Alyssa Milano has dropped her L.A. case against an obsessed fan who she claims has put her life in extreme danger. But not to worry -- she's fully protected.
We've learned less than an hour ago, the court was notified Milano was dropping the permanent injunction case against Jeff Turner. Milano claimed Turner "has repeatedly shown up to my place of residence ... hiking miles through the hills to reach my property," adding, "I fear for my personal safety, and that of my family and friends."
But here's the deal. Milano's primary residence is in neighboring Ventura County and last month (December 23) a judge in Ventura County issued a permanent injunction against Turner, prohibiting him from having any contact with Milano or her peeps for three years. The injunction can be enforced anywhere in the state, so the L.A. case became irrelevant.
We're told Turner was a no show for last month's hearing and he has not attempted to contact Milano since.

Move over Lindsay, Paris, Nicole and Hayden -- all of whom didn't even make the shortlist -- and make room for Raquel Welch! A new poll from E-Poll Market Research and reported on Forbes.com found that the average age of Hollywood's hottest is 36 -- and hot grand-ma-ma Raquel tied with youngin' Jessica Biel on a new poll of Hollywood's hottest celebs.
Latina leading lady Salma Hayek topped the survey: more than 65 percent of respondents reported that they considered the 40-year-old "Frida" star sexy. Also over 40 and on top of the sexiest poll: Pam Anderson, Elizabeth Hurley and Halle Berry. Jennifer Lopez and Catherine Zeta-Jones, both 37, scored sexy accolades as well.
Several Bright Young Things -- both Jessicas (Alba and Biel), and Alyssa Milano -- made the list as well. But by and large, America loves its stars grown and sexy: Poor Angie Jolie came up dead last!

Alyssa Milano has been named the Global Network's Ambassador for the control of something called Neglected Tropical Diseases. Time to get that rash you got on spring break checked out!
The 34-year-old hottress has taken on the role of raising awareness of NTDs. No glove no love?! What are NTDs you ask? They are 13 chronic and disabling bacterial and parasitic infections known as "diseases of poverty," which afflict about one billion people around the world. Who knew? Exactly!
Milano is so committed to the cause that she even donated $250,000 of her own dollars toward buying safe, effective and inexpensive drugs to combat NTDs.
If only Paris would do the same for claustrophobia!

Well Dawn, aside from his current role on ABC, you may remember Josh on "The Ashlee Simpson Show," as one of her boyfriends. He appeared on the show when it debuted in 2004, but they called it quits soon after. More recently, he had a role in the movie "Step Up," with Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan.

Is there anything we don't love about supermodels in bras, panties and angel wings? Perhaps only that they're unattainable for most of us. But we can dream, can't we?
Last night's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show drew an equally glittering assemblage of hot babes, including Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, Kristin Cavallari and red-hot Alyssa Milano.
Models Gisele Bundchen, Selita Ebanks, Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio showed off the brand's new line, while limber Justin Timberlake performed, bringing new meaning to "Very Sexy."

Witches will not follow WB to CW

The spell is broken. The witches on "Charmed" won't be making the move when the WB network combines forces with UPN to become the CW network in the fall.
A WB spokesman confirmed a TV Guide report on Friday that said the supernatural series, which stars Alyssa Milano, Rose McGowan and Holly Marie Combs, will end after eight seasons in May.
With "7th Heaven" having already announced its exit, it means that two WB long-running series won't move to the CW. The WB and UPN will both shut down in September.
The final episode of "Charmed" will air on May 21, TV Guide said.
"It's been a hell of a run," Brad Kern, executive producer, told the magazine. "But all good things must come to an end."
