The judge who cried a river during the hearing over Anna Nicole Smith's burial is now being sued for allegedly swindling an old lady.
83-year-old Barbara Kasler just filed suit, claiming Judge Larry Seidlin -- one of her neighbors -- took advantage of her poor health for his family's personal gain. Seidlin was cleared in a criminal elder abuse investigation but now the old lady is mounting a civil attack.
Among the allegations:
-- Seidlin's wife Belinda talked Kasler into selling the Seidlins a $600,000 condo for half the price.
-- Belinda convinced Kasler to sell her a parcel of land worth $50,000 for only 10 bucks.
-- Kasler wrote the Seidlins over $500,000 worth of checks, including $130,000 to help pay off their mortgage, $100,000 to buy a new house in Pennsylvania and $54,260 for their daughter's tuition.
The lawsuit claims Seidlin was licking his chops after finding out the old lady was loaded. The good judge has denied all the allegations.

Judge Larry Seidlin finally has something to cry about -- he's just been axed from the will of a very rich old woman.
The judge who became famous for deciding where Anna Nicole Smith should be buried was named a beneficiary in the will of Barbara Kasler, a neighbor in his Florida condo complex. But Seidlin's place in the will angered Kasler's niece, Corine Kasler, who accused Seidlin and his wife of abusing the old lady -- a charge the Seidlin's vehemently deny.
Now, Corine has somehow convinced her auntie to strike Seidlin from the will.
Judge Larry and his wife are hurt, claiming the old lady was like family -- their daughter considered her a grandma.
As for the money ... Seidlin says they didn't even know they were included in the will ... until recently.

The judge who famously broke down and cried during the epic Anna Nicole Smith Florida hearing is now accused of abusing an elderly woman.
The niece and the caretaker of 83-year-old Barbara Kasler lodged a complaint on the Elderly Abuse Hotline in Florida, accusing Judge Larry Seidlin of doing several horrible things to his neighbor and family friend -- including "failing to feed and medicate" Barbara, and "endangering her health with poor care."
But Seidlin says it's all B.S. -- a ploy by several disgruntled people, including the old lady's caretaker.
Last year, Seidlin was investigated by the State's Attorney's office for allegedly trying to milk Barbara out of hundreds of thousands of dollars in gifts -- he was cleared of any wrongdoing.
