The L.A. County District Attorney has just charged five alleged members of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch with various felonies.
Nick Prugo has been charged with felony first degree residential burglary of Audrina Patridge, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Rachel Bilson, Orlando Bloom, Brian Austin Green, Megan Fox and L.A. businessman Nick Deleo.
Diana Tamayo has been charged with felony first degree residential burglary of Lindsay Lohan and Ashley Tisdale.
Courtney Ames has been charged with felony first degree residential burglary of Paris Hilton.
Roy Lopez, Jr. has been charged with felony first degree residential burglary of Paris Hilton.
Alexis Neiers, aka Alexis Taylor, has been charged with felony first degree residential burglary of Orlando Bloom.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are used to being hit on -- not hit. But that's exactly what happened to them, courtesy of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch -- allegedly.
Law enforcement sources tell us Green's Hollywood Hills home was burglarized during the string of celeb break-ins. Various items were taken, including Green's recreational gun, which was locked up.
As for Fox, who spends a lot of time at Green's, all the Burglar Bunch allegedly took were clothes -- including several of Megan's signature t-shirts.
We're told Green, who has been shooting a movie in NYC, didn't even know he was hit. Sources say cops retrieved the stolen goods and returned them to him last week.
As we have been reporting, TMZ has obtained photos, emails and other data from a computer that the gang allegedly stole from an L.A. businessman. One of the photos on the hard drive -- the photo of Megan Fox we're using for this post.

Just in case the headline wasn't clear enough -- Megan Fox is single!!!!!!!!
It's not a guess ... it's not wishful thinking ... she actually confirmed it with her own two perfectly shaped lips.
Here's the actual quote she gave to The Sun newspaper during an interview in some country for some movie she's promoting: "I'm currently what you would call single I guess."

Once you've broken up with someone ridiculously gorgeous like Megan Fox, it's close to impossible to trade up ... even for babe magnet Brian Austin Green.
He's got the best track record in Hollywood, having previously dated hotties like Tiffani Amber Thiessen and knocking up Vanessa Marcil, but we're thinkin' the only possible post-Fox upgrade is Bar Refaeli. But is it really an improvement?

We usually try and talk about lawsuits with celebs outside of court -- but the only suit Brian Austin Green (dating Megan Fox) was in the mood to discuss was the one from Valentino.
The 90210 alum (dating Megan Fox) is in court today over custody of his 6-year-old son Kassius with baby mama Vanessa Marcil.
Unfortunately, Megan Fox (not dating you) was no where in sight.

How does David Silver -- aka Brian Austin Green -- always manage to land such fine chicks?
Just yesterday Brian's current girlfriend, the gorgeous Megan Fox , was snapped out with Kassius (left) -- Brian's son with hottie Vanessa Marcil (top right). Before getting with Marcil, BAG dated Tiffani (Amber) Thiessen (lower right).
Not bad for a guy who up until landing a role on the "The Sarah Connor Chronicles" hadn't done much since "90210" went off the air eight years ago.

A hot, tatted up and Timberlake-ified Brian Austin Green got gun crazy yesterday and shot at a paparazzi vehicle -- unloading a few paint balls onto the side of a Flynet photog's SUV. TMZ spotted the splattered SUV on Robertson Blvd., looking in serious need of a West Beverly High charity car wash!

Summer hottie alert! Megan Fox is lookin' good -- and Maxim agrees.
The southern belle was ranked #18 on the Maxim Hot 100 of 2007 list. The titillating starlet, seen here at a press conference in Seoul for "Transformers," is now 21 -- and engaged to former "Beverly Hills, 90210" hunk Brian Austin Green, 33. For now.
Fox went from bossy biatch in "Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen" (with rehabalicious LiLo), to smokin' hot leading lady in "Transformers." Look at her now! Oh, and if you're wondering, her tattoo says "We will all laugh at gilded butterflies." It's a quote from Shakespeare's "King Lear."
