Ty Loses Luggage, Not His Cool
Also in L.A.: Tyra Banks at LAX, Jimmy Fallon wanted to pump up the jam, Mickey Rourke had a shirt on this time at Mr. Chow and Eddie Murphy partied at One.
In NY: Charo, Kristen Bell and Ali Larter were all at JFK -- but only Ali showed love for the waiting paps and fans.
Ty Takes On Radio Taunter: I'm No "Jackass!"

Sources tell TMZ that the "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" host showed much love for the fine watering holes of Billings, Montana a few weeks ago. The good news -- we also have confirmation that he wasn't driving. Ty's just over one month past a no contest plea for DUI. Pennington was in Big Sky country to shoot an episode of the ABC tearjerker. And while Ty made time for happy hour, a morning show DJ told his listeners that Ty had no time for local interviewers.
Big J (KRSQ 101.9) lured the spikey-haired handyman to the phone by putting him on blast, and pissing off Pennington so much, that he eventually called in to confront the jock (c'mon Ty that's the oldest one in the book). Jay made a crack about Ty using a spray bottle to fake sweat for the cameras, and IT WAS ON!
Check out the audio.
Ty Pleads No Contest
Hottie handyman Ty Pennington pleaded no contest today to charges of drunk driving, stemming from his arrest on May 5.Police arrested the "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" star in Venice, Calif. just after midnight on the 5th. A source told TMZ that Pennington had a blood alcohol level that was nearly twice the legal limit.
In a statement, Ty told TMZ "I'm happy to bring closure to my recent court proceedings. Drinking and driving is never acceptable. I have pleaded no contest and will abide by the court's ruling. I hope this experience can help others as much as it has helped me."
Pennington was sentenced to three years probation and ordered to pay a $390 fine. Ty must also complete three months of a County-supervised alcohol education program and participate in a MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) victim's impact seminar.
Ty had initially been charged with two counts of DUI. After this plea, the second charge was dropped.
Ty's a Backseat Driver Now
The usually talkative home makeover maven was tight lipped to paparazzi questions regarding his recent charges, but he did respond to screaming fans. Ty's in da house!
As the hunky handyman escaped to his car, the driver gave him a hefty pat on the back. Too bad he wasn't driving for Ty last week.
Ty Gets BOA Constricted
"I had the steak and broccoli," Pennington said as he emerged from the restaurant and made his way to a car. Thanks Ty, that was definitely the question on everyone's mind.
Pennington was cordial with photog when asked about his troubles, and when a guy on the street said he was a huge fan of Ty's show, "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition," Ty shot back, "Thanks, man. It shows." Um, what?
