Iron Mike Tyson is getting no sympathy from the toughest law man in the county -- because Sheriff Joe Arpaio claims Tyson will feel some serious heat -- literally -- if a judge decides his L.A. arrest violates the terms of his probation from a previous DUI and cocaine conviction in Arizona.

Sheriff Joe -- who oversees the famous Tent City jail in Maricopa County, Arizona -- tells TMZ:
"Mike Tyson has served time in the Tents before and if he is violated on the terms of his probation here in Arizona, he better get his jail time done while the weather in Phoenix is cool and not 140 degrees in the summer time."
Tyson spent one day in Tent City back in 2007 -- he was required to wear the jail-issued pink underwear and a black-and-white striped jumpsuit.

Mike Tyson can't get a break. Court officials in Arizona tell TMZ they're looking at yesterday's bloody LAX incident to determine if the ex-champ violated his probation. If he did, he could end up in an Arizona prison.
Tyson was convicted of felony cocaine possession and misdemeanor DUI in Arizona in 2007. He was placed on 3 years probation. One of the conditions -- Tyson can't violate any laws.
If Arizona prosecutors believe Tyson crossed the legal line yesterday, they could attempt to violate his probation and he could face jail time.
A probation official tells TMZ if charges are filed against Tyson in L.A., that could trigger a probation violation. The official says worst case scenario for Tyson -- 2 1/2 years in State prison.

Michael Jackson's giraffes could be forced out of their home -- for the second time -- unless their keeper comes up with $100,000 quick.

Freddie Hancock of the Banjoko Wildlife Preserve in Page, Arizona, tells TMZ she acquired giraffes Rambo, Jabbar Jr. (JJ), Princess, and Annie Sue from Neverland in 2006 and has been caring for them since -- but now the Page city council is demanding the preserve hand over a $100,000 bond to cover the giraffes in case of emergency ... or else they're out.
But here's the problem: in order to get a $100,000 bond from an insurance company, the keeper claims she needs a special form issued by the city itself ... which Freddie says the city refuses to hand over -- leaving Freddie's hands tied and the giraffes' futures up in the air.
Freddie claims the city wants the bond ASAP -- calls to Page City Hall weren't returned.

Plainclothes goth rocker Alice Cooper was busted for putting the pedal to the metal in Arizona a few months back -- after one of those pesky photo enforcement cameras caught him going 14 MPH over the speed limit.

Lacking his usual black mascara and trusty boa constrictor accessory, Cooper was snapped doing 59 in a 45 at an intersection in Maricopa County on May 23.
Lucky for Cooper, he didn't have to go to traffic school over the offense -- he just paid a $175 fine.

This is the best thing DMX has done in years, because last night in front of Madeo, the oft-incarcerated rapper completely slammed the entire state of Arizona, insulted the sheriff who controls his fate and broke out some darn impressive freestyle.

Arizona Cardinals superstar Larry Fitzgerald agreed to race a trash-talkin' blogger yesterday -- but only if the guy agreed to put his digital camera and brand new limited edition shoes on the line. Guess who won..

BTW -- Larry just signed a $40 million contract extension in '08. But the feeling of putting a blogger in his place ... priceless.
Thanks to our boys at WithLeather for the heads up.

The guy behind the wheel is Nick Hogan -- the guy in the passenger seat is the ballsiest guy on the planet.

Nick is officially back behind the wheel -- driving a brave passenger around in a black Range Rover near Agoura Hills, California on Monday night. It's been around 18 months since Nick's '07 car wreck that left his last passenger and friend, John Graziano, in a vegetative state -- and Nick behind bars and without a license.
The DMV granted him a driving permit last month for business-related excursions.

Judging by his size, one might think Charles Barkley would eat anything -- and everything -- put in front of him. Not true.
We're told Chuck had a serious problem with the food he was served during his short stint in an Arizona jail. Charles was given sloppy joes, potatoes, pear chunks, zucchini, a bread roll and a slice of margarine.
His reaction: "Man ... this stuff tastes like sh*t."
Chuck's special tent, separate from the other inmates, did not come with access to the vending machines with junk food and candy. So his lawyers were allowed to bring him some junk food and candy from the outside.
You can lock up the man ... but not his sweet tooth.

Charles Barkley has just stepped up to deliver a press conference from inside Tent City Jail in Arizona.

Before the presser, Barkley was photographed as he first got to Tent City by KTVK in Phoenix. In the photos, Barkley is rocking a Nike tracksuit, a gold chain and a ridiculous grin.
Contrary to earlier reports, Barkley will not be forced to wear the legendary pink boxers or striped uniform.
Because he is on "work release," he will be able to stay in his clothes the entire time.
Story developing ... video to follow soon.

DMX and Earl Simmons want you to know he did not assault an Arizona corrections officer with a loaded food tray -- as he is being accused of doing.

X (sorry, we mean Earl Simmons) released a statement yesterday saying in part, "Many of you know me as DMX but right now I am speaking to you as Earl Simmons ... For the record, I want to state 'I Did Not' physically touch or hit an officer. This is just another attempt to destroy my credibility."
Sorry Earl, you did a pretty good job of destroying it on your own.
BTW -- if you haven't been following all of X's escapades in Tent City jail -- where Charles Barkley is also set to serve time -- X is accused of throwing a food tray at an officer after he was accused of stealing an extra meal.

Have you ever wanted to see a 300+ pound guy dressed in pink long johns? Charles Barkley is about to grant your wish.
We got word Barkley will serve his time in Lower Buckeye Jail ... which happens to be run by Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Arpaio tells TMZ that if he does get his hands on Barkley, he will put him in Tent City -- which means Sir Charles will don the infamous pink long johns.
Arpaio even told TMZ he would pair Barkley up with another famous Tent City inmate -- DMX.
Barkley is due to turn himself in on March 21.
UPDATE -- Sheriff Arpaio tells TMZ Barkley has been given work release -- meaning he only has to be in jail from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM. But if Chuck violates even one rule, Arpaio will revoke his work release.

Hope they've got XXXXL jumpsuits in AZ, 'cause Charles Barkley is officially going to jail.
Barkley just pled guilty to 2 counts of driving under the influence and pleaded "responsible" to running a stop sign for the December 31 incident in Scottsdale.
Barkley was sentenced to 10 days in jail -- but will only do five if he completes an alcohol education program. Barkley was also fined $2,000.
Barkley will begin his sentence on March 21 -- but it's unclear if he will serve time in Arizona's famed Tent City Jail, where they make the inmates wear pink.
As for the gun cops say they found in Barkley's car on the night of the arrest -- no charges were ever filed.

DMX is officially on "lockdown status" in Arizona's Tent City Jail for one of the dumbest moves an inmate can make -- dude threatened to fight the guards.
After X failed to report for his medication, officials say the former platinum rapper began cussing at officers and threatened to "assault somebody to get some respect."
DMX was immediately thrown into lockdown and punished with a "special diet that is a form of bread and water."
It all started when he refused to report for work, telling officers, "I already have a job and don't need this (expletive)."
Sounds like he's finally reforming...

Michael Jackson has turned his back on cardio-deprived giraffes, according to PETA.

When Neverland Ranch was essentially dismantled a year ago, a bunch of Jacko's pets -- including four giraffes -- were sold to an Arizona couple that wanted to start an animal sanctuary.
PETA claims the giraffes are stuck in cages barely as wide as the animals are tall. They wrote Jacko a letter asking him to help pressure the owners into doing something more humane.
The couple that owns the animals says the giraffes have been moved to their new 150 x 150 ft. digs -- and the animals will have an even bigger space to do whatever the hell it is that giraffes do when their 185 acre sanctuary is up and runnning.
All that aside -- the video of Jacko's old giraffe "Rambo" hittin' the bag to the "Rocky" theme song is worth a peek.

NFL star Ray Lewis rarely misses a tackle -- but one company claims he completely wiffed on paying his bill.

Profession Events, LLC. in Arizona is suing Lewis, claiming he never paid for hostesses he hired for a Super Bowl party back in February. The company claims they were promised several times they'd get paid the $5,780 they were owed -- but never did.
Calls to Lewis' agent were not returned.
