It got real awkward real quick when Dave unleashed an impromptu interrogation on Anne Hathaway over her scumbag ex BF Raffaello Follieri last night -- but when she tried to weasel out of it by talking to Paul instead, he jumped on the bashing bandwagon too!
Last month, Follieri pled guilty to 14 counts of con-artistry, including posing as the Vatican's chief money man.

Anne Hathaway's federally-indicted ex, Raffaello Follieri, is involved in yet another scam. She does know how to pick them.
The Follieri Foundation's website claims it hands out discount drug cards for free to the needy. We called a bunch of Manhattan drugstores and asked if they knew about the Follieri cards -- total silence. Oh, BTW, the company that partners with Follieri in the card project doesn't exist anymore.
Calls to the Follieri Group yielded a busy signal despite repeated attempts. The New York Attorney General's office wouldn't comment on its ongoing investigation of the Zach Braff-alike, who's waiting to make his $21 mil bail.
And today, in another crazy twist to this story, Follieri was transported to the hospital suffering from what his rep said was a severe sinus infection.
Good thing Anne Hathaway got real smart and recently cut bait on her Italian BF -- now he's been arrested on federal wire fraud, conspiracy and money laundering charges for claiming to be associated with the Pope!
Zach Braff-alike Raffaello Follieri is due in Manhattan Federal court on Tuesday, accused by the FBI of lying to an investor, saying he'd been appointed the chief financial officer of the Vatican. In the Fed's complaint, Anne is mentioned -- not by name, but as RaFo's "girlfriend" -- and as the beneficiary of some of his allegedly ill-gotten gains.
Cops say because people believed his faux Vatican connection, he was able to buy properties owned by the Catholic church in the U.S. at a way cheaper rate.

Uh ... how you say crook in Italian?? Anne Hathaway's boyfriend is getting it high and hard yet again from John Q. Law over more money i$$ues.
The Follieri Foundation -- the charity run by Raffaelo -- is being investigated by State AG Andrew Cuomo, reports the New York Post, and his people have been handing out subpoenas asking for financial docs from the charity group.
Reps for the group say they're cooperating with the investigation.
As TMZ first reported, Mr. Hathaway was arrested a couple months back after he bounced a check for over $200K. Charges were dropped after he paid back the money.

TMZ caught Janice Dickinson attempting to "save" the world's critters from Paris and Britney -- well, at least the puppies in the Malibu Country Mart! Also in L.A, hunky Matt Dillon drivin' his Benz as a photog makes a waggish remark, the usually smirky Damon Wayons outside of Mr. Chow - not smiling, and studly Hayden Christensen chatting up the paps at LAX.
On the opposite coast, Sandra Bullock and Anne Hathaway both receiving warm paparazzi greetings as they arrive at NYC airports.

Last night's Super Bowl win made crazed NYC fans do plenty of wacky things, and Anne Hathaway was no exception.
The Brooklyn-born (and Jersey-bred) actress was a guest at the (where else?) Waverly Inn. When the Giants beat the Pats, she was so overcome with joy for Big Blue that she got into the wrong black Lincoln Town Car.
She did receive assistance from a highly unlikely source to help return her to the correct vehicle.

A fan in NYC finally caught Harry Connick, Jr. yesterday, after trying for 20 years to get a photo with him -- looks like he may have to wait 20 more, as Connick completely blew him off!

The title of the hit movie "Knocked Up" suggests that Katherine Heigl's character is going to give birth, and boy does she ever! If you haven't yet seen the comedy, sorry to spoil it for ya, but there are multiple shots of a baby popping out ... with the camera right there between mom's legs. Or was it?
TMZ put its detective cap on to find out how "Knocked Up" writer/director Judd Apatow created this graphic scene and still managed to get an R Rating. We spoke with Larry of Honey's Place (an adult novelty distributor often called the "Costco of the porn industry") who believes the scene could have been created with special effects. Larry told us "We have vaginas in our warehouse. (Holy moly!) Manufacturers like Doc Johnson take a real porn star and make a latex mold of the body -- and they are pretty lifelike." Gee. Larry doesn't pussyfoot around.
Linda Teglovic, agent/owner of Body Parts Models says it's a tough job. "I would have a hard time finding a girl to do that," adding she has never seen a request for a "vagina double" on any breakdowns (casting call lists) that she's seen. But then again, anything's possible.
The New York Times Magazine reported in May that "The Devil Wears Prada" star Anne Hathaway was originally cast in "Knocked Up," but pulled out because she had problems with the vagina. Apatow told the Times "Hathaway dropped out of the film because she didn't want to allow us to use real footage of a woman giving birth to create the illusion that she is giving birth."
The MPAA wouldn't return our calls and Apatow was unreachable. Our best guess, culled from these snatches of information, is that "Knocked Up" used a stunt vagina.

Raffish real-estate developer (and ultimate Zach Braff look-alike) Raffaelo Follieri is being sued by supermarket billionaire and friend-of-everyone Ron Burkle, for allegedly taking $55 million of Burkle's company's money and lavishing it on, as court papers put it, "an unnamed actress girlfriend," who TMZ has confirmed is none other than "Devil Wears Prada" star Anne Hathaway.
According to the lawsuit, filed in Delaware Chancery Court, Follieri spent at least some of the gigantic money pile on private jet travel for himself and Hathaway, dog care for their Labrador Esmerelda, monster shopping at Prada and Fendi, and an executive chef, among other extravagances. The money was supposed to be poured into development of land purchased from the Catholic Church, which is Follieri's business specialty. Burkle, a fatcat Democrat, counts Bill Clinton as a friend, and was among recent bidders for the Los Angeles Times.
For Hathaway, the bad news about Raffaelo doesn't end there. TMZ has also learned that while Anne has been shooting "Get Smart" in L.A., Follieri has been spotted in NYC with an unnamed model for Roberto Cavalli, and that Follieri and his not-Anne were recently seen slithering out the back of exclusive celebriteria Waverly Inn.
Hathaway's rep didn't respond to a request for comment. In a statement on the legal matter, Follieri said, "We believe we have conducted our affairs for the joint venture successfully."

Britney Spears doesn't let a warning for speeding keep her down -- partying in Hollywood the night after cops pulled her over with a warning. Dressed in her best cowgirl getup, Spears was spotted leaving Teddy's at the Roosevelt Hotel late Saturday.
TMZ spotted Kanye West leaving Mr. Chow, stopping to pose for a quick photo with a fan while avoiding one photog's question about President Bush.
Sushi shop Koi was the place to be this weekend though -- with stars like the pale Anne Hathaway, Nickelback frontman Chad Kroger, Colin Farrell's onetime sexcapade partner Nicole Narain, Nicollette Sheridan with fiance Michael Bolton, and David Spade -- who played dumb to TMZ's existence.
Also out were Gary Shandling, Kato Kaelin and "Urkel" himself, Jaleel White. All this and more in today's wasabi-hot weekend edition of Star Catcher.

Both Meryl Streep and co-star Anne Hathaway were clad in Valentino at the premiere of their latest film, fitting since the famous designer makes a cameo appearance.
Hathaway, continuing her streak of more adult film roles, stars as Andy Sachs, a college graduate who accepts a job as an assistant to Miranda Priestly, feared editor of the fictional "Runway" magazine.
Anne says Meryl was so convincing as ice-queen Miranda that she feared the actress on-set. "Every time she would have a really good take I would want to vomit a little bit," Hathaway joked. "If I am going to get an ulcer in the future she is part of the cause."
For Streep, the experience was equally disturbing. "They had a great time on the set and I was miserable," she says, "alone in my corner sulking with my felling no one was doing their job adequately." She also calls it one of the more challenging roles in her career, which includes competition like "Sophie's Choice" and "Angels in America."
"The Devil Wears Prada," based on Lauren Weisberger's best-selling novel of the same name, opens June 30.

'The Devil Wears Prada' isn't in theaters yet but the clothes from the movie are already selling out. Amazon.com launched a boutique on its site featuring clothes and accessories from the movie and it's become a huge hit. A bag worn by Anne Hathaway in the film has been so popular that it is now on back order until August 1st. The brown distressed studded handbag designed by the film's stylist, Patricia Field, (who also styled every fashionista's favorite TV show 'Sex and the City') "transforms from clutch to tote and pairs with everything from denim to silk." Other items on the site include a $14.99 baby tee and a $12.99 tank top which feature the supermodel mantra of "I'm just one stomach flu away from my goal weight" written across the front. If the online boutique is any indicator of the movie's box-office, expect 'The Devil Wears Prada' to be in fashion all summer long. Making it even more delicious is the fact that the bag retails for just $79.95. It may not be Prada but that's still a devilishly good deal.
