Marc Cherry is not Nicollette Sheridan's only adversary in her trial -- her former co-stars are poised to destroy her case, because they're all set to testify for the defense.

TMZ has obtained the witness list in Nicollette's trial.  Among those who will be called on behalf of Cherry -- Eva Longoria, Felicity Huffman, James Denton, Marcia Cross and Neal McDonough.

The women on the show will all testify -- they never saw Marc strike Nicollette, as she alleges, nor did they witness any retaliation after she complained to ABC honchos.

According to the witness list, Nicollette wants to grill Marc for 8 hours. 

Eva, Felicity, James, Marcia and Neal will all be in and out in 30 minutes or less, although cross-examination could prolong things.

Teri Hatcher and Jon Tenney are legally divorced, but the conflict goes on ... because they showed up to court today to hash out a plan on who gets to spend time with their daughter over the holidays.


We're told the issue is over their daughter Emerson, who turns 13 tomorrow. The judge will decide which parent spends Thanksgiving and Christmas with the teenager.

Teri is sitting in the courtroom right now, with fellow divorcees in the peanut gallery. 

The couple divorced in 2003, but apparently custody and visitation have become nagging problems.

Teri Hatcher is more deceitful than a housewife on Wisteria Lane -- this according to a new lawsuit filed by a former good friend.


Jennifer Glassman claims Hatcher convinced her to quit her PR job to become Vice Prez of Teri's production company -- and get 50% of all the spoils.

Here's the problem.  Jennifer didn't get the deal in writing.  According to the suit, after joining Teri's company, she was asked to sign a blank contract as a "formality," giving Teri the right to fire her at will ... which she did.

In the lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Jennifer claims she was not only extremely competent, but forced to handle "Hatcher's mood swings and unusual requests."  Among the requests -- scheduling doctors' appointments, planning parties, researching vacation arrangements and hiring a dog trainer.

Jennifer claims Hatcher fired her a few months before Teri got a big fat check for the launch of a website supported by Disney ... a website Jennifer claims she had a big part in creating.

The suit -- claiming fraud, intentional deceit, wrongful termination and emotional distress -- seeks unspecified damages.

UPDATE:  We just got a statement from Teri's rep, who called the lawsuit a "ridiculous fabrication."  Brad Cafarelli added, "It is unfortunate that the many opportunities Ms. Hatcher afforded the former employee are now being so implausibly twisted and contorted."  Cafarelli says Teri and Disney will vigorously fight the suit, and nail Glassman with "substantial counterclaims ... for her reckless and premeditated misconduct on her departure."

The Conan O'Brien slip and fall video is out, and it's all Teri Hatcher's fault!


Last night -- his first night back since Friday's accident -- Conan played a clip from the taping -- which shows him eating it during a triathlon skit with the Desperate Housewife ... an idea he said was all hers.

In another clip, right after the fall, Conan is dazed, and slurring his words.

Teri Hatcher showed off her God-given talents on the beach in Miami this week.



The 44-year-old turned the shore into her own personal catwalk. Walk!

Nothin' cures the early December lip-plumpin' lawsuit blues like a little afternoon jog in L.A. Yup, that's super-skinny Teri Hatcher channeling old-school Nicole Richie as she somehow manages to run with weights without collapsing.

Teri's strenuous exercise regimen prevents the need for LIPosuction.

Teri Hatcher is being sued by skin care company Hydroderm, because she allegedly broke a contract by plumping her lips with a different product.

TMZ obtained this lawsuit filed against the "Desperate Housewives" star in an L.A. Court, claiming she broke her anti-competition clause with Hydroderm by endorsing a City Cosmetics product, Lip Plumper. Pimping out her lips!

Hydroderm paid Hatcher $2.4 million to exclusively endorse their product. According to the suit, Hatcher using the City Cosmetics product directly competes with Hydroderm's lip enhancer. The company now wants their money back -- all $2.4 million plus 400K in additional expenses!

A rep for Hatcher did not return our call for comment.

TMZ cameras were at L.A.'s Grove shopping center last night as the "Desperate Housewife" and her adorable 9-year-old daughter -- a product of Hatcher's marriage to Jon Tenney -- waited for the valet. As the two stood by for their car, Teri can be heard warning Emerson "Don't say anything" if the photog tried to talk to them.

The former Bond Girl and her fashionable spawn then took off for places unknown, Emerson leaving with new knowledge on how to deal with prying photogs -- when she starts frequenting Hyde.

Former President George H.W. Bush did a little spin control over the weekend, denying that he ever gave Teri Hatcher a little love tap on the rump and calling the infamous footage "a fraud."



TMZ posted video of the pair saying their goodbyes after having lunch together last month, and the video sure seems to show the former Prez caught in the act.

"I have been teased about it relentlessly," Bush told the TV show "EXTRA" at the Women's Leadership Forum over the weekend. "[A blog] accused me of patting her backside, which I did not do. The camera lies, it's a fraud." Hey George, there are worse things to be accused of than giving Teri Hatcher a pat on the rear. Like lying about raising taxes, for example.
