Soulja Boy
I Hit The Weed MOTHER LODE!!!!

Souja Boy with a motherload of weedApparently, Souja Boy is suffering from a pretty gnarly case of glaucoma these days ...

The rapper recently posted this pic of himself clutching an ass-load of pot ... while in front of a room filled to the brim with the sticky icky.

It's unclear when the photo was shot ... or where the photo was shot ... but DAMN.

Snoop Dogg just retweeted the pic moments ago during his weekly Puff Puff Pass Tuesday routine -- it's obvious he approves.

Calls to Soulja's rep have not been returned.

5:32 PM PST -- A rep for Soulja Boy tells TMZ ... the photo was taken inside of a marijuana dispensary in California earlier this month.

The rep says the shop is owned by Soulja's friend ... who invited him to come check out the joint. We're told Soulja was amazed by the inventory and HAD to take a pic.

Soulja's rep insists the rapper did not purchase any marijuana that day.

Soulja Boy
Manager Exploited My Stupidity

Soulja Boy Tell EmSoulja Boy was nothing more than an ignorant 16-year-old when he skyrocketed to fame in 2007 -- and now, the rapper's suing his ex-manager ... claiming the guy took advantage of his naive teenage brain.

Soulja filed the documents in Georgia Superior Court, claiming his manager/lawyer Philip Ransom coerced him into signing multiple contracts when he was just starting out -- contracts that were "unconscionable, oppressive, and unjust."

According to the docs, the contracts included a management agreement that gave Ransom 5% of Soulja's income ... forever ... relating to work the rapper completed while Ransom was his manager.

Another contract allegedly gave 50% of all Soulja's music copyrights to his record label -- a deal the rapper now claims is  "commercially unreasonable" and "contrary to music industry custom and practice."

But in reality, Soulja's just bitching because he didn't read the fine print -- the contracts Soulja signed ARE industry standard ... some recording contracts even take 100% of the copyrights.

Ransom denies the allegations -- filing new legal docs claiming Soulja's full of crap ... and still owes him money from their time together.

Watch Me Get Evicted!

Soulja Boy 2011
A rough year for Soulja Boy is about to get rougher -- he's been served with an eviction notice, TMZ has learned.

Soulja's 2011 has included ... lying about buying a private jet, pissing off the military with one of his songs and getting arrested for allegedly carrying weed and a gun in a briefcase.

Now TMZ has learned the rapper, real name DeAndre Way, has not paid his November rent for his Atlanta pad -- a whopping $4,725 -- so he's been served with eviction papers. Soulja has until December 5 to pay up, or risk getting thrown out.

A rep for Soulja had no comment.

Soulja Boy Arrest
Publicity Nightmare for New Film
... Or Is It???

Soulja Boy
Soulja Boy had 10 big interviews lined up today to promote his new documentary ... instead, he's locked up in jail ... and it just might be the best thing that could have ever happened for the flick.

In case you weren't aware -- the documentary "Soulja Boy: The Movie" is being released on DVD today, and the rapper was supposed to spend the day pushing the movie during plastic-smile interviews with various media outlets.

Problem is ... Soulja's still locked up in a Georgia jail on marijuana possession charges ... and we're told, his PR team is going haywire trying to figure out a new marketing strategy on the fly.

But their work may already be done ... because truth is, Soulja's movie wouldn't have gotten a fraction of the attention it did today if he wasn't sitting in a jail cell ... with his mug shot plastered all over the Internet.

The director behind the project -- Peter Spirer -- tells us, "I'm not sure how this will affect the movie ... Hopefully he gets out from this situation to get his movie out everywhere like he wanted."

Still, we gotta ask ...

Soulja Boy
Army-Bashing Song
WON'T Be On My New Album

0906_soulja_boy_military_getty_ex_2
Soulja Boy and his management team are SCRAMBLING to remove all traces of the rapper's army-bashing song from the Internet -- and they swear ... it won't come anywhere near Soulja's new album.

A rep for Soulja's management team, Debby Coda, tells TMZ, both the rapper's management and his record label have been working nonstop since Friday to take the video down off the Internet.

Debby tells us, the song "Let's Be Real" was hastily and foolishly posted to the Internet -- and was never approved for any album, including his upcoming "Respect My Hustle."

Debby insists, the song will never be available for purchase.

We're told Soulja is willing to do whatever he can to make up for the song -- which contains the lyric "f**k all the army troops" -- including free shows for the military, and meet-and-greet sessions.

As we previously reported, Soulja has apologized for the song, blogging, "I Am Deeply Sorry To All Members Of The United States Military Services And Their Families."

Military Stores
We're BOYCOTTING Soulja Boy

0906_soulja_boy_military_getty_exd_2
A system of stores run by the United States Department of Defense will NOT be stocking Soulja Boy's upcoming album -- so long as it contains the rapper's army-bashing song lyrics.

LTC Thomas Shrader from the Army and Air Force Exchange Service -- an agency run by the USDOD -- tells TMZ, Soulja's "Respect My Hustle" will have no place on the shelves of its 3,100 facilities ... whose MILLIONS in profits go to benefit armed services programs every year.

As we previously reported, the outrage is all over the rapper's new song "Let's Be Real" -- in which Soulja raps, "F**k the FBI and the army troops." Soulja has since apologized.

Shrader tells TMZ, Soulja's lyrics "are unacceptable and not the kind of thing we would want to market.”

But there's still hope for SB -- if the song ultimately gets cut from the album ... we're told the Exchange will reevaluate the ban.

Soulja Boy
Apologizes to U.S. Military
'I Am Deeply Sorry'

0905_soulja_boy_bn
Soulja Boy
says he "let my words get the best of me" when he released a new rap video saying, "F**k the troops" ... and now he's issued a full apology to the entire U.S. military.

Soulja Boy just posted a new blog on GlobalGrind.com ... titled, "I Am Deeply Sorry To All Members Of The United States Military Services And Their Families."

In the post, Soulja writes, "As an artist, I let my words get the best of me. Sometimes there are things that we feel, things that we want to express, and when we put them on paper and speak them out loud, they can come out wrong."

"When I expressed my frustration with the US Army, not only did my words come out wrong, I was wrong to even speak them."

He adds, "So, I write this to give my sincerest apology to all members of the United States military services, as well as their families that were offended by my most recent lyrics."

As TMZ first reported, several military vets lashed out against Soulja Boy after he released the rap ... with the lyrics, "F**k the FBI and the army troops ... fighting for what? Be your own man ..."

Soulja Boy
Sgt. Records MAJOR Diss Track
Wants Rapper Banned

0905_soulja_boy_tmz_ex
Soulja Boy
is drawing fire from the entire U.S. Armed Forces -- and a retired Army sergeant is leading the charge with a rap response to Soulja's controversial song.

Former infantry sergeant and 5 year combat veteran Leo Dunson tells TMZ he recorded the diss track, "Change Your Name" (below) ... after hearing Soulja's "Let's Be Real" -- with the lyrics, "F**k the army troops."

Dunson -- who raps under the name Sgt. Dunson -- says Soulja's song is, "The most ignorant thing I've heard in so long" ... and adds that it's especially offensive with the 10 year anniversary of 9/11 looming.

Dunson says an online petition -- started by a fellow vet -- to get Soulja Boy's music banned from all U.S. military bases is getting support from civilians and all branches of the armed forces.

Now consider this twist ... Dunson and all U.S. troops fight to defend our freedoms -- which includes freedom of speech. So, we gotta ask ...
