Openly gay "Shahs of Sunset" star Reza Farahan is wishing a POX on the 49ers this weekend at the Super Bowl ... all because of cornerback Chris Culliver, who said gays don't belong in the 49ers' locker room.

Reza was out in L.A. yesterday when he unloaded on Culliver for his homophobic remarks -- throwing the double bird in the camera, saying, "I hope you guys lose 'cause you're a douchebag!"

He added, "Don't talk sh*t about the gays motherf**ker! 49ers are going down!!!" 

For the record, Culliver has since offered a half-assed nonsensical apology for his anti-gay comments, but we still gotta ask ...

"Shahs of Sunset" real estate guru Reza Farahan is a bona fide expert on living the high life ... so when Ziggy Marley -- Bob Marley's son -- wanted to snag a primo joint in L.A. ... he knew exactly where to turn.

That's right ... with Reza's help, the Reggae singer scored a brand new crib for $1.1 million!!!

FYI -- Reza's a real estate agent in real life ... in case that wasn't clear.

We're told Ziggy bought the 2,613-square-foot house as an investment property. It's actually two pads attached together -- a duplex -- each with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.

It's a pretty rare find  ... the place dates back to the 1920's and hasn't been on the market in over 4 decades. Plus, it's rocking hardwood floors, granite counters, updated cabinetry and a giant backyard.
