Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina and her BF were double-teaming a hand-rolled cigarette in Atlanta yesterday ... almost one year to the day Whitney died from a drug overdose.

It's unclear what's inside the rolling paper -- but c'mon.

It's interesting, considering Whitney's mother Cissy Houston has been vocal about her concerns that Bobbi Kristina could follow Whitney's path into drug abuse unless she drastically changes her life.

Bobbi's been at war with her grandmother for months ... and recently slammed Cissy for writing a tell-all book about Whitney.

Whitney passed away on Feb. 11, 2012 after going on a drug binge that included coke, pills and marijuana.

Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend Nick Gordon was listening to the Whitney Houston classic "I Will Always Love You" at FULL BLAST when police pulled him over for reckless driving -- and TMZ has obtained the dash cam footage of his arrest.

In the video, Gordon tells the police officer he keeps a 9mm gun in his glove box. The cop checks it out after putting Gordon in his cruiser, and based on the video, it appears the gun is legit.

We broke the story ... Nick was popped in Alpharetta, Georgia last week just after cops say he was going 82 mph in a 35 mph zone near a pedestrian-jammed shopping area.

You can see in the video, Gordon was driving a Chevy Camaro -- the same kind of car BK was driving when she crashed into an embankment hours before Nick was arrested. 

Nick was cited for reckless driving and speeding. He's due back in court in February.

Nick Gordon -- Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend -- was ALL SMILES after cops arrested him for reckless driving last night ... and TMZ has the mug shot that proves it.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Gordon was driving a Chevy Camaro -- the same kind of car BK was driving when she crashed into an embankment hours before Nick was arrested.

Nick was cited for reckless driving and speeding. He's due back in court in February.

Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend Nick Gordon was arrested for driving like a maniac last night ... hours after Whitney Houston's daughter totaled a Chevy Camaro in a frightening wreck of her own.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Nick was taken into custody in Alpharetta, Georgia last night ... after cops say he was going 82 in a 35 on Northpoint Parkway ... a retail area with high pedestrian foot traffic.

One law enforcement source tells us, "We are fortunate because that's such a busy corridor with high end retail shopping retaurants and pedestrains at crosswalks."

The source adds, "At that speed, it's absolutely reckless."

We broke the story ... BK wrecked a Camaro in Alpharetta yesterday after losing control and careening down an embankment ... striking several trees along the way. Miraculously, she emerged from the accident unscathed ... but cops issued her a citation for failing to stay in her lane.

Attempts to reach Nick for comment were unsuccessful.

Bobbi Kristina treated her boyfriend to a late-night bangin' session this week ... when she plowed her Camaro into his Camaro ... and TMZ has a photo of the wreckage.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... it all went down inside the parking garage at the couple's apartment complex in Georgia on Monday night.

We're told Bobbi had followed Nick Gordon's car back to their place from another location ... and moments after he parked his car, she tried to back in to the next spot over ... and screwed up ... smashing the front of Nick's brand new car in the process.

Sources connected to the couple insist the crash was NOT alcohol related ... it was just a really expensive mistake.

Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend, Nick Gordon, got a brand, new ride following his NASTY car accident last month  -- and wouldn't you know ... he took home THE EXACT SAME CAR he had before.

TMZ broke the story, Nick and B.K. got into a scary accident in GA last month and his precious Chevy Camaro was badly wrecked -- with the bumper torn off and a missing front tire (below).

The details surrounding the crash remain unclear -- but we're told the accident is currently under investigation.

In the meantime, sources close to Nick tell TMZ ... he wasted no time replacing his messed up ride -- and even though he had his heart set on a Maserati, he ultimately went with a new Camaro, just like his old one.


But in dark grey, NOT black -- biiiiiig difference.

Whitney Houston's mother Cissy is deathly afraid Bobbi Kristina will die just like the singer -- in a haze of drugs and other bad influences -- which is why she wants to withhold Bobbi's multi-million-dollar inheritance, sources tell TMZ.

Sources close to Cissy tell us, Cissy feels Bobbi is currently surrounded by numerous negative influences -- including her boyfriend Nick Gordon and father Bobby Brown -- who will drain Bobbi's fortune given half the chance.

We're told Cissy also feels 19-year-old Bobbi is still extremely impressionable right now -- and if left unchecked with millions of dollars, Bobbi could end up going off the rails ... eventually dying just like Whitney.

According to sources, Cissy wants to wait until Bobbi has matured significantly more before she gets her money ... an estate estimated at $20 million ... though it's unclear how long she wants her to wait.

As for allegations Cissy is trying to withhold Bobbi's fortune to hoard the money for herself -- Cissy is telling friends that's total BS ... that it's about protecting her family.

As we reported, Cissy and Whitney's sister-in-law Pat Houston filed a request this week to modify Whitney's will -- in order to change the distribution schedule of the estate.

Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina was involved in a scary car accident in Georgia -- DESTROYING the entire front end of the vehicle -- and TMZ has a photo of the damage.

The black 2012 Camaro belongs to Bobbi's boyfriend Nick Gordon -- and according to sources close to Bobbi, Nick was driving Sunday night in Alpharetta, GA ... with Bobbi in the passenger seat ... when the accident happened.

The details surrounding the accident are unclear, but we're told the couple had been arguing at the time of the crash -- and Nick's Camaro was the only car involved. No one was injured.

After the accident, the car was missing the front right tire, the front bumper was torn off, and the airbags were deployed -- but somehow it got back to Bobbi and Nick's apartment.

Cops went to the apartment soon after the accident for a noise complaint, but no one answered the door.

According to the incident report, officers saw the car parked outside the apartment with its hazard lights on -- and it appeared it had been driven in a damaged state.

We're told the accident is currently under investigation. Calls to Bobbi's people were not returned.

The MGM Grand in Vegas has launched an internal investigation into video footage showing Whitney Houston's underage daughter Bobbi Kristina gambling at its casino this weekend.

TMZ posted the video this morning ... showing 19-year-old Bobbi hitting the slots Saturday night with her 22-year-old boyfriend. Bobbi was in town to attend the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday.

A rep for the MGM tells TMZ, it is now looking into the incident. 

The Nevada Gaming Commission has also launched its own investigation into the footage.

Underage gambling is a misdemeanor in Nevada, punishable by up to 6 months in county jail or $1,000 fine. The MGM Grand could be subject to an even heftier fine.

Whitney Houston's 19-year-old daughter got away with a crime that everybody gets away with in Vegas ... she gambled underage ... and it was all caught on tape.

Bobbi Kristina was facing off with a slot machine at the MGM Resort and Casino Saturday night ... while hanging out with her 22-year-old boyfriend Nick Gordon.

It's unclear if Bobbi actually won any money ... but it's highly unlikely she walked away with anything significant ... because casinos usually require an I.D. before handing over large prizes ... and ya gotta be 21 to gamble in Vegas.

In fact, people under the age of 21 are usually forbidden from hanging out ANYWHERE in the casino area ... so it's a bit surprising BK was able to pull up a chair and hang out with the one-armed bandit for as long as she did.

Bobbi Kristina was in town to attend the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday ... where she accepted the Millennium Award on her mother's behalf.

A rep for the Houston fam who had no comment.


A rep for the MGM Grand tells TMZ, the casino is currently looking into the incident.

Bobbi Kristina's older brother Landon Brown doesn't sound very supportive of her new relationship with Nick Gordon -- in fact, he sounded like he'd like to have a nice man-to-man chat with Mr. Gordon.

Our photog spotted Brown at JFK yesterday, where he said he wasn't worried in the slightest about his dad's recent arrest for DUI. 

But when we asked him about Bobbi and Nick, he sounded more like a concerned older brother, telling us, "You should worry about me and Nick ... My little sister is still a child."

The next Brown family gathering should be fun.
