The mystery is over ... Steve-O and Elisabetta Canalis are DEFINITELY more than friends ... and yesterday they engaged in a little mouth-on-mouth PDA to prove it.
There was a fierce debate in our newsroom ... some people felt that Elisabetta's decision to date the "Jackass" star is a step down from George Clooney. Others think she's decided status symbols don't bring happiness ... and since she might be happier with Steve-O, it's NOT a step down.
Elisabetta Canalis and Steve-O went to a HAIR SALON this weekend ... TOGETHER ... so, it's fair to assume they're totally dating now, right?
Rumors have been swirling for weeks ... that George Clooney's ex-GF and the "Jackass" star have been getting pretty up close and personal in the past few weeks.
The two hit up Trust Hair Salon in West Hollywood on Saturday ... and as they both got into Steve-O's car ... we asked if they were officially more than friends.
They didn't have to say anything ... it's pretty obvious.
"Jackass" star Steve-O has just been sued over a karaoke performance gone horribly wrong -- in which a woman allegedly slipped and fell, breaking practically every bone in her lower body.
The woman behind the lawsuit is named Susanne Ohman -- who claims she recently participated in a singing competition for the upcoming show "Killer Karaoke" ... which Steve-O hosts.
According to the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, the show sprays water at the contestants while they sing as a form of distraction. Susanne claims she got soaked ... and as she was stepping off a platform, she slipped.
As a result, Susanne claims she "fractured and damaged her tibia, patella, ligaments, knee, leg, bones, and injured her muscles, bone, circulatory system, and body."
Susanne claims she has since been required to undergo surgery -- and expects to undergo even more surgery in the future. She's suing Steve-O and the show's producers for unspecified damages.
But Susanne isn't the only alleged victim -- her husband is also suing Steve-O for "loss of consortium" ... which means he's pissed he can't have sex with his wife.
Steve-O is at a loss for words after Ryan Dunn's death this morning -- tweeting, "I don't know what to say, except I love Ryan Dunn and I'm really going to miss him."
The American Diabetes Association wants to teach Steve-O a lesson ... after he BOYCOTTED a diabetes benefit for serving meat -- telling TMZ, eating animal flesh isn't necessarily bad for diabetics.
As we previously reported, Steve-O walked out on an ADA benefit when he found out meat was on the menu -- claiming serving meat at a diabetes fundraiser is "like serving alcohol at an AA meeting."
But a rep for the ADA tells us, there is no rule that you can’t eat meat if you have diabetes -- every person is different, and should be on a meal plan that works best for them.
That said, the ADA still welcomes Steve-O at their events with open arms -- telling us, "The doors are always open."
"Jackass" star Steve-O WALKED OUT of a charity event benefiting the American Diabetes Association this weekend because they served meat for lunch ... claiming, "It's like serving alcohol at an AA meeting."
Steve-O was set to compete in the Celebrity Go Kart Tournament in Gardena, California this weekend -- but once he caught wind of the menu, he BOLTED.
On his way out, Steve O expressed his outrage with a woman named Helen from Children's Hospital -- saying, "I came here because I thought this was about promoting a plant-based diet as diabetes prevention and they're serving MEAT there ... so I'm outta here."
After asking a few kids if they wanted to take his place driving his go-kart in the event ... Steve-O added, "It's kind of an outrage to me ... it's stupid."
"Jackass" star Steve-O was arrested in Canada yesterday for assault with a weapon -- but the alleged incident that led to the arrest happened 8 YEARS AGO ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources confirm ... Steve-O was stopped by customs when he got off an airplane at Calgary International Airport ... when officials noticed there was an outstanding warrant out for his arrest.
We're told the warrant was issued back in 2003 -- for an incident in which Steve-O allegedly attacked somebody with an unknown object. So far, the identity of the victim is unclear.
Steve-O was placed behind bars for a short while -- before going in front of a judge. He was eventually released on $10,000 Canadian ($10,216.60 U.S.) bail ... which the actor had to pay IN CASH.
When Bam Margera claimed that doctors had to literally staple his head back together after a woman allegedly cracked him with a bat a few days ago -- he wasn't kidding.
Bam was hanging poolside in L.A. yesterday with a few of his "Jackass" buddies -- when he gave us a look into his busted up melon.
After the peep show, Bam told us he thinks his alleged assailant is in big trouble with the law -- check out the video to get his side of the story.

During a segment on "Lopez Tonight" -- the "Jackass" star decided to show his support for George's "Keep Kate" campaign by stapling a message to his man bag.
Steve-O isn't just happy because he's not going to jail -- after a judge dismissed a felony drug charge today for good behavior -- Steve-O's happy because now he gets to be sober just for himself. And it feels good.
The "Jackass" star stopped by the dreaded California DMV after appearing in court today with attorney Barry Gerald Sands -- where he proved to a judge he's been 100% sober for 18 months since his arrest in 2008. The judge was so impressed he dismissed the felony drug charge for cocaine possession ... and even took Steve-O's arrest off his record.
But some things never change -- Steve-O tells TMZ he was at the DMV because he lost his wallet after getting naked and donning a wrestling singlet for an upcoming Jackass 3D flick.
It sure sounded like something broke when Steve O and Tom Green started jumping around on their rap producer's $500,000 Lamborghini after a long night of clubbing in Hollywood ...
... but if you can afford that car, you sure as hell better be able to afford the repairs.
