R&B megastar Ne-Yo says he's NOT GUILTY of stealing the title of his upcoming album R.E.D. from The Game ... even though Game released his R.E.D. album last year.
"No ... I don't feel like I ripped off The Game's album," Ne-Yo told us at LAX ... insisting he carefully selected the name of his album (which stands for Realizing Every Dream) because he felt it had a good fit ... not because he was trying to copy the rapper.
FYI -- Game's R.E.D. album debuted #1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart.
"Until The Game comes up to me and says he has a problem with it, I don't care what people think." ... Ne-Yo said.
He also points out that he's not the first artist to inadvertently use another artist's album title -- "Jay-Z did The Blueprint and so did KRS-One."
As far as Game is concerned, he recently told XXLMag.com he doesn't hold a grudge with Ne-Yo over the album title ... saying, "I’ve always known Ne-Yo to be a cool dude, so I’m pretty sure he got his reasoning."
The Game thinks Serena Williams is an AMAZING rapper and if she decides to drop an album, it's sure to sell big ... this according to the man himself.
Game tells TMZ ... after he heard Serena's rap for the first time, he knew that she definitely had "raw skills" and was a "really talented artist."
Game says he wasn't that surprised ... considering the tennis champ's Compton roots. He tells us "You shouldn’t expect her to come with anything less than the official rap bars," then added "I can see her doing big things."
Kind of like winning 2 Olympic gold medals, 3 US opens and 4 Wimbledon championships.
In an effort to get even more people to hate his guts, rapper The Game grabbed TWO bottles of $1,400 champagne and dumped them out on the street last night ... because he felt like it.
Game was leaving the Roxbury nightclub in Hollywood when he TOPPED his wasteful performance from earlier in the week ... by pouring out two bottle of Ace of Spades champagne right onto the sidewalk.
After he showered the pavement, Game decided to spread his wealth ... buying some late night hot dogs for anyone who happened to be in the area.
Spending $1,400 on a bottle of champagne is crazy enough -- but The Game took it one step further in L.A. last night ... dumping the bottle's insanely overpriced contents all over the sidewalk ... for no reason.
Game was on his way out of Colony nightclub -- holding a gleaming bottle of Ace of Spades champagne -- when he decided to empty it out for the crowd's entertainment ... saying, "You know what I call that? Feeding the roaches."
Good thing, too ... because carrying an open container in public is a ticketable offense in L.A.
The dude who passed out twice in a row at a recent Game concert insists ... he was NOT under the influence when he lost consciousness -- he was just hungry, exhausted, dehydrated ... and extremely hot inside his hoodie.
TMZ posted the video on Sunday -- showing Paul Gaza losing consciousness in the front row at Game's recent show in Santa Ana, CA. Game stopped the concert to make sure Paul got help (below).
During the show, Game had recommended Paul receive a steady dose of "p**sy" ... claiming his low levels of tang made often caused a similar reaction ... in his younger days.
But Paul says the P-word had nothing to do with his condition ... telling us he hadn't eaten (food) all day, was exhausted from standing in line for 6 hours to get inside the venue, hadn't had a drop of water to drink, and was burning up with his hoodie on.
All in all, the conditions created a perfect storm ... and Paul couldn't keep his head straight.
To be clear, Paul insists the lapse into unconsciousness was NOT chemically-induced -- or as he put it ... "I was sober as a motherf**ker."
It all went down on March 18th -- The Game was in the middle of his performance at The Observatory in Santa Ana, CA ... when a concertgoer passed out in the crowd.
Game immediately jumped into action -- slamming the brakes on the show to make sure the kid was okay.
The footage is pretty intense -- the kid comes to for a quick moment ... asking for water ... then falls limp AGAIN, passing out cold for the second time.
Several other concertgoers rushed to the guy's aid -- but before long, he had regained consciousness again ... this time for good ... and the show went on.
Check out the clip -- Game offers one possible cure for the kid's condition, but we REALLY don't recommend it ...
The Game's Norway concert came to a screeching halt last night -- when the rapper dodged a flying bottle ... and then went into the crowd to FIGHT the moronic perpetrator.
Before he jumped off the stage ... Game warned the person, "Next time you throw something, I'm just gonna ask someone next to you who threw it and we gon' jump over there and f*ck you up."
But the rapper -- and his buffed out crew -- got tired of talking ... and charged into the crowd on a seek-and-destroy mission. Game can be heard saying, "You ain't so tough now, boy."
Game returned to the stage within moments -- and it doesn't appear any punches were thrown ... but we're guessing the guy learned his lesson.
The Game just popped the question to his baby mama ... after dating her for 7 years -- and we caught the entire ringtastic moment on tape.
Game dropped to one knee moments ago at the L.A. elementary school where his girlfriend Tiffney teaches -- and we won't ruin it ... BUT SHE SAYS YES.
Game and Tiffney have two kids together -- a son named King Justice and a daughter named Cali. Game also has a third child from a previous relationship.
The Game was merely perpetuating "myths and stereotypes" when he implied all closeted gay men have AIDS ... this according to the San Francisco AIDS Foundation.
The SFAF has issued a statement, claiming Game's comments in a recent interview about the gay community are "a powerful reminder that despite the tremendous progress made debunking myths and stereotypes about how HIV is spread, we still have work to do."
The foundation notes, "[Game] seems to be confusing two important facts -- that black and gay
communities continue to bare the brunt of the U.S. epidemic."
"Experts agree that the hype around people on the 'down low' driving new infections among either group is just that -- hype."
The SFAF claims they want to speak with The Game because "we'd welcome the chance to help him better understand HIV risk and prevention so he can use his voice to inform and empower."
The Game just went on TMZ Live to clarify his point that closeted gay men spread AIDS by tricking women into bed -- telling us, gay men are predisposed to spreading HIV ... and keeping their sexuality a secret puts women at risk as well.
Check out the interview ... it raises an interesting question -- should a slight reduction in HIV risk come at the expense of someone's right to privacy?
RapperThe Game believes closeted gay men are spreading AIDS by "fooling" women into having sex with them.
Game just gave an interview to VLADTV -- saying he doesn't have a problem with most gay people -- just the ones who are "pretending" not to be gay and sleeping with women.
Game says, "The #1 issue with that is you could be fooling somebody and you could give them AIDS and they can die ... and that s**t spreads because that girl you might be fooling might leave you and go find another dude who ain't gay and give him the disease."
Game seems to be saying that all closeted gay men have AIDS ... and he wants them to come out of the closet in a Scarlet Letter sort of a way -- so people know to avoid them unless they want to get AIDS.
Before Justin Bieber went toe-to-toe with a photographer -- sparking a police investigation -- he trained with "Iron" Mike Tyson! Wondering how they ended up together? Well, we got Tyson on the phone ... and you won't believe his excuse for kicking it with Biebs. Plus,…
