Single white popwreck, freshly-rehabbed (allegedly) seeks mate who is not in a heavy-security prison -- that's the personal ad we're expecting from Amy Winehouse any day now.
A London judge granted the divorce between the queen of St. Lucia and Blake Fielder-Civil -- it becomes final in just over six weeks if no disputes arise.
Blake -- who spent most of the marriage behind bars -- filed the divorce papers earlier this year after Wino admitted to cheating.

Never underestimate the power of an 8-month vacation on the Caribbean island of St Lucia sans booze and Blake to make even singer Amy Winehouse look healthy, sane and refreshed.
Wearing her best Cosby sweater, Winehouse returned to London today to continue work on her third album -- and hopefully her tour of sobriety.

Hopefully drug-addled love is as patient as the true stuff because Amy Winehouse will have to wait more than two years for her hubby to come home from prison.
Blake Fielder-Civil was sentenced today to 27 months for beating up a pub manager in 2006 and then offering him $400,000 in hush money.
Civil's sentence included 15 months for unlawful wounding and 12 months for perverting the course of justice.
He's been in jail since November.

Winehouse later apologized for the offensive ditty.

Amy Winehouse's hubby Blake Fielder-Civil has finally admitted to being a pervert -- of justice.
Mr. Wino has copped to committing "grievous bodily harm" -- that's Brit for kicking somebody's ass -- on a pub owner and conspiring to "pervert the course of justice." Blake actually pleaded guilty last week, but the court just allowed the news to be reported. No word on what Blake's penalty's going to be.
Blake has been in jail almost the entire year that he and Amy have been married.

Rehabbing "Rehab" singer Amy Winehouse was a bloody wreck this week when she violently vomited blood all over her Caribbean hotel room.
Staff at the Jade Mountain resort in St. Lucia were horrified when they were sent to Winehouse's suite to clean up the mess. "There was blood and vomit all over the bathroom, it was just terrible," said one worker, according to Brit tabloid The Mirror.
Hotel management allegedly offered to send out for a doctor, but Winehouse said no, no, no.
Amy and hubby Blake Fielder-Civil have been at the $1,400-a-night Caribbean hideaway since last weekend. This past week, the parents of both Winehouse and Fielder-Civil called for fans to boycott Amy's album in an effort to urge the pair to get help for their alleged drug addictions.

Trainwreck Amy Winehouse's in-laws are so unhappy with her out-of-control behavior, they're asking fans to say "No, no no!" by boycotting her records in order to send a message that "her addiction and behavior are not acceptable."
Giles Fielder-Civil told BBC Radio 5 this morning that he believes his son and daughter-in-law are drug addicts in denial. "They both need to get medical help before one of them, if not both of them, dies," said Giles. He added that his son Blake would be, "very, very cross," with her for speaking out publicly about their personal dramas.
"We're concerned that if one of them dies, the other will die. They're a very close couple and if one dies through substance abuse, the other will commit suicide."
After the interview, Amy's father Mitch called into the station and blasted the idea, saying that Blake's parents are "clutching at straws."
Meanwhile, Amy and Blake are currently kickin' it on an island in the Caribbean.

The lovebirds were spotted outside the Vintage Coffee Shop in Beachwood Canyon, and Amy looked on as her classy new hubby blew his nose the old-fashioned way -- in the street like a peasant.
