AEG will not pay Michael Jackson's troubled doctor a penny, sources tell TMZ.
As we first reported, Dr. Conrad Murray may sue AEG for $300,000 -- the money he claims he's entitled to under a contract he signed with AEG to provide MJ with medical services. But sources connected with AEG tell TMZ the contract was never signed.
We're told a contract was drafted but it required three signatures -- AEG, Michael Jackson and Dr. Conrad Murray. Sources say Dr. Murray signed the contract and sent it to AEG but neither AEG nor MJ ever signed it.
The contract, we're told, also said it expressly hinged on Jackson signing.
Sources say AEG is drawing a hard line. They will not pay Murray a penny.

We're guessing Gerard Butler's a fan of Britney's new song "3" -- because he's very intimate with the subject matter.
The dude with more notches on his bedpost than Samantha Jones appeared on "It's On with Alexa Chung" yesterday -- where he admitted threesomes are more common in his life than twosomes.
In related news, Gerard Butler is still officially "The Man."

The hot "300" ladykiller and the former adult contemporary singing sensation entered Hugh Jackman and Daniel Craig's play at the same time over the weekend.
Take a wild guess which one our camera guy actually focused on.

The women (and some men) at TMZ just got a whole lot happier -- Gerard Butler is telling people he works for us!
The notorious ladies man was in the Meatpacking District (of course) yesterday where he played coy about his potential conquests -- see here, here and here -- right before #823 strolled up.

"300" star Gerard Butler plunked down his own $11 to help propel his action film to an epic $70 million at the box office this weekend.
The muscled hunk enjoyed his last days of anonymity as he snuck into a 4:45 PM show at The Grove Theater in L.A. on Friday.
Unfortunately, unlike in the movie, Butler was wearing a shirt on this outing.
