Tila Tequila is officially out of rehab ... after 30 days of intense counseling for her substance abuse and psychological issues ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for Tila tells TMZ, the reality star "has successfully completed her program in rehab and has safely made her way back home. She has fully recovered, and is currently spending time with her closest family and friends."

TMZ broke the story ... Tila agreed to enter rehab following a suicide scare in her L.A. home last month.

Tila's rep adds, "She is the healthiest she's ever been and wants to thank all of her fans for their undying support while she was battling through some hard times."

Forget "Real Housewives" ... Danielle Staub is now earning over $1,000 AN HOUR to chat on the phone with fans ... and here's a shocker, she doesn't even need to talk dirty.

The former reality villain has joined forces with a website called Dial-A-Star.com ... connecting fans with z-list celebs at a premium price ... Staub gets $18-per-minute.

And she isn't the only one cashing in ...

Tila Tequila -------- $20-per-minute
Dina Lohan ------- $18-per-minute

We're told the site's been blowing up since it launched last week ... with Staub taking the honors as the top earner ... raking in $6,000 in calls since the launch. Angelina and Michael Lohan are tied for second with over $3,000 each, followed by Octomom at $1,260.

Tila Tequila has agreed to enter rehab for substance abuse in addition to seeking treatment for psychological issues -- Tila's close friend and manager tells TMZ.

According to her manager, Tila agreed to treatment after several of Tila's friends discussed her problems with her -- following Tila's suicide scare last week.

We're told Tila has been struggling with serious substance abuse problems as well as psychiatric issues recently -- the suicide scare was just the straw that broke the camel's back.

It's unclear when Tila plans to enter a treatment center -- but we're told her friends are hoping she'll get help as soon as this week.

We're told a rehab facility has already agreed to take her -- though sources wouldn't specify which.

Tila Tequila was rushed to the hospital last week ... after her roommate called 911 and said the reality star was hellbent on doing herself in ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... emergency responders came to the home at 1:30 AM on Wednesday ... and Tila was taken by ambulance to St. Joseph's hospital in Burbank, CA.

We're told the roommate told cops Tila had "tried to kill herself all week."

Sources say Tila was in and out of consciousness in the house ... and officials decided she needed psychiatric help, stat.


Tila was released ... but the drama didn't end there. Last night, Tila's manager had a sneaking suspicion something was terribly wrong, so she called 911.

Cops went to Tila's home to do a welfare check, but Tila refused to open the door. Tila then called 911 to find out why officers were at her home ... and explained she couldn't answer the door because she was in a wheelchair.

Cops eventually left the home -- and we're told Tila is currently resting.

Tila Tequila is converting to Judaism ... seriously ... and for once, she swears she's not just after some cheap publicity.

TMZ has learned Tequila has been taking classes at a NY temple to begin the conversion process ... and even skipped Christmas this year to focus on change.

We spoke with the former MTV reality star about the situation and she explained, "As time passed, I started to become more and more fascinated with Kabbalah, the culture, and the way of life of the reform Judaism religion."

And even though she starred in a sex tape, Tequila says ... "I feel Orthodox is a little hardcore for me at this stage."

Tila adds, "I just feel like the Jewish people have such a beautiful way about them, and I can't wait to officially be Jewish! Shabbat Shalom."

After last year's attacks of Tila Tequila and Method Man, you'd think the Gathering of the Juggalos would INCREASE security. Not only would you be wrong, but they're doing the EXACT OPPOSITE.



Violent J from the Insane Clown Posse (the group behind the annual festival) tells TMZ ... ICP feels the TALENT was to blame for last year's violence ... because they incited the crowd while onstage.

Mr. J believes the performers lined up for the 2011 festival have "mad respect" for the juggalos ... and won't make the same mistake.

Tila tells TMZ ... she feels LA is "played out" and she's "ready to conquer NYC" -- so the reality star is packing up her stuff and moving to The Big Apple for GOOD next weekend. 

Ms. Tequila tells us, "I'm looking forward to starting a new life in NYC. A clean slate and a fresh start. I just want to be a normal girl with a normal life for a while. I just want to meet new friends, fall in love, get married, have babies, and call it a day!"

Tila -- who starred in her own bi-sexual dating show -- says she's sick of the Hollywood scene ... and wants to "do the whole college thing" while she plots her next career move.

If she can make it there ...

Shocker of the century ... a new Tila Tequila sex tape has leaked onto the Internet -- and the porn studio that owns the frisky footage claims it was stolen from under its nose.


Lawyers for Vivid Entertainment fired off a letter to the folks behind Pornhub.com (who are apparently located in the Republic of Cyprus), demanding it remove a five-minute clip of the Tila tape that hit the web last week. Vivid had plans to release the tape this week and wants to keep it fresh.

And get this ... we're told Vivid thinks it was an inside job -- one of its own leaked the video.
