DJ AM Did Not Have a Will

DJ AM's mother just filed documents in L.A. County Superior Court, which say he did not have a will.

His mother, Andrea Gross, is listed as the sole heir.

The documents list AM's annual income from property at $3.5 million, plus an additional $400,000 in assets. The docs list his debts at $2.9 million.

DJ AM had no spouse or children.

Michael Jackson Court Hearing

UPDATE: The judge in the case has ruled Katherine will remain as temporary administrator for the rest of the week. The judge said it wasn't urgent to change things up immediately -- that the matter will be heard Monday.

There's a hearing underway over Michael Jackson's will.

Here's the problem. On Monday, Katherine's lawyers got an order from the judge making Katherine the temporary administrator of her son's estate, based on her belief that no will existed.

Now that a will has been filed, the named executors want to make sure they have control over the assets and are asking the judge to nullify Katherine's power to move assets around -- even temporarily.

We're told there isn't a conflict between Katherine and the new executors -- it's just to button things up.

...And Stay Out! Sir Paul Changes Locks on Heather

Police were called to Paul McCartney's London residence Monday, when a member of estranged wife Heather Mills' security team climbed over the wall of the premises to let her in. The locks on the gates had been changed.

"One of the security people inside called the police," according to Mills' spokesperson Phil Hall. "They turned up and she went off for a drive around the block with the kid."

Mills had arrived at the home with two-year-old daughter Beatrice, the couple's only child. "She was laughing about it," Hall said, when asked about newspaper reports that Mills was angry at being locked out.

Hall did confirm, however, that McCartney had frozen their joint bank account and had sent a "legal letter" to his wife to complain after three bottles of cleaning fluid were taken from his Sussex home to clean Mills' nearby office.
