Three years after filing for bankruptcy, "
Real Housewives of New Jersey" star
Teresa Giudice may finally be counting her pennies after being spotted discount shopping at a Marshall's in Totowa, NJ yesterday.
Looks like the 39-year-old table flipper learned something from her stint on "Celebrity Apprentice" ...
never pay full price for fabulous.
You're staring at the bloody face of a man who claims he was attacked by several members of the "
Real Housewives of New Jersey" back in February -- and now he's seeking his revenge in court.

TMZ
broke the story -- a campus police officer from the University of Illinois at Chicago named
Adolfo Arreola claims he was chillin' at the Hard Rock Hotel in the Dominican Republic back in February, when
Teresa Giudice,
Caroline Manzo and other members of their family beat the living crap out of him and his family.
Now, Adolfo, along with several family members, have filed a lawsuit -- describing the attack in detail.
With
Danielle Staub off the show and stripping, table flipper extraordinaire
Teresa Giudice's new enemy on "
Real Housewives of New Jersey" is her real life sister-in-law -- and new cast member --
Melissa Gorga.

Question is ...
For a fee, "
Real Housewives of New Jersey" star
Teresa Giudice will tell anybody how they too can have it all ... if having it all means filing for bankruptcy, almost having your stuff auctioned off and dealing with
your husband's DWI.

Believe it or not, the 38-year-old table-flipper is hosting an "inspiring" two-hour
Learning Annex seminar in Manhattan that promises to "get you going in the right direction" ... for a mere $58 a pop.
Never mind that Teresa's "direction" includes incurring nearly $11 million in debt, and filing for bankruptcy last year.
"Those who can, do, those who can't ..."
Teresa Giudice is on the verge of losing her spot on "
The Real Housewives of New Jersey" -- TMZ has learned the reality star's money demands are holding up contract negotiations ... and
Bravo is losing patience.

Sources close to Giudice tell TMZ, the
table-flipping housewife feels like Bravo's giving her the short end of the stick ... because she's under the impression that the other women in the cast are earning significantly more money than she is. As
we previously reported, Teresa wants double her salary from last season.
We're told Teresa -- who's famously dealt with money issues in the past -- is ready to walk if Bravo doesn't cough up the cash. Bravo insiders wouldn't comment on the current state of negotiations, but did say the network is looking at possible replacements.
As for the other girls -- we're told they're all a safe bet for next season ... minus Danielle, of course.
A "
Real Housewives of New Jersey"-inspired table-flipping contest -- hosted by table-flipping queen
Teresa Giudice -- just got tossed ... after
Bravo put the kibosh on the event.

The owner of The Funkey Monkey in Delaware tells TMZ ... just as they green lit the table-flipping contest for Teresa's appearance Saturday, Bravo caught wind of it and shut it down.
A rep for Bravo tells us the network has a hands-off policy regarding personal appearances -- but according to inside sources Teresa was told the contest might be a dumb PR move ... so she'd be better off not flaunting her famous Season 1 move
(see video).

The club's owner tells us they've reached a compromise -- a look-alike contest. Nevertheless, he concedes, "I can't help it if the [look-alikes] get on the stage and flip tables."
"
Real Housewives of NJ" star
Kim G doesn't have the same $$$ issues as co-star
Teresa Giudice -- because we're told G rolled into a Payless shoe store recently ... and bought fresh kicks for every family in the place.

The manager at
Payless ShoeSource in Paterson, NJ tells TMZ, Kim -- along with her sidekick Tom Murro -- rounded up everyone in the store last Monday ... and personally threw down for their back-to-school purchases, which included "Star Wars" and Hello Kitty-themed backpacks.
But based on the receipt -- obtained by TMZ -- there weren't that many shoe shoppers out on the holiday ... because the total bill was only $143.60.
It's the thought that counts.
TMZ has learned "
Real Housewives of New Jersey" star
Teresa Giudice is "ready to walk away" from the show unless producers cough up "
Jersey Shore money" ... and fast!!!

Sources connected to the show tell us "several of the women are no longer satisfied with their deals" and will not show up to begin shooting Season 3 on September 3rd -- unless they get new contracts worth significantly more moolah.
We're told Teresa -- who's financial issues have been a major plot point on the show -- is the most adamant about the contract situation ... asking for a cut of the DVD and merchandise sales ... freedom to make more paid appearances ... and her salary DOUBLED.
A source extremely close to Teresa tells us, “She would like to be paid more equivalent to what the '
Jersey Shore' kids are getting" .... adding, "If she’s not treated better by Bravo, she’s ready to
walk away.”
FYI -- the
"Jersey Shore" kids are reportedly pulling in around $30k per episode.
A rep for Bravo tells us they don't comment on contract negotiations.
Here's fortune teller wannabe/ "
Real Housewives of New Jersey" star
Teresa Giudice at an event in Paterson (
left) -- and Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band member/former "
Sopranos" star
Steven Van Zandt back in April (
right).

While neither are pirates, both were raised in New Jersey.
We're just sayin'.
"
Real Housewives of New Jersey" larger-than-life personalities
Teresa Giudice (and her hair),
Caroline Manzo and
Jacqueline Laurita made nice at an event in Paterson on Monday.
Question is ...
Table flipping
Teresa Giudice from "
Real Housewives of New Jersey" just got one-upped by her husband -- because he flipped an entire pickup truck.

We obtained this shocking photo of
Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice's completely demolished vehicle -- taken after cops say he struck a pole early Thursday morning in Montville, NJ.
As we previously reported, Giudice was taken to the hospital after the accident ... where he was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, careless driving, and failure to maintain a traffic lane.
