TMZ Saves Andy Dick from Imminent Arrest
Andy Dick had a warrant out for his arrest -- for a crime he didn't commit -- that is, until yesterday, when TMZ stepped in and unintentionally helped Dick get off.
Here's how it all went down: On February 6th, a Riverside County judge issued a bench warrant for Dick when Andy's court-ordered alcohol monitoring bracelet (SCRAM) tested positive for booze.
Andy is still on probation for that drunken fight at a chicken wing joint last year, so a positive booze test means he could have been arrested and hauled off to jail.
Andy says he never took a drink, and claimed booze on the floor of a comedy club must have set off the device -- but who's gonna believe that guy? Turns out, Dick was right.
When TMZ called the people who monitor the SCRAM they told us Andy's SCRAM turned in a "less than .02" reading, which, according to that group, means environmental circumstances probably DID cause the positive reading. The group incorrectly reported the incident as a "violation."
The court never noticed the mistake, until we started making calls on the situation. Eventually, we spoke to the DA, who informed us that the judge had rescinded the warrant -- because of the new information provided by yours truly.
To reiterate the important part -- we didn't mean to get Andy Dick out of trouble, it just happened that way.

Andy Dick: Construction Co. Gave Me the Shaft
For once, it seems, Andy Dick will appear in front of a judge and not be called "the Defendant."
In a lawsuit filed today in L.A. Superior Court, Dick is suing Sipan Design & Development for allegedly bailing on a major renovation project to his L.A. County home. Dick claims to have paid nearly $121,770 for electrical, plumbing and carpentry work (among other things) that was to be completed by June 1.
According to the lawsuit, Dick raised hell when the project was never completed, and couldn't even get copies of documents from Sipan listing their permits, receipts for work completed or a list of the jobs they had yet to begin. The papers say Sipan "took Mr. Dick's money and ran."
Dick is suing for compensatory and punitive damages, plus attorneys' fees and any other cash the court will throw his way.

Andy Dick On the Run!
So, we get this tip that a sweaty Andy Dick was aimlessly sprinting down a busy street in L.A -- without a shirt and looking completely out of his mind. But in the biggest shocker of the day, it turns out, this time, he was just running for his health and not from the law.
Dick: You're Not Cool, Unless You Pee Your Pants
If peeing in your pants is cool, then Andy Dick is Miles Davis.
The arrest report for Andy Dick's chicken joint fiasco is soaked with these pathetic details: "... Dick was escorted back to the holding area ... At one point I noticed Dick sat up from the floor and his pants were soaked from the waist area to the ankles. Dick has just urinated on himself."
"I asked Dick why he didn't tell me he had to use the restroom again, Dick stated that he did not want to knock on the window like a caged animal."
Slick Dick Gets Off Sex Charge Hook
He may look like a sex offender, but Andy Dick won't be prosecuted as one -- over an incident where he allegedly pulled down a 17-year-old girl's top outside that chicken joint last month.
A rep for the DA handling the case just released a statement saying, "We found that his actions were more in line with an assault than a sexual battery. It didn't appear to be an overt sexual act."
The Dick still faces four misdemeanor counts from his drunken tirade at the Murrieta, Ca. Buffalo Wild Wings, and will be arraigned next week for battery, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Dick: I'll Get Sober If You Pay Me!
The stumbling abomination that is Andy Dick has finally checked himself into rehab, and all it took was ... well, who really has the time to go through all the stupid, drunk, drugged up s**t this guy has done recently?
Of course, it's not real rehab. Dick will battle his demons for your viewing pleasure on a future trainwreck reality show called "Sober Living". Sources close to Dick say the comedian in name only made the decision to check in after his drunken arrest at a chicken joint earlier this month.
TMZ has learned that Dick WILL get paid for his stint -- after all, he's got lawyers to pay.

Dick Teased Before Gettin' Popped
Ketchup isn't just great for french fries, for Andy Dick it also makes a great weapon!
Before getting busted on sex charges outside a Murrieta Buffalo Wild Wings, Andy got into it with a couple of the restaurant's other rowdy patrons -- who he threatened to hit with a bottle of ketchup.
Andy is clearly a mess in the video -- taken just 20 minutes before his arrest -- and barely could drink from his beer bottle without spilling it all over himself.

Dick Busted on Sex Charges Outside Chicken Joint
Wacked out crazy comedian Andy Dick was arrested early this morning in Murrieta, Calif. on suspicion of drug possession and sexual battery.
Cops busted the 42-year-old Dick just before 2 AM this morning in the parking lot near a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant.
Dick is still being held, his bail set at $5,000.
UPDATE: Around 1:15 AM this morning cops tell us they responded to a report of a person peeing in the parking lot outside the wing joint, causing a disturbance. Several witnesses told officers Dick approached two women as he left the restaurant. He allegedly walked up to a 17-year-old girl, grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down, exposing her breasts.
Cops found Dick in the passenger seat of a van and arrested him. When he was searched, they say they found weed and one Xanax in his front pants pocket.
