One of the biggest busts in NFL history was just sacked for allegedly stiffing a veterinarian ... and it only took the guy 11 years to notice.
A vet in Malibu just filed papers in small claims court against Brian "The Boz" Bosworth -- claiming the former Seattle Seahawk never paid his pup's tab for "a week of boarding, grooming and a vaccine" ... which happened in September of 1998.
The tab -- $286.15 -- may actually be small enough for the former linebacker to tackle.
No word on how the vet plans to get around California's pesky four year statute of limitations.

Former college football meathead Brian Bosworth has officially been charged with 2 misdemeanors -- driving under the influence and driving with a .08 or above blood alcohol level.
The Boz was busted for DUI last week in Hollywood after he was pulled over for not having a license plate on his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
His arraignment is set for April 3 -- he faces up to 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Brian Bosworth was released from jail just moments ago -- and if he looks like he just got run over by Bo Jackson, it's because cops say he was driving around Hollywood completely smashed early this morning.

Former college football star -- and NFL bust -- Brian Bosworth was pulled over for a DUI last night ... on his Harley!
Cops pulled over The Boz on Hollywood Blvd. for not having a license plate on his bike, but detected alcohol on his breath. He failed the breathalyzer and was arrested and taken into custody at about 3:00 AM. We're told he was very cooperative.
He is currently being held on $5,000 bail.

Brian Bosworth, better known as "the Boz" in his Seattle Seahawks days, can now add saving a life to his resume. Better than his bust of a NFL career!
Winnipeg Free Press reports that the NFL dud assisted in the rescue of a woman who flipped her SUV on the Trans-Canada Highway. Boz was driving along the road and stopped when he saw paramedics attempting the rescue. He jumped in to help when he realized they needed more manpower.
Both the driver and passenger were taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Boz was in the area fishing with his son.

Pro football-bust-turned-Hollywood-actor Brian Bosworth is officially being sacked by his wife of 12 years.
According to divorce papers obtained by TMZ, Katherine Bosworth, who has chosen to represent herself in court, has cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for her split from The Boz. While Katherine has requested joint custody of their three children, the couple's money and property will be divided up based on their mediated pre-nuptial agreement.
The former University of Oklahoma star signed what was then the largest rookie contract in NFL history with the Seahawks in 1987 -- ten years for $11 million. After his pro career fizzled, Bosworth achieved success as an actor, most recently appearing alongside Adam Sandler in the box office smash "The Longest Yard."
However, TMZ will always remember The Boz in the fantastic flick "Stone Cold" and as the guy that Bo Jackson ran over during a "Monday Night Football" game in 1988.
