Dean McDermott set Twitter ON FIRE last night ... when he posted a photo of his adorable son ... that appeared to feature his wife's naked boobs in the background.

Tori Spelling just went to a doctor to check on her unborn baby after she got in some sort of an accident at her kids' school as a photog was chasing her. 



The photog -- not from TMZ -- actually got out of his car after she crashed into a wall at the school -- taking it down --  and began shooting pictures of Tori.

Tori Spelling needed all her focus -- and the help of a few close friends -- to walk the short distance from Mr. Chow to her car last night in Bev Hills.


One of Spelling's friends can be heard preparing Tori to walk ("1, 2, 3") ... before three friends guide her to a waiting vehicle.

Someone is enjoying the holiday spirit ... or spirits, perhaps.

After a motorcycle accident left him in the ICU last week, Dean McDermott was released from the hospital accompanied by wife Tori Spelling and their two kids on Tuesday.



The 43-year-old suffered a punctured lung in the dirt-bike accident, but is expected to make a full recovery.

No word if this storyline will be a part of their reality series.

Dean McDermott -- Tori Spelling's husband -- was admitted to the ICU yesterday with a punctured and collapsed lung ... after a dirt bike accident took a turn for the worse.

Tori tells People, Dean was taken straight to the intensive care unit at a Los Angeles-area hospital with severe bleeding from a puncture wound in his side.

According to Tori, he is expected to make a full recovery.

This is Dean's second motorcycle accident this year -- he had fractured his shoulder during the first one.

Tori and her mother Candy had a very bitter public feud for years -- but the two have been trying to rebuild their relationship since last Christmas ... and apparently, it's working.

The epic familial feud between Candy Spelling and daughter Tori Spelling is officially over -- Tori brought the brood to Candy's Christmas party Saturday night and buried the hatchet.



The two haven't seen each other for 2 1/2 years. But Tori showed up at Candy's doorstep with Dean, Liam, Stella and Jack, Dean's stepson.

Candy hadn't met Stella until a few weeks ago and she hadn't seen Liam since he was an infant.

It was an intimate affair -- 185 people. Tori and Dean stayed for 3 hours so it wasn't just a drive-by.

Aaron Spelling could have written a juicier ending ...

Candy Spelling has settled up with her ex-maid.

You'll recall -- and we'll never forget -- Tori Spelling's mom was sued by Lourdes Serrano, who claimed, among other things, Candy was a tightwad boss, making her clock out for 10-minute breaks twice a day and not paying the downtime.

We just got legal docs showing the case settled last Tuesday. The terms are confidential. We're told the maid got chump change -- but someone in Candy's camp said, "Maybe in maid money it's a lot."

How's this for ironic ... Candy Spelling -- the owner of a 57,000 square foot mansion in Los Angeles -- has just been confined to a teeny-weeny bed ... in a full body cast.



We're told Candy Spelling had neck surgery this week. Doctors fused two discs to improve function in her right hand. Ironically, Tori was also in the hospital this week after she complained of severe abdominal pain. How's that for mother/daughter bonding?

Candy got out yesterday -- completely immobilized. She'll be on her back for the next couple of weeks.

As far as casting goes, it's her best role yet.

We gave Candy Spelling the opportunity to take back the harsh words she had for her daughter Tori Spelling -- when she said Tori just uses her children as "props" for her reality show.


She didn't.
