Stern Allegedly Liquefied Drugs for Anna

Howard k stern "Big Moe" -- Anna Nicole Smith's bodyguard -- just testified in the prelim that he saw Howard K. Stern liquefying a powerful drug in Anna Nicole Smith's bathroom.

Moe says he walked into Anna's bathroom in the Bahamas in October, 2006. Moe testified he asked Howard what he was doing, and Howard responded that he had just had a conversation with Anna and they decided cooking the Valium and then injecting it in her would work faster than taking a pill.

Moe says he then watched Howard load the syringe with liquid Valium but left before Stern allegedly injected her.

Big Moe Returns to the Hard Rock

Big Moe Anna Nicole Smith's bodyguard returned to the Seminole Hard Rock Casino yesterday -- the very last place he saw his former employer alive.

Though we're not exactly sure what Big Moe was doing at the hotel Sunday, he was part of Anna's entourage at the hotel when she died February 8. His wife, Taz, was the person who found Smith lying unconscious in her room. Moe reportedly phoned 911.

As first reported by TMZ, Moe was interviewed by Seminole police and we're told he told the cops Howard K. Stern had given Anna drugs during the last months of her life.
