Serena Williams took on Madonna this weekend ... not on the court (because she would smash Madge's face in) .... but at a Karaoke bar in Milan, where she belted out "Like a Prayer" ... like a CHAMP!

Serena and her sister Venus were in the country for an exhibition tennis match -- but Saturday night, the two partied their well-endowed asses off ... singing and dancing like maniacs.

The next day ... Venus suffered a wardrobe malfunction during a match with an Italian player ... but managed to cover up before anything got loose.  

Minnesota Vikings stud Bryant McKinnie is all set for the new NFL season to start -- telling TMZ he's kept himself in tip-top shape during the lockout by training with Venus and Serena Williams!




McKinnie -- who's listed at 6'8" and 335 lbs -- tells us his friends Venus and Serena have been putting him through some high-intensity tennis drills at a private facility in Florida to help his balance and footwork.

Bryant -- a Pro Bowl offensive lineman -- says the sisters focused on quick lateral movement ... as well as improving acceleration backwards and forwards from a dead stop.

McKinnie says the workouts were difficult ... but the Williams' were very patient with him and he feels it'll all pay off on the field.

And now that the lockout is finally over -- thank god -- we'll actually get a chance to see for ourselves.

Venus Williams got her karaoke on in front of a cruise ship full of screaming fans of the band 311 ... and we've got the whole thing on video -- choreography included. 



TMZ obtained footage of the awesome performance shot last week on a Carnival Cruise in the Caribbean, hosted by 311.  In the clip, Venus and two friends are singing "You Wouldn't Believe" -- and they even threw in some dance moves. 

Turns out Venus' group was randomly chosen to be in the karaoke contest -- which was judged by 311's lead singer.     

Checkout the video ... the tennis ace definitely scored with the crowd.

Along with a tennis match, fans at the French Open this weekend got an inadvertent Victoria's Secret fashion show in the form of Venus Williams' black, sheer, lingerie-like, lacy corset outfit.



The 29-year-old likes to get intimate on the court.

Even though she's a 6'1" athletic superstar, Venus claims she's never tried to dunk a basketball because "It's not her sport."

Current Wimbledon champ Venus Williams acquired a new award on Thursday -- a diploma!

The 27-year-old phenom donned a cap and gown for her graduation from the prestigious Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Didn't Giorgio Armani go there? (He didn't.) After eight years -- and hundreds of tennis matches -- Williams finally obtained her degree in fashion design. Wait, this could make Venus the one celeb that will actually design for her own fashion line?! Crazy!
