Wee Man is pissed because he says his Vegas doppelganger, Wee Matt, is mopping up ladies by using his name -- but that doesn't mean Wee wants to meet him in the
boxing ring, $100,000 or not.

Let us tell you a little story. Wee Man, of "Jackass" fame, is pissed off at Vegas performer Wee Matt. Wee Man claims Wee Matt has been telling people he's him -- not for money, but for chicks. Now Wee Matt is pissed at such an accusation and wants to fight Wee Man for a little honor.
Wee Matt, through Vegas impresario Jeff Beacher, is challenging Wee Man to a fight -- for $100,000. The proposed bout would take place at
Beacher's Madhouse in The Mirage Hotel on Halloween. We're hearing both sides have agreed verbally, but nothing is down on paper yet.
And in case you were looking for news from the 3' feet and under beat, Wee Man -- aka Jason Acuna -- was at LAX yesterday and dropped a little knowledge for us about his new gig on "Celebrity Circus."

Wee Man isn't worried about Britney Spears' wild, pink-wigged antics overshadowing his own ball-busting show, "Jackass" -- and he has the urine stains to prove it!
Late night trips to Rite-Aid and British accents definitely don't compare to catheters and golden showers!

Or so we found out when we mistook Wee Man aka Jason Acuna of "Jackass" fame (inset, above) for Brad Williams, a similarly height-challenged performer and frequent comic collaborator with Carlos Mencia (main photo). Williams was spotted leaving L.A.'s Laugh Factory with Carlos a few nights ago, but in our recounting of the encounter, it seems we were a
little confused.
Williams snapped back at us in an email, with an appropriately abbreviated reply: "All dwarfs do not look the same. What are we, Asian?" Actually, yes Brad. The TMZ writer you are referring to
is Asian, Korean to be specific.
Apologies to all who were and are offended.
UPDATE: Williams' comrade-in-comedy-arms Carlos Mencia writes to tell TMZ that it's really no big deal: "Don't feel bad TMZ, I know Brad and I sometimes make the same mistake. It could have been worse, you could have called him an Oompa-Loompa."
