T.R. Knight: .....
crickets .....

We crashed into the "
Grey's Anatomy" star at LAX yesterday -- but he wasn't talking about the car accident cops say he caused that sent one woman to the hospital.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ cops have determined
T.R. Knight caused the car crash last Thursday that landed one person in the hospital.

Just before the crash, Knight was stopped at a stop sign. Cops say he should not have entered the intersection because it wasn't clear of traffic -- they say he ran into the other car, sending a woman to the hospital. The male in the car also complained of minor injuries.
Knight will not be ticketed because it's not LAPD policy to ticket on infractions that aren't committed in their presence.
No charges will be filed. Now it's in the hands of the insurance companies.
T.R. Knight has another hit on his hands -- a three-car accident in Hollywood on Thursday.

We're told T.R. was going eastbound on Hollywood Blvd -- the other car was going westbound when they collided. He was not injured, but a man and a woman were taken to the hospital by ambulance.
Cops are still investigating who was at fault. No citations were issued.
It was a frightening week in the Thirty Mile Zone! "Grey's Anatomy" star T.R. Knight, 34, went for a lover's stroll with his San Francisco State freshman
boyfriend Mark Cornelsen -- and his dogs -- in L.A. on Sunday.

On a related note, Katherine Heigl was nowhere in sight.
At a "Grey's Anatomy" event at UCLA's Royce Hall, Katherine Heigl decided she didn't want T.R. Knight to sign any more autographs -- and literally pushed, pulled and jerked him around until he left! Diva, please!
Dr. Stevens need to write herself a prescription for chill pills.
Katherine Heigl clearly needs all the decorating help she can get, judging by the chandelier she just bought. What to do?!? T.R. Knight to the rescue! He dropped by Kat's newly purchased home to assist -- and just walked right in! That's what BFFs are for.
Leaving your door unlocked is a sweet premise, but in L.A. it can be hazardous to your health.
"Grey's Anatomy" doc T.R. Knight is so
GLAAD he came out of the closet, he's taped a PSA in honor of National Coming Out Day. Isaiah Washington be damned!
National Coming Out Day is observed every October 11, and this year marks the one-year anniversary of Knight's public disclosure in People Magazine.
Isaiah Washington talks about his experiences working with gays and lesbians as if they aren't commonplace in Hollywood. And water is not wet, and the sky is not blue.

During an interview with the
Houston Chronicle, Washington pointed out that he was once hired by a lesbian, saying, "I've been working with lesbian and gay [sic] for 21 years in this business. In New York, my first job was given to me by ... an African American lesbian."
Isaiah says he gets along splendidly with people of all sexual orientations. He told the Chronicle, "My whole existence has co-existed evenly and beautifully with individuals who happen to be gay." Well, except for that whole T.R. Knight thing.
Looks like T.R. Knight needed some changes in his life ... and started with his head.

The newly burgundied TV doc sported this firescalp in Hollywood yesterday while shopping at the trendy John Varvatos store.
Spicy!

"Grey's Anatomy" star T.R. Knight reveals that not everyone was pleased with his decision to come out. Paging Isaiah Washington!
In a new interview in
The Advocate, reports
People magazine, Knight recounts how many friends were "beautifully supportive," while others warned him not to come out. Haters! "Don't do it now," they advised, afraid it might jeopardize his career. But, says Knight, "I could have not [spoken up]. I could have retreated. But I'm definitely happy I made the decision."
Knight was moved to publicly come out after fellow castmate Isaiah "McMeany" Washington was caught making homophobic slurs on set. Lovely. Washington has since attended gay-slur "rehab" for his comments, and relations on the set seem to have simmered down. Can you say ABC gag order?!
Knight first came out to People last October, saying "I hope the fact that I'm gay isn't the most interesting part of me."
