BP honcho Tony Hayward had a good oily time last month in Houston, TX, watching World Cup soccer in a bar with a woman -- not his wife -- and in a supreme irony  ... he ordered seafood.

TMZ obtained photos of Hayward in a Champps Americana Restaurant and Bar on June 12.  We're told Hayward was watching USA vs. England next to an unidentified woman.



We wanted to make sure the pic was indeed Tony.  So check out the CEO's watch when he appeared on CNN.  It's a spitting image of the watch he's wearing in the bar.



As for what Dr. Hayward ate -- yes, he's a PhD -- the receipt shows he paid for shrimp fajitas, fish & chips and 2 cranberry juices.


No word if he cleaned up after himself.

After that outburst in the Congressional hearing, BP CEO Tony Hayward finally took the note -- people really don't like him ... which explains the heavy security during his exit.


Hayward slithered out of the building surrounded by about a half dozen officers.

The brown pelicans of the Gulf Coast are still waiting for their escort to safety.

Chaos erupted at this morning's BP hearing in D.C. -- where a woman, who covered herself in a black substance, somehow got into the room and began screaming at BP CEO Tony Hayward.



Almost immediately after Hayward opened his mouth to make his first statement concerning the disastrous Gulf oil spill, the female protestor began yelling that Hayward should be "charged with a crime."

It took multiple guards to subdue the woman and escort her out of the building. 

As usual, Hayward did a pretty good job pretending like it was no big deal.
