Charlie Sheen's latest pornquaintance has a connection to pop princess Britney Spears -- as in she used to date Kevin Federline and even watched Britney's little munchkins ... TMZ has learned.


Turns out after Britney and Kevin split, Kacey Jordan and K-Fed dated briefly. We're told K-Jor spent a lot of time at K-Fed's house and would even babysit the kids from time to time when he would go out and do ... whatever it is he does.

Kacey tells TMZ, "I watched the kids when Kevin was dealing with the divorce. He was busy with going to so many meetings with lawyers. We went swimming ... they were great."

Babysitting a couple of young boys sounds much easier than looking after Charlie Sheen.

During a visit to Six Flags Magic Mountain -- Tommy Lee and a mask-free Deadmau5 strapped on some safety harnesses and swung into action on a ride aptly named "Dive Devil" earlier this month.

Mötley Crüe is being sued over a sweatshirt ... and it all stems from an iconic photo taken way back in 1981.



The Crüe and Live Nation are being sued by Ron Toma who claims he owns the copyright to the famous "belt buckle photo" .... taken by photog Michael Pinter back in 1981. The band used the photo on the cover of their hit album "Too Fast for Love."

But according to Toma's lawsuit, filed in Illinois Northern District Court, Crüe and Live Nation stole the image without permission and used it on some signature hoodies they're selling on their websites.

Toma is asking a judge to step in ASAP to administer some justice -- blocking MC and Live Nation from using the image without permission. Calls to Mötley Crüe weren't returned.

Tommy Lee is not down with SeaWorld using cow vaginas to extract killer whale sperm -- which is cool with SeaWorld since they deny doing it ... but an accusation that bizarre deserves a closer look.

SeaWorld is finally lashing back at Tommy Lee -- claiming the rocker's allegation that the park uses cow vaginas to "masturbate" their killer whales for sperm collection is "beyond ludicrous."



A rep for SeaWorld tells us, "If Mr. Lee’s information on Tilikum and SeaWorld’s artificial insemination program for killer whales comes from PETA we’re not surprised that it’s wrong.  PETA is as careless with facts as they are extreme in their views."

As we first reported, Lee had fired off a letter to SeaWorld demanding they release Tilikum the orca back into the wild. In his letter, Lee also stated that he learned the "sick and twisted" info about the cow vaginas from SeaWorld's own director of safety.

But the SeaWorld rep notes, "The process of collecting semen for [artificial insemination] doesn’t differ in any meaningful way from the techniques employed in managing livestock or other species for zoological display."

"Contrary to the charges made by PETA and repeated in Lee’s letter, our trainers do not now nor have they ever entered the water with Tilikum for this purpose.  The safety of SeaWorld staff and the welfare of our animals are our highest priorities."

The rep adds, "Whatever his views on SeaWorld, Mr. Lee would be wise to spend more time checking his facts.

The Motley Crue drummer just fired off a letter to SeaWorld -- accusing the park of keeping Tilikum the whale in captivity because, "he is your chief sperm bank."

Tilikum -- as you may know -- made national headlines for being involved in the deaths of three people.

But Tommy is especially pissed about the way he believes SeaWorld extracts semen from Tilikum -- saying, "We know from SeaWorld's own director of safety (as well as videos on the web) that the way you get his sperm is by having someone get into the pool and masturbate him with a cow's vagina filled with hot water."

Lee continues, "Even in my wildest days with Motley Crue, I never could've imagined something so sick and twisted."

Tommy and his friends at PETA have called for the whale's release into the wild. SeaWorld has always maintained that the animals receive expert care at its parks.

We've called SeaWorld for comment -- but so far, no dice.

Kid Rock just took the stand in Georgia in connection to his ongoing Waffle House brawl case ... but ended up having to explain why he got into a fight with rocker Tommy Lee at the MTV VMAs back in 2007.


Rock told the judge that he and Lee had bad blood over their relationships with Pam Anderson.

Rock claims before the VMAs, they had exchanged some cell phone smack talk -- but somehow ended up next to each other during the VMAs.

Rock told the judge that Lee tried to sit down next to him ... so Rock smacked Lee's hat off and popped him in the face.

However, Rock also claims that Lee called him after the incident to apologize ... and testified the two are now friends.

UPDATE: Check out part of Rock's testimony above -- when he first sat down, he had to acknowledge that he also goes by the names "Devil without a Cause" and "Kid Rock and Roll Jesus."

So remember the video we got of the pilot who got serviced by a porn star as he flew his helicopter over San Diego? He's the celeb pilot who got in hot water flying Tommy Lee ...

Well there's an FAA hearing underway to permanently revoke the license of one David Martz, and it's almost as entertaining as the in-flight movie.

Several pilots have just testified in the case. One said he would not fly with Martz while he was getting oral sex but would have felt safe with Martz under every other circumstance.

Another pilot, Tim Sears, who has flown with Martz since 2001, testified he would have no problem flying with Martz during oral sex, provided there were dual controls, aka sticks.

Martz then took the stand and choked up, while talking about a mishap in Mexico.

Martz has had his license revoked twice and suspended twice for various violations. After TMZ ran the video of the in-flight oral sex escapade, the FAA temporarily yanked his license.

The hearing continues.

UPDATE: The prosecution argues that had there been one wrong move during the "oral" flight, the porn star could have bitten the pilot's junk off.

Martz legal team countered -- claiming it's NOT reckless to conduct oral sex in an aircraft and that a pilot does not need both hands on the controller at the same time.

Wallet-chasing skeezers are about to be sorely disappointed -- Tommy Lee claims he's being impersonated on an Internet dating website for millionaires!



Some very single, very available TMZ spies stumbled upon a profile for a person calling himself "d33pthr0at" -- which features a candid picture of the rock star and a description which matches Tommy exactly -- single, Caucasian, drummer, 46, has kids, smokes and drinks regularly, travels a lot ... and is rich as can be.

But Tommy's people swore in a statement, "Tommy Lee has no knowledge of this website or of this posting" -- which means the person who wrote the following unbelievably Tommy-sounding "About Me" description, is a total fraud: "WHAT UP BEAUTIFUL BUNNIES. I'M TOMASS, LOOKING FOR HUNNIES TO PARTY WITH, MOSTLY WEST COAST BUT I TRAVEL THE WORLD SO IF YOU ELSEWHERE, WE COULD STILL CHILL."

Tommy is reportedly dating one of the contestants from "Paris Hilton's My New BFF" -- no word on how they met.

Oral sex doesn't fly with the FAA. TMZ just found out helicopter pilot David Martz's pilot's license has been pulled.

An FAA spokesperson tells us they issued an "emergency revocation" of his license.

A statement from the agency says they reached the decision based on video that, "showed Martz receiving oral sex while flying his helicopter over San Diego." He was flying with a porn star at the time of the incident.

Martz, who's flown rockers Tommy Lee and Slash, has already appealed and there will be a hearing in the next 30 days.
