Long before George Lucas "enhanced" the original "Star Wars" trilogy with computer graphics so we could enjoy five extra minutes of Rontos walking around Tatooine, Disney released the nerd favorite, "Tron."
The epic battle of between Tron and the MCP (Master Control Program) gave hope to 80's geeks that one day, they too could vanquish evil corporate computers with a glowing Frisbee. To help fulfill that quest, eBay has an auction for a costume from the original movie.
This is way cooler than any homemade suit, all you need now is a Light Cycle.

With the Britney Spears comeback nearly complete (all she needs is a hit single), eBay is auctioning off something that will let you take Britney everywhere -- in stunning 3D!
Encased in a Barney-ish purple View-Master and decorated with Britney pictures, are 18 three-dimensional images of Spears from 2000. Stuck in traffic and need a Brit fix? Aim the View-master toward a light source and you're set. If you pull the lever down repeatedly while humming "Toxic," it's almost like a little music video. Almost.

Thirteen years after "The Nightmare Before Christmas" first terrified an entire generation of children in theaters, the Halloween classic is returning to the big screen, this time in glorious 3D.
With the help of the digital wizards at Industrial Light and Magic, Disney will be re-releasing the film on October 20th. Using a process where digital artists take each shot and layer the images to create a striking effect, the film is sure to bring new visual splendor for those of us who saw it when it was first released.
So get ready to don those geeky glasses and warm up your singing voice because it's time to explore the world of Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King in the third dimension.
