It's minute 14.3 into Alli Sims' 15 minutes -- and she's almost a never-was wannabeen. The Brit hanger-on was leaving Orso last night, minus her former posse of Britney and Sam. The only interesting thing about her now is that "Blossom" hair.
Alli does talk about speaking to Brit -- Pa Spears hasn't put the brakes on their relationship ... yet.

Alli's become quite the starf**ker lately; she was spotted at Paris Hilton's birthday party Saturday night as well -- ah, the Simsful life.

Paris had an early birthday celebration at Area last night, and Britney Spears' former right hand man, Sam Lutfi, showed up for the festivities. Maybe Sam wants to manage Paris now? She'd better watch her back!
Also at the party -- Brit's cousin and former assistant, Alli Sims. It appears Sam and Alli are trying to ride out the last six minutes of their instant fame by appearing where the celebs are. It's hard to think about Paris when the paps are focused on those two.

Without all the madness that Britney brings, Alli Sims seems rather boring. In fact, without Britney, the spotlight on Alli is so dim it's almost dark! Gimme more -- attention!
TMZ saw Brit's cousin at Villa, where cameras dissed her as soon as real celebs began spilling out of the club. Our photog did get the opportunity to ask why she wasn't at Sundance, to which Sims replied "I'm too busy." Sure, either that or not cool enough. Whatever works!

With pink wig Britney flying around with her new pap friend, Hollywood was BizarroLand last night -- the popwreck's cousin Alli was treated like a celeb! It's a crazy town, y'all!
TMZ spotted Alli at Hyde, where she talked about Brit, the Spears clan and (eesh!) -- her upcoming record. She was also greeted by her number one only fan.
We've confirmed that the check is in the mail to her.

Hollywood erupted last night when Britney Spears hit the Halloween scene -- with her own personal team of photogs!
Spears, who donned a bright pink Josie & the Pussycats getup, tried to work her way into the party with buddies Sam Lufti (dressed as a TMZ photog), and Alli Sims (dressed in X17 gear), and were met with a wall of real paparazzi. Between all the shoving and yelling, the group could barely move!
The scene was insanity -- but Sam still worked like a TMZ pro, recording Brit's every move!

The Peninsula Hotel staff can breathe a sigh of relief -- Britney has left the building -- for now.
After a visit from cousin/assistant Alli Sims during the day yesterday, it appears that Little Miss Brit has obtained a proper drivers license. She jumped into her white convertible Mercedes with an unknown sidekick and took off from the hotel. She's legal now, y'all! TMZ caught her pulling out of the hotel's parking lot last night -- then she picked up a male buddy in Woodland Hills and retreated to her Malibu home.
She sure has some mighty mysterious goings-on -- but beware, Brit's back in the 'bu!

Alli Sims, blandish ex-assistant/Spears cousin, cruised to Tao Beach at the Venetian yesterday and copped some major swag. But- wait. Is that ... Shannon Funk?!?!? Now we're not certain... but it sure does look like Brit Brit's fired assistant who was served with papers in the ongoing custody debacle and who blabbed all over OK! Magazine. Don't fake the Funk?
Britney Jean was nowhere around -- maybe she was rehearsing.

That's a purple dinosaur alright, but no she's no Barney -- it's a trainasaurus wrecks!
Britney Spears went shopping on Robertson Blvd. yesterday in a very royal colored dress, hitting up a few stores with cousin Alli, before taking off for Vegas to do her we can't wait to see the train wreckage highly anticipated VMA performance, which is assumed to be freaked out by magician Criss Angel.
As usual, Brit was surrounded by photographers and screaming pint sized fans -- all of whom she ignored with equal disdain.

Britney's former assistant, Alli, is definitely getting used to the Spears lifestyle -- hitting up a celeb-packed party over the weekend -- without Britney!
TMZ cameras caught Ms. Sims at the Polaroid House for Wilmer Valderrama's party on Saturday, no Spears in sight. When asked where the Britster was, Alli replied, "She's at home right now," adding Brit wouldn't be coming to the party.
Clearly learning a thing or two about avoiding personal questions from her boss, all Alli would say about Brit's latest rumored conquest, Criss Angel, was "he's a great magician."

While K-Fed's lawyers were tying to reach Brit-Brit's former assistant Shannon Funk at home, she was having a girl's night out with OK! magazine staff in NYC. And in the continuing saga of Brit's fantastic train wreckical life, we've learned that it's Shannon who's the source for the juicy new tell-all from an "unnamed employee" that the mag is featuring this week. Confidentiality agreements be damned!
TMZ spotted Funk, who worked for Spears for an all-too-brief three weeks before being fired by the demanding diva July 25, out in the Big Apple on Sunday night with OK! senior reporter Shauna Bass and photo director Maria Collazo. Of course, Funk was the assistant who was with Spears at her chicken-grease-smearing, public-peeing debacle of a photo shoot with OK! a few weeks back. That's irony, mmmkay?
Sources tell TMZ that K-Fed's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan placed several calls to Funk's mother's home in the past few days an effort to track her down. Kaplan's hoping that her testimony, along with the testimony of Spears' other ass-istant/cousin Alli Sims, will prove that K-Fed should have full custody of the couple's two kids, Jayden and Sean.
