested on a charge of felony domestic violence after cops noticed visible marks on her husband, Laurent Homburger. 

Homburger was arrested on two charges -- spousal battery and making criminal threats.

39-year-old Sand and 25-year-old Homburger were taken to the Beverly Hills Police Station where they were booked.  She has been bailed out.  He has not.

TMZ has obtained another video of Shauna Sand -- except this time she's not on the receiving end of some XXX action ... she's singing.



The cringingly awesome music video -- entitled "Everybody Wants to Be a Porn Star" -- was shot recently in L.A. ... and if you're wondering who the other chick is ... her name's Anna Garcia, a former Playboy model from England.

We have no other explanation for why this exists.

Just hours before entering "Celebrity Rehab" -- Shauna Sand hit the club scene in Hollywood last night for one last half-naked hurrah.


On her way out of one of the clubs, we asked Shauna why she's seeking Dr. Drew's help ... and her answer ... was almost as transparent as her dress.

Shauna Sand's penchant for booze and attention has finally paid off -- TMZ has learned the former Playboy Playmate has signed on for the next season of "Celebrity Rehab."

We're told Shauna will check into Dr. Drew's famous recovery center in Pasadena tomorrow.

As we previously reported, the show has already lined up several other minor celebs including Tila Tequila and Jason Wahler.

It took just seven years, but Lucite lovely mother of three Shauna Sand, 38, has finally completed her transformation.


It's just not clear what she has become.

Shauna Sand says her Frenchie ex-boyfriend doesn't have a leg to stand on -- especially the third one -- in his lawsuit over the release of their Vivid sex tape -- and ironically what kills him is another video in which he admits he knew exactly what he was doing when he signed up.

As we first reported ... Antoine Berlier is suing Vivid Entertainment -- claiming he's a Frenchman who didn't know what he was signing when he inked the release form.

Based on the new video, Vivid clearly saw this one coming.


 

Shauna Sand's sex tape partner knows a lot in the French department, but no parlez-vous Anglais ... so he's suing the biggest porn company in the world.

Antoine Berlier claims in a new lawsuit Vivid Entertainment screwed him out of massive profits from his video with Shauna -- whom he refers to as "a prominent American sex symbol."

And in the self-aggrandizement department, Berlier claims he was of "enormous value" to Vivid, and not only because of "natural attributes."

Bottom line ... Berlier says no one translated all the legal docs and he didn't sign a valid release.

Vivid honcho Steve Hirsch tells TMZ, "We have a signed, model release and this footage will continue to be sold."  Hirsch also says Berlier knew what he was signing and Vivid has the video to prove it -- of course.
