The prostitute that spanked ex-NY Governor Elliot Spitzer, just got someone else spanked -- with a 1.5 mil lawsuit.
Ashley Dupre, known to political big wigs as "Kristen", is being named as the other woman by model Mary Dunphy. Dunphy says she walked in on her ex-fiancé, Robert Oppenheimer Jr., while he was "consulting" with Dupre in his Manhattan apartment last summer.
According to the New York Daily News,The lawsuit alleges emotional distress -- due largely to the fact that Dunphy was pregnant at the time.
Mental note -- Hookers bad.

Ashley Dupre -- who actually makes Paris Hilton look virginal, took to the airwaves last night to yap about that little Gov. Eliot Spitzer escort controversy.
Dupre claims she doesn't feel responsible for Spitzer's downfall saying, "If it wasn't me, it would have been someone else. I was doing my job. I don't feel that I brought him down." In one meeting alone Dupre racked in a whopping $4,300 from Spitzer.
Dupre claims she is done with her sellin' her bod and just wants to move on. Good luck with that.

The woman whose identity Ashley Dupre used to get her wild on for Joe Francis wants her good name back -- in $pades.
Dupre duped a "Girls Gone Wild" producer by using "Amber Arpaio" as her nom de hoochie and brandishing a New Jersey driver's license with the same name. Problem is, Amber Arpaio is a real person, and now claims in a federal lawsuit that her name has been dragged through Dupre's muck.
We asked Amber's lawyer Robert Dunn how exactly his client's DL got in a hooker's hands, and he said it was just an accident. Joe's reps were mum.

TMZ has learned lawyers for "Girls Gone Wild" founder Joe Francis have subpoenaed Eliot Spitzer's favorite midnight caller Ashley Dupre to testify under oath and on video about her shady and sordid dealing with a prostitution ring.
Following her spectacular rise to fame as Spitzer's call girl du jour, Dupre filed a $10 million suit against Francis and GGW after the company offered her -- and then rescinded after they discovered video of her in their vaults-- a $1 million deal. She claims "GGW" ruined her reputation.
We hear lawyers for GGW plan to grill Dupre on a litany of topics, hoping to prove that her previous use of fake names, fake IDs and fake web pages will shed light on the alleged shady lady's credibility. GGW's lawyer says after they're done with her, they're confident "any jury will view her claims as frivolous."
For his part, Francis says, "Now that we are calling on her to testify under oath, the world will learn the real truth about Ashley Dupre." Bring it on!
Dupre's New York lawyer Don Buchwald responded to TMZ: "To the extent her testimony is needed, she will of course comply with whatever the rules are in Florida courts."

TMZ has learned that Ashley "Spitzer-Girl" Dupre may have been underage when she was filmed nekkid on the "Girls Gone Wild" bus. Her lawyer, Don Buchwald, tells TMZ Ashley's birthday was April 30, 1985, and the footage was shot between March 13 and March 20, 2003, making her 17.
But "Girls Gone Wild" chieftain Joe Francis says even if she was 17, Florida and Federal law -- and Joe knows a thing or two about that -- permits her to be filmed in any state of undress ... as long as she consents and there is no "sexual contact." (And there was none, Joe says.)
However, in a statement to TMZ, Joe says his outfit has a "corporate policy" not to use girls under 18, and thus has "delayed the release of Ms. Dupre's nude footage on the Internet and are investigating the matter."

Before she sold herself to Eliot Spitzer, TMZ has learned that Ashley Alexandra Dupre gave herself up to the "Girls Gone Wild" cams for her 18th birthday -- and spent an entire week aboard the "GGW" bus.
Sources tell TMZ that "GGW" has "a week's worth" of video of Ashley celebrating her 18th birthday, which she did on the big bus. We're told that "GGW" plans on releasing an Ashley Dupre-specific video "shortly."
