Model
Vida Guerra is being sued over a savage fight that occurred outside of a Hollywood nightclub last year -- and now TMZ has footage of the melee.

We broke the story -- three guys
filed a lawsuit against Vida after they got their asses kicked last March outside of Vanguard nightclub ... while she was inside celebrating her birthday.
In the video -- you can see the three guys (in white) taking a pounding from the boys in black.
The guys' lawyer,
Fred Hanassab, tells TMZ Vida was included in the lawsuit because her bodyguard was allegedly one of the attackers. Fred claims the fight started when a security guard made an obscene comment to one of his client's girlfriends.
We're told the three amigos suffered severe injuries -- including blurred vision, hearing loss, headaches, a shoulder fracture, scrapes, bruises, and sprains.

Vida Guerra is being sued by three dudes who went to her birthday party at a Hollywood nightclub and claim they got beat down by club employees.

According to the lawsuit, the brawl went down back in March, 2010 at Vanguard Club. The plaintiffs claim they were subject to a "violent attack" at the hands of the defendant's employees ... and suffered "severe physical injuries."
The suit names Vida and the club as defendants ... it doesn't say if Vida's famous booty had anything to do with the alleged brawl ... but chances are it was nearby.
The men are suing for unspecified damages.

The only people who hate to watch
Vida Guerra go
and hate to watch her leave are her old landlords -- cause they say she walked out on almost 30k worth of rent.
The lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, claims Vida signed a one year contract for an L.A. apartment back in November of 2008. Rent = $3,250 a month.
The property owner -- SBL, LLC -- not only claims Vida bailed after only three months, but also says she left "stains on the carpets and holes in the walls."
SBL wants a minimum of $35,550 -- no ifs, ands or butts about it.

Actress/model
Vida Guerra -- known for having one of the hottest backsides in Hollywood -- is suing a company called Ripe Digital Entertainment over an online hosting gig she claims she was never paid for.
According to a lawsuit filed Friday, Guerra says she was supposed to be paid $13,200 for hosting an online segment called "Vida's Video Picks." Guerra also claims in the lawsuit that after the two sides initially reached an impasse, she paid for a mediation service to handle arbitration -- but Ripe bailed.
Guerra is suing for her lost wages -- plus an additional $396,000 in damages, plus attorney's fees.

Vida was asked a few questions about the current state of the pop culture, although it looks like she's knows more about popping out.
TMZ caught up with men's magazine pin-up girl Vida Guerra as she left Opera in L.A. last night. The video vixen said she still had to go to court about the now notorious parking ticket she was given by a West Hollywood meter dude -- who tried to trade leniency on the ticket for nude photos of Guerra!
Hot stuff Vida went on to explain her take on the situation, but took her time -- because she admitted that she "had a little bit too much to drink." She told cameras, "Just because I'm a sex symbol and I take sexy pictures, it doesn't define the person that I am." Of course it doesn't, dear.

The West Hollywood
meter maid who seemingly tried to trade nude photos of Vida Guerra in exchange for leniency on a ticket has apparently been relieved of his duties.
TMZ spoke to several on-duty Parking Enforcement Officers, who all agreed that L. Salgado had been "fired" from his ticket writin' job.
An official from the West Hollywood traffic division would neither confirm nor deny that he had been canned, but did tell us, "We took the appropriate action."
TMZ has learned that the "meter maid" who asked for a naked photo of bikini model Vida Guerra in return for leniency on her parking ticket has been officially suspended. Not so lovely!

According to Parking Enforcement Manager Eric Ruiz, officer L. Salgado will not be patrolling the sidewalks while the City conducts an official investigation into the incident. Furthermore, buzz inside the station is that Salgado, who is said to be 18 or 19-years-old, will be fired.
TMZ caught the
whole thing on tape over the weekend, showing that after ticketing Guerra, Salgado was heard
telling Vida's friend, "You got a naked picture of her, we make the price stay right."
That's the ticket!
