Former UFC champ Rashad Evans has some new hardware ... as in the metal pins he had inserted to repair his injured right hand!

The ex light-heavyweight title holder walked out of Katsuya in Hollywood last night sporting a big ole cast on his hand and wrist -- and said he got some pins to put his thumb "back in place." Our UFC sources say it's a "really bad sprain."

It's unclear if the injury is directly related to his recent victory over Tito Ortiz.

Speaking of Ortiz ... you gotta hear what Rashad had to say about that "leaked" twitpic of Tito's junk.


10:40 AM: Rashad's rep tells us he dislocated his thumb during the Ortiz fight, and says it will be healed in three weeks.

UFC fighter Tito Ortiz -- and his super-expensive Rolls Royce Phantom -- were involved in a 3-car collision in Costa Mesa, CA this weekend ... and while no one was hurt, Tito says he cried anyway.



It all went down near a Denny's restaurant Sunday afternoon. It's unclear who was at fault, but Tito was seen shaking hands with one of the people involved in the wreck moments after the collision.

A short time later, Tito tweeted about the crash -- and when asked if insurance would cover the damages, he replied, "Nope, it will come out of my pocket. Sucks."

He added, "I cried a little because it's my favorite car but it will be new in no time." 

Someone posted a full-frontal naked photo of MMA fighter Tito Ortiz through his Twitter page moments ago ... but Tito insists it was the work of a hacker.



The photo surfaced just a few hours ago -- when it was uploaded to Tito's personal photo-sharing website ... which is connected through his Twitter page.

The photo (seen above) appears to be a naked self-portrait shot with a cell phone. And let's just say ... there's a reason he had to shoot from such a wide angle.

Moments ago, Tito tweeted, "Someone hack my f**king phone."

Further cementing the fact their relationship is just fine ... Jenna Jameson and hubby Tito Ortiz hit up Chateau Nightclub and Sugar Factory American Brassiere Restaurant in Las Vegas last night to celebrate Jenna's birthday.

Tito Ortiz crashed his Toyota Scion, not once ... but TWICE … during a practice run for the 2011 “Fueled by Fame” Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race yesterday.


 
The former UFC champ sped his car into a wall—and then smashed into the rear bumper of another car driven by “Blood Diamond” star Djimon Hounsou. Fortunately, nobody seemed to be injured.
 
Ortiz will clearly need a new car for the actual race, set to go down in Long Beach on April 16.

Tito Ortiz tells TMZ ... the swirl of rumors that he and Jenna Jameson have separated are untrue ... right down to the story that Jenna allegedly threw his expensive watches in the ocean.


Tito says he and Jenna are still together, although he spoke obtusely about a "big argument" recently.  As for why Jenna wasn't wearing her wedding ring yesterday, Tito says it doesn't matter -- they're still a unit.

We asked Tito about several tips we got ... that Jenna allegedly threw some of his expensive watches in the ocean after a New Year's Eve fight and he had to hire a scuba diver to retrieve the items.  Tito says the real story is that his kids like throwing things in the harbor -- which they did with his expensive glasses ... and that's what the scuba guy was looking for.

Tito Ortiz found himself stranded on the side of the road in O.C. last weekend ... after his Maserati ran out of gas -- but lucky for him, the UFC bad boy was able to score some help from the locals.


It all went down Sunday afternoon -- we're told a passerby recognized Tito ... and was able to come up with a portable fuel tank to help the famous fighter bring gas back to his car half-a-mile away.

According to our source, Tito rewarded the local handsomely ... with a solid handshake. Thanks?

Following last night's disappointing loss at UFC 121, there's a lot of speculation Tito Ortiz might be done -- but according to Josh Koscheck, the guy headlining UFC 124, there's no doubt what Tito should do next.

Just weeks after Tito Ortiz was officially let off the hook for allegedly smacking around his baby mama Jenna Jameson -- the couple is already partying together again ... to celebrate, of all things, a fight.



Tito and Jenna rolled over to Vanity nightclub at the Hard Rock Hotel in Vegas this weekend to hit up the official UFC afterparty for the Rampage Jackson vs. Rashad Evans fight.

Tito just pulled out of a June fight against Chuck Liddell due to a spinal cord injury -- but judging by this photo, shot by our friends at SpyOnVegas.com ... Tito wasn't feeling too much pain Saturday night.

Tito Ortiz is officially out of the doghouse with the man who signs his checks -- UFC honcho Dana White -- now that the D.A. has rejected possible criminal charges in that whole domestic violence arrest. 

 
White -- who had threatened to kick Tito's ass to the curb if Jenna Jameson's accusations against the fighter turned out to be legit -- tells TMZ that Ortiz will not face any punishment from the organization.

White added, "I'm cool with Tito ... he's still on our roster now … we'll be looking to get him in the ring in October or November."

TMZ has learned ... the Orange County District Attorney has rejected the case against Tito Ortiz, who was arrested last month for felony domestic violence.



The D.A. tells TMZ there was insufficient corroboration to prove beyond reasonable doubt that Tito had attacked his girlfriend Jenna Jameson.  That could have something to do with the fact Jenna changed her story multiple times.

As TMZ first reported, Tito was arrested for felony domestic violence on April 26 at the couple's home in Huntington Beach, CA.

UPDATE:  Tito's lawyer, Chip Matthews, just told TMZ, "We're pleased the prosecutors recognized this as a misunderstanding.  Tito and Jenna are happily working on their relationship."
