Male supermodel
Tyson Beckford is warning his fans ... the unreleased sex tape featuring himself (with himself) is definitely NOT a masterpiece. Sorry ladies (and some men).
TMZ broke the story ...
someone is shopping footage of the 41-year-old former Polo model pleasuring himself during a recent Internet video chat with a female model.
Tyson went on Twitter yesterday to address the issue with fans ... saying he's "sad but life goes on."
"Don't even faze me" ... Tyson added ... "We all do it, just mine got caught on film."
He also admitted, "Not much of a sex tape lol."
Beckford also got Twitter love from "Transformers" star
Tyrese Gibson ... the same guy who he gripes about being confused with on the sex tape.
"What folks don't know is that Tyson opened the door for me to model" ... Tyrese explained.
Tyrese also says the confusion with Tyson has helped him get laid (like these guys need help) ... saying, "I've pulled a few of your fans who thought I was YOU..!! They were too bad to let them go!! Lol!"
Tyrese Gibson has got some serious negotiating skills -- TMZ has learned, the actor just snatched up a spanking new L.A. mansion ... for almost a half a mil less than the asking price.
The R&B star closed on the digs in July, dropping $1,038,750 on the deal -- but according to court docs obtained by TMZ, the original asking price was much steeper ... $1,499,000.
The 5-bedroom, 5,586 square foot Mediterranean-style palace -- built just this year -- comes complete with a giant tropical backyard featuring a waterfall, private pool, basketball court … and enough room for 10 cars.

Tyrese says tainted seafood did a major number on his insides -- sending him to an L.A. hospital last night ... TMZ has learned.
According to a rep, Tyrese is recovering at home today ... but before he left the hospital he fired off a twitpic of his feet in the hospital bed -- and the message, "ER...pray for me."

Ty's rep says the singer/actor started feeling sick almost immediately after he went out for a meal yesterday.
The rep says docs sent Tyrese home this morning, and ordered him to stay in bed.

You won't be hearing any
Tyrese songs on the radio in Delaware in the near future ... because the singer's music has been banned from the biggest hip hop station in the state.
TMZ spoke with Tony Quartarone -- the station owner at KISS 101.7 -- who tells us he's not upset with Tyrese because he took a stand against liquor stores ... instead, he claims the problem was the way the singer addressed his listeners.
Quartarone says, "Tyrese was not
kicked off the air for pointing out that liquor stores should not be located near schools ... I totally agree
with that. But ... he
proceeded to downgrade my audience by calling
them 'homies.'"
Quartarone says he felt the language was condescending -- and that's why he asked Tyrese to leave the building Monday morning. After Tyrese tweeted about the incident, Quartarone says he decided to ban Ty's music until he gets an apology.
He probably won't get one -- Tyrese called in to "TMZ Live" yesterday and told us he simply didn't care if the station takes his music out of rotation.
Tyrese Gibson says the program director that
kicked him out of a Delaware radio station yesterday was cursing and yelling behind the scenes -- all because the singer took a stand against liquor stores near schools.
Tyrese just called into TMZ to explain the whole situation -- it's pretty intense ... check out the audio.

Tyrese claims he was WRONGLY kicked out of a radio station in Delaware yesterday -- and it's all because he TOOK A STAND against liquor stores that operate near elementary schools.
It all happened at
WJKS KISS 101.7 in Delaware -- when Tyrese, who was invited on the show to promote his album, made a PASSIONATE statement about how liquor stores SHOULD NOT be allowed near schools ... after seeing one on his way to the station.
During his rant, Tyrese told the DJ, "Get them cats out of here ... selling alcohol right across from your kids school, homie -- put the pressure on them homie ... you know how to put pressure on dudes selling in your hood."
But when the show went to commercial, Tyrese was asked to leave the building -- and the owner of the radio station confirms to TMZ that it was because he felt Tyrese was "disrespecting" the Delaware community.
After the incident, Tyrese tweeted, "I just kicked out of a radio station frm a [program director] who had a problem w/ me speaking on liquor stores that are by elementary schools in Delaware."
He later added, "If you don't STAND for something.. You will damn near fall for Anything."
Fergie got cheeky in south Brazil yesterday with husband
Josh Duhamel -- the same day
Paul Walker,
Vin Diesel,
Ludacris,
Tyrese and the rest of the "
Fast and the Furious 5" cast hit the beach in Rio.

"
Fast Five" is scheduled to begin filming any day now in downtown Rio de Janeiro. But as for Fergie ... we're told the
Black Eyed Peas tour just happened to hit Brazil at the same time ... just a few hundred miles south in Florianópolis.
Don't forget to floss.
An enchanting bike ride with a masked superhero turned into a legal drama for
Tyrese this weekend -- when a cop in San Diego busted his driver for "speeding" ... and it was all caught on tape!

It all went down outside
Comic-Con -- where Tyrese was promoting his new comic book "
Mayhem!"
According to Ty -- he asked the driver to peddle around the convention center for a little while ... when Johnny Law stepped in and pulled the gang over.
No word on how much the ticket is going to run the driver -- but Tyrese told the guy he would cover the bill.
Check out the clip -- pretty funny stuff.
Justice was delayed but not denied for
Tyrese this morning -- that pesky felony citation is off his back for good.

TMZ first reported Tyrese got the felony citation for allegedly leaving the scene of an accident in Miami last month, even though we posted pictures of him at the scene with cops.

Today Tyrese's lawyers, Jayne Weintraub and Jon Sale, went to court and the prosecutor officially dropped the case, proving a TMZ picture is worth a thousand words.
You're welcome.
TMZ has learned
Tyrese Gibson has been cited for leaving the scene of an accident -- a felony ... but he has a pretty good defense.

Rewind to January 4 in Miami. Tyrese was involved in a car crash with Sheena McCleary. The cops came and took info from both drivers. Both Tyrese and Sheena were cited for the accident. Sheena -- who claims she was injured -- drove away in a cab with Tyrese.
Now fast forward to January 25. For some reason, Miami police
issued traffic citations to both Tyrese and Sheena for "Leaving the scene on public or private property - injury" - a felony.
So how could Tyrese have committed such a felony when there are photos of him talking to cops at the accident scene? That's what his lawyers,
Jayne Weintraub and
Jon Sale, want to know. They filed papers Thursday with court clerks and entered a not guilty plea on Tyrese's behalf.
Miami prosecutors must now decide whether to pursue the case against Tyrese and Sheena. Weintraub and Sale think it must just be a clerical snafu.
Ironically, paparazzi handiwork may be Tyrese's smoking gun.
Sheena's lawyer,
Bradford Cohen, tells TMZ he doesn't believe there's probable cause to go forward with the case.
Tyrese's car was smashed up -- and an SUV was completely flipped over -- in a frightening crash in
Miami yesterday, but this story didn't end in the hospital ... it ended in a day spa.

It's unclear how the accident happened, but cops say, miraculously, neither Tyrese nor the woman driving the SUV -- a mother of 5 -- were injured in the wreck.
Moments after the collision, Tyrese went straight to his Twitter page and posted, "Mother of five left without 1 scratch and we ended up hangin at the spa for a massage."
The big question -- who drove?
