That anchorvixen from Philadelphia is clawing back at the station that fired her -- and Alycia Lane says she was basically set up by her bosses to get the chop by weeping on Dr. Phil's show.
In a suit filed in Philly Common Pleas Court, the newsmess says that her bosses at CBS3 sent her to Dr. Phil to talk about her failed relationships.

Newsmess Alycia Lane apparently wasn't quite crazazy enough to assault a cop -- and will get off with just a day of community service for an alleged smackdown back in December.
Lane was in court this morning, where the Manhattan DA took the felony charge of assault down to a minor obstruction and harassment charge -- to which Lane plead not guilty. According to the DA, the scratches she made on the NYPD officer in question -- when she also allegedly called the cop "a f***ing dyke" -- didn't rise to the legal definition of physical injury.
"I'm so glad this is over," said Lane. She didn't respond when asked if her next gig might be in wrestling. If Lane stays arrest-free for six months, the case will be dismissed and sealed.

Alycia Lane -- yeah, Miss Crazazy Philly News Anchor -- has broken one too many news stories -- with her in 'em!
The news mess, who was arrested in New York in December after allegedly slapping a female cop and calling her a "f***ing d*ke" in a traffic spat, got the chop from CBS 3 this afternoon, reports the station. In a statement, CBS 3 President and GM Michael Colleran said, "We have concluded that it would be impossible for Alycia to continue to report the news as she, herself, has become the focus of so many news stories."
Lane gained notoriety last year for sending snaps of herself to NFL Network anchor Rich Eisen -- except his wife found them in e-mail and wrote her a scathing response.
