Tracy Morgan Finally Commits ... to Divorce

Eight years is a long time to be with someone -- it's an even longer time to be separated from someone.

"30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan and his wife Sabina have finally decided to pull the trigger on their divorce. The couple was married for 23 years -- but spent the last eight living apart, according to the NY Daily News.

The couple has three sons together.

Tracy Morgan's Fishy Fire

Sources tell TMZ an apartment belonging to "30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan caught fire early this morning ... and the source of the fire was a bunch of fish.

We're told the fire started after a light bulb in one of Tracy's fish tanks busted, which ignited the blaze. ALL OF THE FISH SURVIVED!

The fire did extensive damage. We're told Tracy was home at the time but, like the fish, he wasn't injured. FDNY responded three minutes after getting the call at 8:34 AM.

Sheryl Crow insists she was only joking when she wrote on her website that we should each limit ourselves to one square of toilet paper per restroom visit. But at week's end, these folks were still squarely stuck on the hot seat!

Luke Wilson: This "Frat Pack" member may need to turn in his Hollywood fraternity card and seek the less swanky digs of the "Flat Pack." It doesn't matter what the genre is; gooey romance ("Alex & Emma"), goofy romance ("My Super Ex-Girlfriend"), crime comedy ("Mini's First Time"), sci-fi ("Idiocracy"), family entertainment ("Hoot") or shock horror ("Vacancy"). In each case, Owen and Andrew's younger bro has been a box office no-show. Wilson is hoping that by cozying up to Jessica Simpson for his next release, the romantic comedy "Blonde Ambition," he can bring his tenure as the "Ashley" of the Wilson clan to an end. If that fails, he may want to follow in the footsteps of his fellow Occidental College alum, Ben Affleck -- and try his hand at directing.

NBC to Return to Thursday Comedy Glory

Beginning November 30, NBC will air "My Name Is Earl," "The Office," "Scrubs" and "30 Rock" in a row on Thursday nights.

"We are excited about the prospect of two-hours of top-notch comedy on Thursday nights, which includes the return of 'Scrubs,'" Kevin Reilly, President, NBC Entertainment said today. "We will stay on-brand with the best comedy block on television, which will position us for the future on the night."

"Scrubs" has yet to premiere this season while "30 Rock" currently airs Wednesday nights at 8PM ET/PT.

The move is reminiscent of the glory days of NBC when "Friends" and "Seinfeld" anchored NBC's Thursday night schedule leading into the powerhouse drama "ER."

Ratings Roundup: "Lost" Down, "Jericho" Up

Despite our unadulterated love for "Lost," the show is losing viewers every week and is down nearly five million viewers from the same time last year.

According to early ratings reports, "Lost" pulled in 16.66 million viewers at 9PM, just 180,000 more than "Criminal Minds" over on CBS. Just a year before, the show pulled in 21.66 million viewers -- a 23% drop. To drive the point home, "Lost" lost nearly three million viewers from the last half hour of "Dancing With the Stars," the top show of the night with an average of 18.14 million viewers.

"The Nine" couldn't capitalize on the "Lost" momentum at 10PM, pulling in just 8.41 million viewers -- a drop of 3.5 million viewers from its premiere last week.

Bad news over at NBC -- with stiff competition ("Dancing," "Jericho" and MLB playoffs) running at 8PM, NBC's new Tina Fey comedy "30 Rock" finished third in the hour with 8.26 million viewers. "20 Good Years" premiered at 8:30 with just 6.97 million viewers.

Meanwhile on CBS, their freshman drama "Jericho" continued its strong run with 10.9 million viewers, a comfortable number considering it competes with "Dancing" every week.

Still, we're a month into the new season and there isn't a mega-hit in the bunch. "Ugly Betty" leads a solid, but unspectacular, freshman class after pulling in 14.26 million viewers last week.

"30 Rock" aka "The Alec Baldwin Show"

With apologies to Tina Fey, the writer and star of "30 Rock," this new NBC comedy belongs to Alec Baldwin. The mostly-serious actor, who has hosted "Saturday Night Live" on numerous occasions, steals the show as Jack Donaghy, an NBC exec brought in to work on the show within the show "The Girlie Show" -- the sketch comedy show that serves as the center of "30 Rock."

Baldwin chews up the scenery from the get go, literally busting through the walls in his first scene. In this clip from the show, he introduces himself to the show's producers, while along the way revealing a little too much information.

"30 Rock" premieres Wednesday night at 8PM ET/PT on NBC.
