Stephen Baldwin: Costner 'Robbed' Me In BP Disaster

In a lawsuit filed in Louisiana federal court, Baldwin claims in April, he had a meeting in the wake of the oil disaster, and decided to become a 10% partner in an invention backed by Costner -- a device that separated oil from water that was actually developed during the filming of "Waterworld."
According to the lawsuit, Costner and his partners made it seem as if Costner had already sold his shares in the company when in fact he was still heavily invested. Baldwin also claims the company misrepresented that there was no deal to sell the contraption to BP.
Baldwin alleges he was duped into selling his shares back to the company so Costner and his partners could score a bigger profit in a deal that was already inked -- specifically, a deal with BP valued at more than $52 million.
Baldwin is suing for unspecified damages. No comment from Costner's camp.

Stephen Baldwin -- Not a Tithe to His Name
Stephen Baldwin has really set himself apart from his brothers -- he's the broke one now -- because he just filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in New York.Court docs show Baldwin and his wife owe $1.2 million in mortgages on their home 30 miles north of NYC, along with $1 million in taxes and $70,000 in credit card debt.
There is one small ray of hope for the couple: Their home wasn't auctioned off yesterday as planned -- it was postponed to a later date.
Stephen Baldwin's Home a Heroin Hot Spot

51-year-old Jimmy Parks -- who was suspected of trafficking heroin on the property -- was arrested when police raided the cottage he was staying in just feet away from the actor's suburban New York home.
Police tell us Baldwin, a born-again Christian, was home at the time of the raid and had been trying to help Parks get his life together and had even taken him to church.
Stephen Baldwin -- My House Needs to be Saved
Unless Stephen Baldwin's charity on "I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here" is called the "Keep Stephen Baldwin from Losing His House to Foreclosure Org." -- dude is gonna lose his digs on the auction block.According to documents, Stephen and his wife are more than $824,000 behind in payments on their Rockland County, NY home -- although they only paid $515,000 for it in 1997.
Unless the born-again Christian hits the lottery, his home will hit the blocks on June 24.
I'm A Celibate Celebrity

The show, starring Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt, Steven Baldwin, Janice Dickinson, and other examples of America's best and brightest, puts "celebrities" in the Costa Rican jungle and makes them survive on their own ... with only their wits, survival skills and an entire production team closely monitoring their condition to help them.
The guidelines for the show -- obtained by the NY Daily News -- ban drug use, racism, bullying and sex. That's right, no sex. Which means, from a practical perspective, no breeding. There is absolutely no way that any of these people, during the course of the show, will procreate or multiply.
And for that ... thank you, NBC.
Another Baldwin Goes to Rehab

While his wife Kennya was nowhere in sight, Stephen managed to find someone to, er, preach up.
Stephen Baldwin: GodSpeedo

The 41-year-old Evangelical "Threesome" star went for a dip in Israel's Dead Sea.
A grown man in a spandex diaper? Now, that's the true abomination.
Omarosa Plugs It Up
Our guy tried to pry some information about the new show from Omarosa, but she would only put her finger to her lips and give us a coy smile. Softball legend Jennie Finch was similarly mum, and "America's Got Talent" judge Piers Morgan played equally dumb, as he walked into the hotel with all the other contestants. TMZ also happened to spot actress Karen Black -- Oscar-nominee for "Five Easy Pieces -- as part of the "Apprentice" crew.
But non-disclosure was a non-starter, apparently, for Stephen Baldwin and Marilu Henner, who gladly shared their own appraisals of the upcoming season, currently shooting in Manhattan. Baldwin, for his part, proudly proclaimed it the "most dramatic yet."
Baldwin Bucked Up -- Rushed to Hospital

Sources from the set of "Ty Murray's Celebrity Bull Riding Challenge" tell TMZ that Baldwin broke a shoulder and a rib when a bad ride sent him crashing to the rodeo floor. Baldwin was treated and released from a hospital, and we're told that "he is already back on set in a sling." No bull!
The show, which is set to debut on CMT in August, follows nine Hollywood celebrities on location in Texas -- as they try to master the art of championship bullriding.
Baldwin isn't the first star to get feel the bull's wrath during production -- Leif Garrett was seriously roughed up just a day earlier. Shockingly, Vanilla Ice has remained unharmed!
